Hello there, so I'm trying to get on the game and every time I click the icon all I get is, "Fatal exception occurred. Program will exit." I've tired re-installing it and it didnt work. Anyone know whats going on?

What are the requirements for opening the support request page? All my friends and I only get a blank page after clicking that support request link. I've turned off antivirus, cleared cache but it's still a blank page on ie and chrome.

Help! It won't let me update SK! Here's the story: Game updates. I wait to download update, then it says Validating 100%. I close it after about 20 minutes of waiting and now i cant get it to start the update! I have restarted the computer at least 7 times by now, and it ALWAYS says that another one is running, even though there isn't another one. HELP!

i cant logg in the game it wont even reach the log in and that it say it might be a problem with my Java i have java 26

I'm french, and I lag almost all the time. I still 2 bar instead of 3, it is not unplayable, hitting the door well. But for those who are blocking with the shield is not accurate. I blocked the shot but before I took the shot anyway and I'm sure it's because of this lag.

Only on this game I lag, I have a excellent internet connection. So is it me, or is it that's all the French who can lag on a game due to a U.S. hosting?

I can get to the character screen, then I try to head into town and it boots me to the log in saying I've been disconnected from the server.

This is only with my main paid accounts. I made a free account and can log in and play fine.

Anyone else having this problem? I was able to log in once after the patch then this issue started after.

I tried to submit a support ticket because I was leveling an item for someone, and then I noticed that all I get when I try to open the secure (https) parts of support page is a blank page. I tried using another browser, disabling Avast, tampered with settings etc to no avail.

then this item is bound to ME ?!
why official didn't announce this config?
or it's just a mistake?
or you want to blow the whole action house system?

I'm trying to run SpiralKnights on my laptop.
Info:
ATI Radeon Mobility HD 5470 with latest drivers from ATI installed.
Ubuntu 11.04 Unity (clean install. No optimization or tweaks. Default installation) updated with the latest updates available.
Java 1.6_24 from Oracle (downloaded right from their site, not from repo)

Problem:
After installation I can open the main screen of the game and... that is all! If I try to Login or open Option menu, game screen freezes and than can only be closed with kill -9.

Also I've tried to run the game on free drivers. Same result.
