Gotta keep this thread living. So many posts O_O
Fanfiction of a Snarbolax (The End: Chapter 43!)
For me friend Seatus.
/whisper Seatus when will you do the next chapter?
To everyone who has been reading, I thank you for it. Spreading the word is what I want. But unfortunately I have brought you up to speed. There won't be a next chapter for now, as me and Lily take an expedition down, searching for something, ANYTHING, that might take our journey further. But we have seen more of them, the Swarm. And I will tell you now, if you journey through their world, don't try to kill them, IT ONLY MAKES THEM STRONGER! Run through it as best as you can!
The Memory
Lily
We pad through the rainy day, our paws dragging through the soggy grass. Seatus's fur glows feverishly, and he cries. He hears the souls of the fallen coming from the swords plunged in the ground around us. The swords rusty and cold, like they, too, rot with their masters. He says they whisper and murmur until they reach a full screaming in his ears. He whispers, "Stop," but by how he continues crying and yelling, they don't yield.
He falls to the ground and I run over kneel down. He rolls onto his back with a wicked look in his eyes and a cruel smile showing his jagged teeth. I hear something and look up to see it.
It is a horde of Swarm, stumbling towards us, mindless. Their skin, scales, and/or fur, is black while their eyes glow a bright yet menacing pink/purple. They grin along with Seatus, and I shut my eyes and scream. But I look again, and they aren't there anymore.
Seatus's grin remains permanent as he floats up like a puppet, his posture in the form of a cross.
His voice comes out high and scratchy passed his grin, though I know it isn't him speaking. "Greetings, little one," says the Swarm, Seatus hanging in mid air as he bends over and the Swarm looking through his eyes and into mine, "We heard a little bird talking," it says, Seatus's hand pointing on her nose as the Swarm continues, "and we thought we should drop in and have a talk. We think it would be best if you know that if you could not beat us. You see, we think that you and your...friend, shouldn't try to underestimate us. That is exactly what Alice thought back then. Don't get me wrong, she wasn't looking for a fight. But she DID when we cornered her. THEN SHE GAVE UP AND THREW HERSELF INTO THE CORE! DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT HAPPENED THEN?! WE WERE FORCED TO SLEEP A HUNDRED THOUSAND YEARS BY THAT HORRID SNARBOLAX! AND WE WILL NOT LOSE LIKE LAST TIME. YOU AND HE AND VANADUKE WILL ALL SHARE IN SACRIFICE, AND WE, THE SUPERIOR ONES, WILL REIGN! THE FATHERS WILL CRUMBLE LIKE WE DID! AND PERMANENTLY SUFFER IN OUR HELL!" and with that, Seatus shook, and fell to the ground limp.
I hear shouting, and see the muted torches in the misty rain. Knights. I run with Seatus slung across my back. I see the edge of the level, and take a leap of faith into the darkness.
Ancients
Lily
I wake up on the ground. My head hurts and Seatus lays next to me, his arm drooped around my shoulders and his forehead pressed against my arm. I try to lift his arms off, but he pulls me closer and I am rolled over to we are on our sides forehead to forehead. I decide to sleep longer.
I wake up and Seatus is gone. I look around and see where we are. This place is black, and nothing shows with any color but me and a giant eye symbol that stands for Curse. It looks like I am in a hall. The eye symbol is located straight ahead of me. I think I see Seatus. I look behind me and almost fall into an endless abyss. I only see other levels as far as I can see down there. The darkness moves, and I turn away with my heart beating, knowing the Swarm can see us. I run down the hall to Seatus. The eye symbol is gigantic. It hovers over an upturned cone-like bowl.
I see Seatus at the top of some stairs ahead of me that leads to an altar that stands before the bowl. I run up the steep stairs, and I walk next to Seatus. "Hey-" I start, then I look down into the bowl. Hundreds. Thousands. Dead bodies of Gremlins, Beasts, and Devilites. On top I see a single Owlite, it's corpse stained with dried light blue blood.
And I see Swarm, not disorganized, but clumped together in the forms of demons. They stand in two rows, like a hall, beyond the bowl. Behind these rows are columns made of more Swarm. And at the end of this crude hall, between two pillars, is a Wolver-like Swarm upon a throne.
And then there is a flash of pink, and Tortodrones are lined up in four rows that curl around the bowl. They seem dead, but it is almost as if when I look into their eyes I see a will to become alive. An obsession to live. The Swarm on the throne lifts up his hand, and makes a fist. I hear invisible whispers of excitement, and it's then I realize. They have been planning this for hundred thousands of years. Like clairvoyance.
His thumb goes down, and the bodies explode with light. Gold from Beasts, purple from Devilites, and red from Gremlins. Then there is a final flash of light blue light that comes from the Owlite and all lights turn pink. One after the other, entities of pink enter the Tortodrones. The Tortodrones come to life bearing the symbol of Curse.
They shake themselves getting comfortable in their bodies, before they attack with a wall of maliciousness.
The Swarm is ancient, and I fear that may never change.
The Ancients(part II)
Seatus
This was a trap. Tortodrones bow to the altar as the Swarm that was previously sitting in the throne suddenly appeared behind us. These Tortodrones bellow with hunger, reaching for us. When any try to climb the steps they are blown back. Dark robed figures appear amongst the Tortodrones, making way to the altar.
The Swarm behind us grabs us by our hides. "You two will be their dinner," he says, and I am petrified with pure fear, "And once they are fed, they will need more." and he waves his hand, showing my brothers and Lily's sisters and both our Fathers lying on the ground screaming, crying, kicking, as Tortodrones eat them alive, piece by piece.
The sight is almost too much. I double over clutching my stomach. They can't do this, and they won't. This Swarm bends over our shoulders and whispers his name, a name that clutches to my heart and threatens to crush it. "Dao," he says, and shoves us flying over the steps over the hungry jaws of the Tortodrones.
We stop, right in mid air as I see a dark figure. he stands there and watches. He has given us time, I think to myself. I curl around Lily to protect her as thorns shoot from my fur and destroy Tortodrones everywhere. The rest of the dark figures are at the altar with Dao, silent as they face the bowl and chant, summoning a great Swarm monster from the waist up, while the bottom part of his waist is hidden in the bowl, connecting to a dimension I can't imagine.
It roars, the edges of it's grand horns burning with Cursed fire. A claw comes down and barely misses Lily and I. It roars again, and suddenly there is a door that wasn't there before, a door that dares to place itself in chaos. I run to it with Lily in tow, and the only thing I remember is a knob turning and another roar.
Blue Caterpillar
Seatus
We are greeted by a blue puff of smoke to the face. I cough, and look up to see a blue bright being with Silkwings flying about him. His face was covered by a hood of an 8 foot long blue cloak. Two of six arms hold a long pipe through the darkness of his hood, puffing smoke rings from it. Each of his arms are covered by a sleeve, and only his hands show, colored a lighter blue than his clothing. He sits upon a black mushroom. I can almost see figures within the smoke that floats around him along with the Silkwings.
"Who. Are. You?" he asks, a smoke ring coming from his mouth and circling us with each word, "Come on children, tell me. Who. Are. You?"
I finally speak up, "I am Seatus, Son of the Snarbolax, Prince O Beasts. This is my friend Lily, Princess of Divinity," I say, watching his nodding, "and we are looking for a way to stop the Swarm and protect Sanctuary."
At this, he blows some more smoke, showing a group of sprites. Another puff, and I see a burning fang. And in the third puff, I see Alice. Her golden hair cascades from behind her mask and barely misses touching the floor. Her blue dress has 5 symbols upon it, every so tiny on the hem of it. A top hat, a star, a thorn, a horned head, and an eye, each one in black ink. A Vorpal Blade is by her side, but it is suspicious to me that no blood is shed on it...
The being nods at us, and with a final breath of smoke he sends us back to our Journey. The last thing I see is a small wave.
Revelation
We look at the campfire Lily created with her elemental energy. We sit together on a log with me pulling Lily closer to me, and she doesn't complain, but hugs me and keeps her head on my chest with her eyes staring at the fire.
I hear her breaths start to slow and I lie down as she snuggles closer. I wrap one of my arms around her and she sleeps with her head on my forearm. I stare at the artificial sky wreathed in the surrounding trees.
I hear Wolver cries as the whole level shake. Lily opens one of her eyes as the level shakes again. I see a whole part of the forest burst into flames as a Bomber Knight runs out of it and while running places a bomb right next to us.
I pick Lily up and start running as the bomb explodes and barely scorches my fur and I drop down and protect Lily with my body as the rest of the flames die down. I see a Swarm eye in the sky stare down. I look back at it as I see something in it's eyes. Inspiration. I roar and the eye implodes as if it never existed.
They see weakness. They want more territory. They will get it. Eventually...
Candle Keep
Lily runs by my side as the hall behind us collapses. This isn't normal for this place. I've never seen a level rebel like this. Spookats are flying through the halls, crying and screaming as their home destroys itself, too distracted to attack us.
A large slab of the wall falls and crushes my leg. I roar so loudly in pain. This couldn't have happened. I don't EVER get hurt. Then a dark figure is in front of me, just out of reach and looking down on me with shining eyes. I recognize this as one of the people who were amongst the Tortodrones at the ambush...what is it doing here?
It grabs a bag from within it's cloak and pours Swarm from the bag. The Swarm pieces itself together into a Tortodrone that stares down at me and breaths Swarm into my face. Like a bolt of electricity it punches my head to the side. Then it stomps and crushes my arm. I let out another roar that blasts the Tortodrone 3 feet back.
The dark figure radiates whispers of the ones it has killed as he raises a sword made of Swarm-glued pieces of all animals in Cradle. It brings it down, but just before it touches my fur he is suddenly batted against the wall as Lily holds him tight by the throat.
"WHO ARE YOU!" she screams, and the figure doesn't answer. She hits him again and repeats herself as the Keep crumbles from the energy in the air. This goes on, but it becomes apparent we NEED to leave as tentacles made of pure Swarm burst through the walls and hook onto the wall and pull at them. All I see outside the Keep is the darkness of the Swarm.
The figure starts to squirm, his defined shape melting into tiny pieces of Swarm. Lily's hand slips through the darkness and touches the wall. She screams so shrilly that the energy bursts forth from her fur and destroys the awful darkness touching her. She crumples to the floor practically lifeless.
That is when I can take it no more. Darkness and rage take over as the rock holding me down is blasted and held to the roof by an invisible force. Everything turns into a terrible blur, but I pick up Lily and as I step it seems I move 13 feet for each step. The pain turns into a dull thud as collapse at the elevator. Before we leave I see the whole level turn black, and then implode into somewhere else...
Worthy Knight
(Anubis)
It comes from everywhere, grabbing my arms every now and then as I run past them. They don't die, but just keep coming back hungrier than before. One of them, a gremlin, jumps onto my leg and hits it abnormally hard and I crumple to the ground. They are almost upon me, one of them a body of a Knight I once knew.
They moan and more of them appear on the ground and near the walls, attacking me with their corrupted energy. A hammer flies through their ranks and I am cut on my arm. I limp but another appears in front of me. They start disintegrating into tiny dark particles and fly around me, Swarming me. And then I hear her, a scream of suffering. Her head mayerializes in the middle of them, crying, begging, screaming, moaning, her eyes filled with depression. Then her face is ripped back into pieces again, and they start closing in.
They scratch at me. I am bleeding energy everywhere into the air now but five seconds after it leaves it changes into THEIR energy, it becomes THEIR property. I raise my sword, and prepare to die with honor.
A voice comes through the sin. A voice made up of a thousand unintelligable voices, but somehow I understand them. The darkness writhes and groans like metal collapsing in a building. It vibrates my skull. Then an arm made of pure light reaches through the darkness and picks me up, and I accept the dream it offers
----------------------------------------------------
When I wake up, I am laying on pure whte steps in front of a beautiful structure that's surrounded by a crystaline pool. Light surrounds this place. A stone brighter than any I have seen before floats before me. I touch it and it speaks of this wonderful dream of a place. It speaks of how this place is safe. This Sanctuary is the place that will save us all.
And then it appears, it's eyes glowing with flame, it's thorns sharper than a Leviathan Blade. It walks in front of me, and I recognize this Beast, this monster. There have been many reports about it. But the reports said it to be bigger...
"Hello, Knight," it says, looking me in the eye, "For you to be here, you must be essential to Sanctuary." It circles around me, checking my weapons. "I see you are an Azure Guardian. Fascinating. What did you say your name was?"
I am staring at it, I mean, staring at HIM, this whole time, trying to figure this creature out. "My name is Anubis. Who are you, and what are you?"
And so he explains as I sit there on the steps listening, not asking any questions. At last I am up-to-date. And he takes a deep breath and asks me, "Would you please accept my blessings and become a Champion for the Snarbolaxes? The Swarm is becoming hostile toward me and Lily, but it wouldn't expect a Knight. If you accept, there is no going back, but the blessings will be wonderful."
I am shocked. We had only just met, and he asks me for help now? "How many blessings?" I ask inquisitively. "Four," he replies, "maybe five."
"Okay...I accept..." I say slowly, "I would like a Gran Faust made from your shadow, Dread Skelly armor made from your madness, a Dread Skelly Shield from your dark essence, clairvoyance, and lastly the gift of rage." and as I finish I float up and darkness twirls around me, and I fall down.
When I wake up, my head hurts like someone bashed it with an overweight hammer. I am alone in Sanctuary. I look at myself in the small pool and discover Dread Skelly Armor and a sheathed Gran Faust hanging by my waist. A Dread Skelly Shield is attached to my arm. It all looks like common armor except for the fact that there is a small red-and-black checkered skull emblem stamped onto them.
I will serve Seatus well.
I get really freaked out without any comments
IT'S JUST NOT RIGHT! O_O
I ALSO GET FREAKED WHEN TOPOYOZADA/KNIGHT-OF-VANDUKE's STORY HASN'T BEEN UPDATED IN A WEEK!
ITS GAME OVER MAN! GAME OVER!
NOW IS THE TIME FOR A WHITE CHICK THAT ACTS LIKE A STEREOTYPE BLACK CHICK TO WALK IN AND ASK ME WHY I ACKIN SO CRAY CRAY
Plans
I wave my hand as the Knight falls, sending him into unconciousness. I grab Lily's hand and turn to face the bright structure. I run at it with Lily in tow, and right before we look like we are going to slam into it, we are gone.
----------------------------------------------------
We are in a new place the structure took us to. I look around at the rainy scenery, taking in every detail. I remember this place...I can't remember where from, but I know it...
Lily also looks around, seeing dead ones souls floating about, entering and exiting the reflections within the rusted yet faintly shining swords. We walk through, and the spirits notice us and fly directly at us, chattering and screaming and moaning, nonstop. And the more sounds they make the bigger they get. And then Lily and me are slammed away as multiple spirits explode. I think I see someone, but they disappear behind a tree and are gone.
We run from the souls, but are then met by Grievers. Their minds are crazed to try and stand up to their lord, dor they dive at me. But as they fly at me I draw up my sword and the Grievers are too fast to change direction, and sever their own heads against my thorn. We step out and are faced with four Trojan statues. But these aren't regular Trojans. These are extinct Trojans, Trojans that have only shown their power a short time in the past. Gold Trojans.
As I walk up to a shrine of some sort, a blade appears before me. I take it and lay it upon the altar as the first Gold Trojan attacks. The stone that encases it melts into thin air. I am already behind this Trojan, and it's dead before it even lifts it's sword.
The second one is released. It strikes me across the face with the flat of the blade. I let out a growl, and it hits me again. I appear behind it, and it drops to the ground, no longer worthy.
The third one is clever. It charges at Lily, but Lily easily hops away from the Trojan. But the Trojan was anticipating this and bashes Lily backwards and Lily doesn't get up, but lays there, still. The Trojan turns to me and flies right in front of me, beating me against the wall. But Lily gets up and walks right up behind the Trojan and kills it instantly.
The fourth Trojan activates, and I know we are in trouble. This is the warrior of the group. He flies at us, holding out his arms as the sword bashes me and the shield bashes Lily. I growl and this seems to only anger the Trojan. It throws us backward by some invisible force and our heads bang hard against the wall. The last thing I remember is the Trojan walking up to me, smiling.
----------------------------------------------------
I wake up, tied to Lily in the center of the battle, the Trojan circling us, smirking. Slowly, piece by piece, little Swarm fall off of it. Pretty soon, we are in the middle of a tornado of Swarm, it's many eyes watching us.
It's voice screeches into our ears. We black out once more...
Yeah its been drivin me cray cray x(
Plans (continued)
I wake up. We are untied. But a writhing darkness is all around us, and there is no light. "Lily," I call, "where are you?" I hear a shuffle come to the side of me, and I am comforted. But I look in the direction and know something is wrong. Lily glows. All I see is more darkness.
I jump and claw the wall behind me to escape whatever it is that's in here with me. A flash of pink, pure energy hits the spot I was JUST in. A glowing pink scar is splashed where it touched. I hear whispers all around me, whispers of excitement. Another blast, and I see my assailant in the flash before I move to escape the blast of energy. Dao.
"Why are YOU here," I ask, disturbed, "aren't you a leader amongst them?!" And I dodge another blast. "I am not what you deem me to be" he answers, throwing another ball of energy at me, "I am a prisoner, they just want me for my power over Curses. I am part Swarm, but I am still a person!" And he throws another blast so sharply, and I am so caught off guard by his explanation that the edge of the blast hits me and I am thrown into a corner right across from his.
"Why do we fight then? Can't we just figure out a way to get out of here?" anr he stops. He looks at me and asks, "Do you think they will allow that?" and I look at him, and he looks at me, and I say, "We don't need permission." and I dive over, and in mid air countless huge thorns erupt from my back and pierce the darkness, making it scream. Holes that look like they were ripped in fabric appear, and soon the whole Swarm prison is a hollow shell, all in seconds. I tackle Dao and push him out just in time before the whole prison implodes.
We land on a metal ground, and I know we are not safe yet. Gremlins, fully controlled by Swarm, circle us. I spray spear-like thorns that shoot them all perfectly in the eye. Pink blood drips down from them, and they implode. I know they don't die, they just get set back. Things of evil never die. I run as fast as I can, knowing that where there is Swarm there has to be-
Sanctuary. Right ahead. They won't and can't stop me now. I look to my side and see Dao, and wonder what effect Sanctuary will have on him. Hopefully, he will be okay.
I see it now, a huge bridge of light forms, I can even see a little bit of the structure. I step onto the bridge and look at Dao. I reach out my hand to him. "We don't have to fight. You can trust me." and he looks at me with such a look that seems sad, but it isn't because it is tears of joy. Pink flows from his bright pink eyes. He takes my hand. and I tug him onto the bridge and together as equals we walk to the light.
Awesome! But anyway...... How's Lily and Seatus' 'relationship' going? When they going to make out?
Shock
(Lily)
I wake, and I just see darkness. That isn't right...I am awake...the room shifts, and suddenly I am slipping towards a electrified-spike wall. The electricity moves in arches, reaching out to me, like it is just as hungry as the Swarm. I slip, and slide closer to the wall. The electricity is barely missing my feet. Swarm materialize from the other walls, each a unique creature under the control.
They walk on the tilted ground like it is flat. The wall tilts, and I dig into the floor to keep from falling into them. Tears fall from my face, burning the floor. And then he appears, flying thtough the opposite wall. Seatus. He crouches over me, and I hear a series of kerthunks. I hold him around his shoulders and look to see the last of the Swarm imploding. He picks me up, and I look into his eyes. I turn my head to be looking up at him. He has been so nice to me this whole trip. Never doing it for a reward, always being selfless. I wander in my head a bit and suddenly we are shocked and repelled backwards. I blackout...
----------------------------------------------------
(Seatus)
Lily goes limp in my arms. I struggle to get up, and barely miss the edge of a swing from the Voltaged Lumber. I kill it with no problems as I leave it's corpse filled with thorns before it implodes. I run through the enemies, not bothering to kill them. I jump onto the Sanctuary bridge and finally lay down Lily.
I rest her head on my lap, and see an ugly gash on her head. I take some of my fur and clot the wound. The bleeding has stopped. We lay there on the bridge as I take a break. The Swarm reaches out, but it cannot touch us.
I sit on my side and look at Lily. She looks really pretty when she sleeps. It is just like she is in Sanctuary already. I lay her head on my chest. How are we going to fight this? What do we have that the Swarm doesn't? How can we win a war?
Lily opens her eyes and looks at me. "Love," she says, "is what the Swarm doesn't have." and she straightens up and turns and kisses me before she falls asleep and slumps again. I am completely dumbfounded, but I cannot be sure if she was or wasn't delirious......most likely, it was just shock.
I love(hate) fanfiction romance. Especially SK fanfictions.
Seatus, u my friend scored brother. So wen u thinking the next chapter will be out?
My reaction to the last part of the chapter. Daaammmnnnn, peanut butter and jaaaaaaammmmmm. Lucky guy.
/clap seatus
Woo! Love between them! oh and Seatus...... Why don't you read my Fan-fiction........
I READ YOUR FANFIC EVERY TIME A NEW CHAPTER COMES OUT SILLY TOPO!!! XD
No comments tho....... I wouldn't know if you read them or not if you don't comment! ARGH. Silly Seatus......
Pretty good effort for a fanfic. It was rather swell, right up to the moment in which it all went lovey-dovey! >_< Not that I hate romance or anything, it's just... not right to have such a luxury as undeniable love (aww, how cute) while the whole of cradle is going up in swarm infested flames, right? Have all the rejoicing after the great enemy has been vanquished, maybe. Then again, it's your story, so carry on. ^_^
@Everyone Don't get too excited.....and thanks for the comments
You shall always be welcome for our comments - however, you gotta hold up your side of the job - MOAR chaptores! XD
Anyway, just keep those updates comin' - we'll help by keeping this thang alive. Ciao.
Just to clear things up: are Seatus and Lily always portrayed in their traditional Wolver (animal) form, or are they anthropomorphic? (Human-like.)
Then again, they could be were-knights who got some horrible curse on'em.
Just some speculation. ^_^
Waking
We wake up in Sanctuary, completely dazed and roughly at the same time. I can't remember anything, and judging by the look of confusion on Lily's face, neither can she. I can't even remember getting here, something is wrong. I KNOW something is wrong. I look around, and see a crack in Sanctuary's Structure. That is disturbing...
Next to each of us is an emptied syringe needle. I pick on up, and am met with a burning cold. I toss it over the side of Sanctuary. We are going to need HELP. I run over to the Structure and dip my hands into the pool. I close my eyes, and everything around me fades out.
I see Anubis running through a graveyard. His grace never once faulters, and undead fall beneath the crippling might of his Gran Faust despite their resilience. One two, One two, and with each swing yet more fall. He dives into the elevator, and leaves no stone unturned.
I call him out by his name. "Anubis," I call,"Anubis!" and he turns in confusion. I manifest myself a spirit-like form, and appear in front of him. "Lord Seatus,"he bows, and continues, "What a pleasant suprise."
"Listen carefully," I warn, staring directly into his eyes, "I am wanting of your help. The Structure is cracked, and me and Lily woke up with needles, appearing drained into our arms. We need you to find out what kind of thing did this. The Swarm is repellant to Sanctuary, so whatever did this, is something else entirely. Wait a minute...where's Dao?!" I turn and plead, "I need to go!" and I pull my hands out of the water and spin around, running down the steps to help up Lily. An echostone screams at us, "LEAVE! LEAVE NOW! IT IS UPON US! UPON U-" and a creature appears and the echostone falls silent. It looks at us blankly, it's gaze settles on Lily. It is blurred, as if not completely reality. It has a bright glow around itself, and beholds a mask. It turns it's head from side to side and inches closer. I gasp, for it is a sprite. But why would the echostone warn us about the sprite? But it's mask falls, and I am trembling in fear, shock, and disturbia, for it doesn't uave a face but the eye of the Swarm, looking around maddeningly, searching, SEARCHING, SEARCHING!!!
It settles it's gaze on us, and a mouth that wasn't there before appears with a mouthful of elongated teeth and a long tongue rolls out of it's mouth. It jumps at us, and I almost attack it when it disappears...
"We have stayed too long," I say, "we are weakening Sanctuary's boundaries. We need to find another place to rest." and at that moment I think of the gremlins. They also have communication with the Core. I will go to them for shelter...
"Come on," I say to Lily, "I know a place we can stay."
Have you read all the chapters? XD...They can't be were-Knights, and to clear things up, yes, most of the time they are in humanoid form. But seriously, if you mess with them, they might get instinctive, go on all fours, and you would be dead a minute later...
Aww, no were-knights! Oh well. That explains how they were able to have such a moment in such a human way. Dang it Seatus, why you so subtle? XD
If I were to mess with them, they would attack quite viciously, huh? Hoo boy, when I finally get out my first chapter, you won't believe HOW MUCH I will mess with that new couple. >:D Don't worry though, your storyline is yours, so I'll just say the events were completely fictional and were written by the great Seatus (story one, duh) as bedtime stories for his snarby-wolver hybrid children. Oops, did I say that? Yeah, he adopted those hybrids from a lab. @_@
Anyway, thanks for finally coming up with that chapter. Man, they all end with cliffhangers! Gonna get a heart attack just reading one! XD Keep up the good work, man.
SEATUS DOESN'T HAVE CHILDREN OH GOD DON'T RUIN IT!!!
He doesn't HAVE children, or "make" them, for that matter. He instead gives some DNA up to some lab rats which mutate into beings that only LOOK like they would be Seatus's children. Hee - hee. Then he cybernetically enhances them in order to kill off the Swarm once and for all. Yay! XD
Then again, this is your story, so again, keep it the way you like it. ^_^
By the way, you can find me in-game on weekends most of the time. (As Onoa, of course. You can easily identify me as a knight with a proto costume [yellow/green] and a blue shield strapped to his back. [I'm a 3 star F2P player, pretty close to tier 3 though.) I'd be glad to make your acquaintance - you should be as good a knight as you are a storyteller, I believe!
So when's the next chapter coming out? Topo hasn't updated yet, and nor has Artistbma. Goodness, I'm so impatient. (A hint of hypocrisy as well.) But don't worry, the next great addition to the library will come from yours truly! It shall be the conspiracy to end all conspiracies... MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Onoa, over and out.
Artistbma has got his new fanfic (WAR, it should be up there) up and running, with more than 5 chapters to boot! It's a good read, with more chapters coming in soon. Just wanted a fellow writer to know. ;)
@Onoa I think you just summon the wrath of Seatus.
I have no intentions whatsoever to harm Seatus (or his loving companion, for that matter.) Anyway, just wanted to let you lnaves know that I'm actually releasing early - which is, of course, today. I'll have the thing up in acouple hours, so be ready!

Navi the annoying fairy here!
Seatus! Y U NO UPDATE?
Your loyal follower(s) are waiting [impatiently] for the next chapter, you know.
This thread won't be dead - not on my watch!
Oh, and will you end the series soon? A blaze of glory would add to the excitement a bit.
(by) The F2P grinder Onoa.
Did I post the same thing 4 times?
Sorry for spamming, didn't know using a smartphone could bee so unreliable.
Anyway, still waiting for the next awesome chapter.

@Hyiaku: I actually don't have time, but I do sacrifice about 2 hours of homework time a day in order to post. Yup, I can turn half an hour of homework into a solid three hour time window. Procrastination at its best. Oh, by the way, my new series will have its first chapter soon, so stay posted!
Still needs to be made (holds up Under Construction sign)
