I do not know if this thread belongs in this section, but like the title says, I want to start doing Shadow Lairs, but I don't know if I have the right gear for it. I tried the forest, and I ended up getting owned, mainly cause the other people in my group were 3* and 4*. Well this is the 5* gear I have:

Swords: Fang of Vog, Divine Avenger, Gran Faust, and Leviathan Blade
Guns: Blitz Needle, Sentenza, Polaris, Valiance
Bombs: Ash of Agni, Shivermist Buster
Armor/Helmet: Azure Guardian Set, Vog Cub Set
Shields: Aegis, Crest of Almire, Grey Owlite

so i made a Strike Needle for vana, and sometimes i use it to kill zombies, what i noticed it it does different numbers on zombies at each place

at D25 right bottom room with projectiles going around the room: 99 damage per charge bullet on Zombies
at D25 left top room with 2 trojans: 75 damage per charge bullet on zombies
at D26 the room with 4 switches at the corners: 96 damage per charge bullet on zombies

i dont get why thats happening, its really weird
i will try to remember to take pics of it in my next run

1) If you use the charge attack when you're standing next to a high wall, do the three swords just blow up without even moving towards the enemy? Happens to me =/

2) Does the DA sometimes deal Elemental damage ONLY? If I recall, resisted damage is grey, normal damage is white, and effective damage is yellow. Sometimes both swings of my DA deal yellow damage against constructs, and sometimes doesn't (properly deals normal damage on the second swing)

Right now I have Barbarous Thorn Shield. It's nice and all, but I want something for other uses. I already have plans to get the Crest of Almire, but in the meantime, what's a good elemental shield? I know Grey Owlite is typical, but what about something the the Dragon Scale Shield? I can see there really is a lack of variety in 5* shields, I only count twelve, and of those, three only block Normal damage. If my armor is any deciding factor, right now I use a mixed bomber set, but I'm later planning on going divine/skolver or perhaps some combination with Snarbolax armor down the road.

I m wondering how DBB behave against Vanaduke? How much dmg does it do? Also, when u're in a party is DBB as Nitro? I mean is it as annoying and deadly to ur teammates? Cause Im planing to get One soon.

And about Callahan, always wondered how much dmg it does against Vanaduke? Anyone ve tryed?

Anyway, as you were all able to see, the shadow lair got released one month ago, giving alot of new stuff in this game, for our pleasure. Or not the pleasure of everyone should i say?

I really don't like to complain, but, as a gunslinger, i was kinda disappointed to see there were just NONE gunslinger stuff coming out from this major maj. Swordies of course got new stuff with the snarbolax, even bomber with the mercurial. But gunners, nothing.

I have a Tempered Calibur. I want to ty to be the helpful bomber. So I need to think, what bombs should I have a blast bomb and Spine cone. I want a AOE and a few more when I get wep slots. I have a Drake Mail and planning to get Angelic and go to Fallen helm.

WHAT LOADOUT SHOULD I GET TO FIT ALL AREAS OF BOMBING(CROWD CONTROL,STATUS AOE AND DAMAGE)!!!

Currently, nearly all of my gear (and I have a lot of weapons) is 4* with only two 3*s (Twisted Targe and Prismatech Alchemer Mk II). Although I have only one armor set, I do not plan to get more until I get some 5*s. Personally, I feel that I have enough good equipment and want to upgrade one of my 4*s to a 5*.
