I've been on the forum for a while, and i notice people asking for T4 and what now

well i would support them, but then i tough about the dev and all the coding they would have to go to!

so i tough what could make more content for the players for the players, yet less coding for devs (besides missions)
then, i came to a halt............. i couldn't possiblaly think of anthing else that why this thread was made, to ask the opition of the fellow gamers what type of content would(/could) they want?

I'd have to say new Bosses. That would probably be the simplest form of truly new content they could release. Granted, this likely means a few new weapons/armors, but not something that's unfeasible (<- is that a word? :P) to do, since most boss-token rewards items are about 5 items or so.

Also, since there are a few specific weapon types that don't exist yet (i.e. pure shadow sword, normal/piercing split sword, piercing gun that allows movement while shooting, etc), the developers could start filling them slowly but surely with boss rewards. Personally, I'd hope for a new T3 boss before a new T1 boss, but either way, we should not be getting a new T2 boss since we already have two of those (or so I hope) :3

No demands here, I'm satisfied with what we have currently especially since I have yet to do it all :P

Agreeing with Extribble

Although while Bosses would still require coding, modeling, etc. like the "Tier 4" levels, it'd be significantly less than creating a new difficulty level from scratch.

Anyways, I can't think of anything specific I'd like for a boss, but perhaps it should follow the theme of the boss being part of a monster family (Roarmulous being Constructs, Vanaduke being Undead, etc). Perhaps a Fiend or Gremlin (other than the DLC) type of boss, or maybe even a Kat type boss.

Also, maybe some new PvP gametypes? Blast Network is practically dead, and Lockdown is just a mess on a good day.

Bring the Super Brawl thing from Preview back. From the vids on SK it looked like it was a hella fun. PLUS people WANT a fighting PVP game, no?

And yes make new bosses and new gear. Well the gear part is a topic for another day. Maybe a Gremlin boss. No wait, it exists in Operation Crimson Ha(te)mmer, so make a fiend boss. That ought to be interesting. Or even some proper Construct boss, like a giant mecha knight. Or some other new content that include bosses.

I think tier 4 is going overboard. Unless it's going into the core, and FIGHTING some corrupt alpha squad or some other. YES! ALPHA SQUAD! Shed some light on them; they need more love!

The Arkus mission was interesting and currently by far one of my most favourite missions (at least the level itself- not those fiendish hell before it). The fact we fight a corrupt knight, how the cutscenes and all was really amazing, and it's nice to witness an enemy CE revving himself.

Also make more prestige missions. Give us some variety! Currently it's just cycling and whatnot.

And Starlight Cradle. I want to see it. Pl0x. (But doesn't it exist in the level Lizard Lounge [mission 7-2 In Cold Blood]? Judging by the icon color scheme and the level description... at least bring back the slooms!)

A new T3 boss...

More rare items in the game. We only have a Darkfang shield now, everything else has become craftable or common. I like to be able to hunt for phat lewts.

A new coliseum game, there have been a few suggestions on here that are really great.

And I would say gunner balancing but the Devs already did it (woot!).

I was wondering, how about pets? Just saying, you don't have to add this, I don't mind. It's your choice! :)
If you agree to this, don't forget to add how to obtain pets for starter :)
You can pick any kind of monster or whatever they are and tell the percent of getting them as pets.
I would say a 15% chance of getting a boss as a pets, give or take.
Your choice. our idea :D

No offense, Snorbolax-Fan...

...but the devs have, in the past, clearly stated that they are not going to implement pets. It's a nice idea and all, but it'd require a huge amount of changes and... well, I can't really think of any specific reasoning that they gave, but rest assured you're not the first to think of it.

I think Blast Network needs

I think Blast Network needs some kinda pull to it to give it some more attention. I like how leveled the playing field is. I think playing Blast Network should reward more tokens compared to Lockdown, to give an incentive to play it, and to make those who are grinding for Krogmo tokens a viable alternative to grinding for recipes.

obstacles in lockdown

Example: gold gun puppies (attacks all players), mines, teleporters (insert engineer here), mecha knights that will fight the other team, and thats all i can think of

Ontopic: New bosses would kickass, although I think the devs may be running out of ideas... speaking of which...
New PvP would be nice as well (Please, don't mind my shameless self-advertising =P).

I suppose so, though I couldn't help trolling a couple people recently. :3 I've only seen this guy a few times though, so I was just a bit confuzzled at why he'd put that in his post...lol.

Kentard's boss thread would be awesome if it came to life, as well as your PvP thread. To be quite honest, I think they haven't added a new PvP game because they fear it'll kill all the previous ones (Like LD did to BN). Either that or it will divide the PvP base even more, which is already not a huge group of people.

It'd be bigger if people didn't rage so much at LD, then go to BN, and rage at the time it takes to find a game. Then once they find a game, rage that their internet isn't perfect and they get stuck between bombs that they were in front of.

In all seriousness, though, I'm thinking that things like new PvP modes and Class Missions would be the easiest to implement, since they mostly involve changing things that already exist. Suggestions like Hunter vs World are among the best in this forum because they already have a good portion of the balancing figured out in a way that the community generally agrees with. As much as I'd like to see new bosses and new equipment, these things are likely going to encounter many more problems in their development. AIs are hard to program, and I would imagine that equipment (weapon behavior, specifically) is similarly difficult.

Just my two cents.

While I do agree that AI is hard to program, you may notice that a lot of the boss AI is just a modification of ones that already exist:

- Snarbolax is just a faster Wolver AI with a longer attack and projectiles.

- Roarmulous Twins.... well, maybe based off of the (limited) AI of the Gun Puppies, but honestly making them move up and down on a track and firing is pretty simplistic.

- Vanaduke is a slower Trojan AI, sans the mask portions (which is just a 'wandering AI' that most enemies have).

My point is that if they made a new boss, it'd probably just use AI code that's been already made, and just changed a bit.

-Some new rare monsters would be lovely.
-Bring back the tortodrone!!!or maybe make a tortodrone boss?like an ancient tortodrone?
-bring back the shrine of slumber!!!return of sleep FTW!
-some new areas would be nice,such as a temple themed levels,or rainforest themed levels would be interesting.
-a fiend boss would be neat.maybe make a special mission or set of levels similar to IMF,but instead of constructs it has fiends!and instead of the roarmulous twins,it could be a pair of huge howlitzers?just a thought.

this game needs work

i dont even know why people still even play this game the combat is boring and repetitive there is no skill you just walk around and swing your sword. there are no specials skills like in games like World of Warcraft or Dragon nest which would make the game more interesting, but cant do to not having any leveling system. There is no real diversity in the enemy when going into different tiers just the same enemies but stronger, the whole using energy to actually play is stupid because you can get that much play time in so your forced to waste your money just so you can actually play the game. So over all I think the game would be better with these changes but thats just my opinion.

I'm just saying, that energy is not going to leave and the fact that the game isn't really stale. Missions have revamped the game. And t3 has a really steep learning curve.

just my opinion

dude this just my opinion of the game I would just like to see these type of changes. I like that they put missions in but i would like to see things like skills you can use if you have a certain type of armor or something.

Yeah, you're completely right. However, I feel like a lot of the boss suggestions that come up here wouldn't match up so nicely with existing AIs.

@Ubitzo: This game doesn't call for skills; all monsters are technically defeatable without skills, and as I've mentioned in countless threads advocating skills, unless you buff monsters so they can't be defeated without barrel-rolling away from their attacks for instance, active skills are unnecessary and overpowered regardless of their function, duration or cooldown time.

Again, if you don't like the mechanics of the game feel free to play something else.

Bosses share tha sam AI as normal............................... that makes complete sence, and why would u play a game that u HATE that much for a year? btw to stop the newbs reading this from posting more "no engry pleaaaaaaaze" if there were no engry a person could get to Tier abigillion in on day, i mean just imagin someone with a elevator pass that spends 24/7 on this game could get all the possible sets in the game just in a month, thats why there is ce to limitize your time, and show your support

TD;DR ce is to stop u from dieing while playing this game so your parents can sue OOO =3
