everything I know about points
You get 1 point for voting on a choice in a story, and there's a possibility to get 2 points in bonus rounds, which are non-normal voting sessions (Make our own desicions, only 2 choices, etc.) If we finish a story well, you get points. There used to be achievements, but not anymore.

Hello visitors! (if anyone is still there)
First of all, I want to apologise (again) for being inactive (or rather abandoning the forums, you might say). I'm really sorry and I really mean it. As much as I love the SK community, I want to keep my hands busy in writing in the forums.
But then, there's the "real life" part. The part where you have to make decisions. I want to focus, and frankly speaking, the forums got in the way somehow. Besides, if I can't even properly enjoy writing a story, what's the point?
This happened before a year ago, so some of you might not be surprised if I give the same reason. But then again, I will return, just like I did.
Just in case, before I choose to leave the forums a long, long time again, I want to say thank you to everyone who stayed and waited while I left without saying a word. Especially Kanoka, who were always there no matter what, and Tevokkia, for supporting me as always. I can probably assume that lots of people have given up on this forum post due to my carelessness, but I hope that when I come back, I can see old faces again, or even better, new ones who are interested in the RP-kind of SK fiction. That would be great :)

Actually, I should apologize for not notifying you guys earlier when I sense my schedule tightening up. Frankly speaking, I thought of delaying the story-writing, but not for this long. Eventually I told myself I have to deal with it, so that explains why it took me weeks to post up the note. Incidentally, if any of you are looking for a better CYO writing tool online - Inkle Studios I ran across it since I've been wanting to give the CYO stuff a go. Interface is a ton more intuitive than any others I've seen. Including ChooseYourStory, which I noticed got a mention above.
But yeah. I don't have much game time lately - but I have creative bursts. I'm a writer by nature, so you'll be seeing me around :)

Greetings, knights! The once populated series of Choose Your Adventure is now ready to launch, because my hectic days are over! (for now)
But honestly, there's a lot I have to say, so I'll cut this post into digestable chunks and recap everything as quickly as I can. I don't usually summarise stuff like this, but I'll try.
- If you're new to this adventure thing, welcome! You're a step away from embarking on a great story together with everyone else, and potentially forge the plot with your very own hands (or rather, typing words). To get started, just check out the main post and the info centre for more details.

If you're an old-timer who have been adventuring with us throughout any of the previous stories, glad to have you back! We have already begun voting and decided on a story called Another Favour (as seen here. But we can't be sure if everyone is here to start. This will leave us for more decision making:
a) Wait for enough people who previously voted on that story to return, but it would be time-consuming
b) Move on and carry out the story anyway, but there may not be enough people to carry out the votes for chapters.
c) Restart the previous vote OR make a new voting session with new choices. (Another Favour was meant to be done as an anniversary special, but being delayed for a few months kind of missed the meaning behind it. Nevertheless it's something to celebrate our great achievement in the community, and all the madness around Biscotti currently. By that I mean the pet alchemy machine and the Gourmet Prize Boxes.)
My main focus here is to see if we have enough people to engage into the story together. If the reception is high, I'll carry out what everyone is thinking about doing. Otherwise, it's back to the starting point for me.
Well, guess that wasn't a short recap after all. To summarise it even more: leave a note if you're an old-timer, tell us what you think about the old votes, and simply wave if you wanna join the party.

If only having a prologue and a couple of chapters count, then yes. (Of course, with some rough ideas of characters, story development, and theme taken into account, but nothing too detailed.)
Just like I've always said, I never elaborately plan out the entire plot. Everyone can twist the story into something out of the ordinary.
