Duel with Axis!
Proposal start
A Shockburst Brandish...Axis! Gwen placed a hand on Archemiday's shoulder. "Stay here. They will pay for their cheating." Gwen got up, drew her Flamberge, and darted out of the base.
She spotted Axis in the distance, and charged at him with blinding speed. With her blade extended, she shot past him and lacerated his left leg. She jumped up to the wall, anchored herself, and leapt off with her blade held high. Axis stepped back, and she landed in front of him. Their blades locked, and Axis sneered at her. "Ready to finally 'dice' me up, woman?" Gwen grunted and pushed harder. "No, I'm going to make you suffer." Axis's injured leg gave way, and he fell into a pool of his own blood. Gwen straddled him and plunged her sword into his left shoulder, where she left it. Axis screamed in pain and tried to clutch his shoulder, but Gwen pinned his wrists down. She leaned in close to him and said angrily, "You're a filthy cheater, Axis. I guess you never figured that your turning off the safeties would backfire on you, did you?" She twisted her sword in his shoulder, causing him to cry out in pain.
Archemiday had since recovered, and returned to the field to find Gwen torturing Axis. "Gwen, STOP! Why are you doing this!?" he screamed at her.

Gwen stopped. She looked at Archemiday, then at Axis, who was still groaning. I...am a monster! And the good Lord says to love your enemies... Gwen pulled out her sword (making him whimper a little), wiped the blood off with her handkerchief, and sheathed it.
The match ended, and the enemy team won. Gwen helped Axis up and helped him walk back to his base. She set him down on a health pad and knelt in front of him. After forcing down the lump in her throat, she said,
"I apologize for torturing you, Axis. Can you please forgive me?"

If Nathaniel's not battling Axis..... then who on earth does he fight? :/ Also, you wrote about Gwen attacking Axis. So even if I edit mine, the story won't flow well because there are two people who don't write that the other writer attacks this person. For simplicity's sake, I'll name Writer A(A), Writer B(B) and random person(C).
A writes about how he beat C.
B writes about how he beat C.
A doesn't write that B was there to help him beat C, or even be there just to watch.
B doesn't write that A was there to help him beat C, or even be there just to watch.
When the storyline is shown, this will bewilder most readers, as they will actually wonder who beat that person.

I've pondered over the problem of how to coordinate two different players attacking the same target. I work around it by giving at least as many enemies as there are players. If you'll notice Ultima, I provided Gwen and Nate with two enemies, Nex and Rez. You could write about Nate's fight with Rez, ending with Gwen pointing her sword at him. It would tie in with mine if Rez somehow drove off or defeated Nate for a moment.

Gwen dragged me across the rough grass as she ran towards the closest control point. I soon regained my balance, and started running on my own. Turning to look more closely at the grass, it was of an unusual faded green, with a metallic-grey being its base. I quickly turned to face the green control point that seemed to get bigger as we got closer to it. After we captured the green control point with no interruptions, we were congratulated(not literally) by two members of the opposite team. I checked my HUD to see who they were. "Rez and Nex, huh?"I pondered. "Now where have I heard those names before?" Gwen ran to Nex, and their swords met, interrupting my thoughts. Nex gained the upper hand, and sliced her shield arm off, leaving her arm lacerated. "Gwen!"I shouted. I summoned my swords, and immediately took a battle stance. She gestured for me to let her continue, and not help her. I winced, and turned to Rez. I ran towards him, swords in hand as he charged his bomb. Since he was close enough to be struck, I sliced his right arm off just as he planted his Lightning Capacitor next to my feet. "Uh oh."I muttered. I jumped backwards just as the bomb exploded, protecting myself with my swords. I threw my Holy Sword towards Rez, but he ducked under it and prepared to charge another bomb, which was of the same type. The Sword came back to me as it grazed Rez's back, surprising him. He fell to the ground, but using the last of his energy, he put the bomb next to Gwen's feet. She backflipped out of the way, and sliced Rez's neck. Gwen raced to the next control point almost immediately, and I followed a few moments after. As it turns out, Gwen found Arch injured, and sent him to the nearest heart pad. My eyes were met by Axis in the distance, fighting Gwen. I sighed impatiently as I waited for the match to end. It did end, but not very quickly. I checked the HUD, only to find that the opposing team won. I frowned as I walked off the field. "They're not fit to battle Vog; at least not yet,"I thought.

I do, actually, find it offensive. My post holds no more weight than yours does, and you are completely free to make a counter-proposal. Your sarcasm is unwarranted.
It could be argued that neither of us *gets* to do *anything* to Axis, seeing as our characters are initiating the fight, and Axis's health is at stake. So Gzilla gets veto power over anything we do to Axis. Since he did not object to my proposal yet (and killing off a player's character without permission is just forbidden), my post currently holds some weight. If you post a contradictory proposal that abides by Kaiju's rules, yours will hold weight too. Then we can argue over whose is best. xD
Regarding teleportation, I took a creative liberty with Axis. Normally, he would have been teleported too, but it wouldn't work for the story.

As long as everyone understands that the player of the affected character gets the final say in our power plays, we can power play to our heart's content. It really helps to acknowledge when one is occurring because it minimizes stress for the affected player.
So yes, everyone is power playing, but I hope everyone understands who has veto authority over the power plays.

And- oh gosh! Gwens not a monster, I literally am!'. I knew if I didn't find a blood source soon I would be weaker and weaker until my life was taken. Again.

Plans
I looked at the scores I had done horrible, six kills one death. Nex and Rez working together had both gotten 7 kills and 2 deaths. Hotaru had gone completely maniacal and had managed to score 10 kills with one death. I looked at the girl with contempt. I just laughed and walked away. It looked like it was time to switch my fighting style again. I had originally accustomed to the Order of the Roses battle style, but had gotten into a more brutal way of attacking. It was time to combine both styles. I had gone easy on the other team, without knowing it. I found Rez questioning me. "What was that, how could that girl defeat you so easily?" I looked at him with malice. "Because I LET her." I growled. I looked at the gauntlet, it was time to ditch the thing and upgrade my sword, no use going bar handed when I was better with the Order's form. Two things interested me about the fight, one the kid with wings, the wings seemed to be real up close. I'd look into it further. The second was the "commander" of The White Rose. He had demonstrated abnormal abilities. I'd have to report to the higher ups, they had wanted the Order of the Rose out of their way for a while, and I had an idea.

Ambush
I barely let go of the Snipe when Enforcers were all around me and Akairo. I withdraw my Twisted Snarble Barb. "Surrender the Gremlin. This is your last chance before we attack!" The leader hollers. I walk up to him, and smack across his face. "You can do nothing. And I'll prove it." He swings his sword, and it clashes against my Barb. Quickly, I shove off his sword, and hold my Barb with both hands, drawing in the necessary energy since I didn't have the luxury of doing it right off the bat. I open my now Snarbolax eyes ((still in human form)) and attack full force on all of them.
I clatter my thorn on their armor, repeatedly and with all my strength. Their armor almost sings as I continue, the hits echoing off and inside the metal. Finally, I stick out my Barb and spin, knocking them into each other.
I turn to Akairo, my eyes still those of the Snarbolax, but glowing green. "Sorry about that. The others should be out soon..."

And yes, Gwen's blood would taste good (being Purged), but it would be like eating poisoned mushrooms - they taste great, but you die within fifteen minutes. The Lost cannot safely consume the flesh of those who are Purged.
Actually, some of this lore may become important.
Many eons ago, before the creation of time itself, the Great Spirit chose who would be Purged and who would remain Lost. After the generation of the known universe was complete, he began to act upon his ancient plans, purging some and leaving others. He created Vog, the Great Cleanser; Lucifer, the Arch-Valkyrie and Arbiter of Light; and several other great beings, simply because he could. Lucifer became proud, thinking she could challenge the Great Spirit, and so was cast into the Underworld, where she now rules the monsters known as "fiends." She is thought to be the very first Fallen Valkyrie. Vog, up until recently, served in his role as Cleanser, occasionally dispensing his fire to purge the universe of wickedness as necessary.
Vog recently achieved some popularity after he began handing out replicas of his Fangs in exchange for Almirian Seals. What he intends to do with these seals is unknown, though some have speculated that he creates Sealed Swords with them. Vog's replica Fangs feel quite authentic.
Lucifer is sometimes called the Night Mother, or Nyx, because she becomes active during the darker hours of a cycle. She is quite fond of Forbidden Fruit, but she will eat anything if she is of a mind to.
Now, most creatures are born Dark. This means that their souls are essentially evil. When a creature is "purged," its soul becomes transformed into a "light" soul. Such creatures are still capable of evil, but it is no longer a necessary part of their nature. Purged souls are incorruptible and deathless; in other words, they cannot be made "dark" again, nor can they be destroyed. On the contrary; light souls are occasionally given the power to transform a nearby dark soul.
Gwen is one of the Purged. This means that she cannot be corrupted by the Swarm (which is a living darkness) or dark matter, and her soul cannot be destroyed. She could even be regenerated after death, if the Great Spirit wishes it, although such an occurrence is rare. Those who wish to become Purged may simply ask for it, and it will be granted to them in one way or another.

He is the creator of the gods (lit. "judges" or arbiters), too. The runes providing his name roughly translate as "Being," which is not very helpful in identifying him, but it is the name he uses for himself.

Well then, 'deities' it is. But I don't think a single being could pull that off to create beings of ultimate power, thus the name deity. I doubt in them being Arbiters, which I believe are just simple judges appointed by the Gods without truly knowing or caring. Nyx, I also believe, is just the simple embodiment of a state of place, as in night, or the evil that glints off hearts. 'Deities' are allpowerful, with no extent. Except if more teamed against one...anywho, 'Being' would more fit into the 'Deity' position.

This could quickly descend into a philosophical discussion which would derail the roleplay, so I think we should attempt to keep the term "god" out of it. Besides, I don't think anyone's opinion of Vog or Nyx will be decreased by our failure to refer to them as "gods." I will refer to them as Arbiters. The Great Spirit is the Arbiter of Life, and Lucifer (was) his right-hand Valkyrie.

But yeah, the decision to make Lucifer female was influenced by Artifice's depiction of him. Lucifer technically an angel, and can plausibly take any gender of choice. For this roleplay, Lucifer will be female (if the character is ever needed). She is a liar either way, though.

Both of our fight scene proposals mainly involved Axis, who is Gzilla's character; thus, Gzilla gets the final say in what happens to him, and it is therefore Gzilla's opinion of the fight that counts the most. Assuming Gzilla allows his character to be fought at all, the next problem to be considered is who gets to fight and defeat him. In the event that our stories conflict, neither of us holds any weight.
Tally up the points:
Weight of Axis: 1 point me, 0 points you (he didn't like you KOing his char)
Weight of conflict: 0 points me, 0 points you
Thus, my post holds more weight at the moment. You can reset the tally by creating a new proposal, or editing out the problems in your current one.
3. You are correct, there is no "killing" in Lockdown. If you meant to say in your proposal that the "kill" was simulated, then I apologize for my confusion. I will endeavor to keep the distinction between "kill" and "defeat" clearer in the future.
4. I was not referring to your new post. Thanks for pointing out your new one.
5. Teleportation actually occurs within about 5 seconds in Lockdown, and results in a full regeneration upon respawn between 5-20 seconds later. Gwen's torture of Axis takes a good deal longer than 5 seconds. This scene is important for establishing certain aspects of her character, so I can't have Axis teleporting and healing prematurely.
6. Heaven forbid I should provoke the great Ultimaknightz! I certainly wouldn't want to suffer his merciless, argumentative wrath. (sarcasm. I'm not angry.)
More seriously, that threat was unnecessary. I enjoy civil debates, as they are always educational and beneficial so long as they remain civil, and they challenge my philosophical mind. But I don't want to derail the RP any more than you do.
So allow me to propose a compromise: we must both accept when any player rejects our proposals.

He is of a different light and darkness. He controls HOLY LIGHT and DARK CHAOS. He is not of the Purged, nor is he of the darkness. However, he is different- he is at a third level, that of which can control both light and darkness, and is both light and darkness. Let me make it easier to digest.
This is cool Lore stuff.
The Purged can purify the Darkness.
The Purged are not like Holy Light. The Purged cannot have abilities like those of the Holy Light.
Holy Light cannot purify the Darkness, but special people who have Holy Light in them have special holy light abilities.
Darkness just makes the person evil.
Chaos is more powerful than Darkness. Special people who have Chaos in them have chaos abilities.
Darkness is not like Chaos. Darkness cannot have special abilities, while Chaos has special abilities.
If a special person was born with both Chaos and Holy Light in him/her, he will gain both powers. If that person manages to master both, he will gain the Equilibrium.
The Equilibrium is a compound of Holy Light and Chaos. It grants the person who mastered it a set of new skills, but the old skills are still there, just improved.
Holy Light and Chaos are given out to people who are specially chosen, when they are born.
There is a chance that, if you're chosen, you might get both. There's also a chance that you might only get one.
Those of the Purged cannot gain access to Holy Light, and those of the Darkness cannot gain access to Chaos.
If you're born with Holy Light alone, you will be controlled by it.
If you're born with Chaos alone, you will be controlled by it.
If you're born with both, you have free will, though both sides will constantly persuade you into doing what they want you to do.
More detailed history:
The 'Great Spirit' created the universe, and all living beings. He also created angels to worship him. He gave some the power of Chaos, and some the power of Holy Light, hoping that they might work well together and become of a third level like he was, but his plan backfired on him. They fought to no end, and caused a universal battle, almost destroying everything in the universe, until the 'Great Spirit' killed most of them off. He decided to make new angels, new ones that would use weaker powers, after many millennia. However, one of his angels(Lucifer) found an ancient scroll of a weaker darkness, one that could control people. He became too proud of his newfound abilities, but got sent into the Underworld, along with many of his followers.

I hope you realize that your laughing at me strips your side of the debate of civility? I do not enjoy uncivil debate. Unlike you, I don't "take the gloves off" or "become a force to be reckoned with" when others try to take it to a new level. You can count on my civility (mostly) at any stage of debate, even if you become uncivil.
Regarding your lore, I see no need to draw a distinction between kinds of light or dark. Think of "light" and "dark" as being the basic building blocks of a creature's essence. Some have more, some have less, some use it differently. Nathaniel may simply have a heart that compartmentalizes its opposing light & darkness. He has more/stronger light than a typical purged Isoran, and he has more/stronger darkness than a typical devilite. Since these forces are at least as strong as the threshold needed to gain additional powers, he will not need "holy light" or "chaos darkness." This should keep the lore a little simpler.

Regarding your statement on my Lore, there are different kinds of light and darkness. Let me put it this way:
There's Holy Light, which is the purest and most powerful of the Light.
Then there's Impure Light, also known as Purged, which is impure, and so does not grant the user special abilities.
There's Chaos, which is the most destructive of the Darkness.
Then there's the usual Impure Darkness, also known as Darkness, which only makes the person evil.
There's the Equilibrium state, which you only can obtain IF:
You have mastered the two forces(Holy Light and Chaos)
To master those, you have to have those. So you need both Holy Light and Chaos.
To have any of those, you need to be lucky.
Impure light can be easily given to Isorans and people, and so can Impure darkness. That is because they are impure. Holy Light and Chaos are the purest of their kind, and are given by the remaining kind of the Holy Light and Chaos warriors created by the 'Great Sprit'. Sadly, those who already have Impure Darkness or Impure Light in them cannot gain Pure Holy Light or Pure Chaos. That is the way of life.

Accusation of incivility is not an insult, even if it is incorrect. Insults are statements that are disrespectful and scornful, which my accusation was not. Learn the difference.

Finally, my point in "praising myself" was not so much to boast about being better than you (which I reject), but rather to intentionally make you ashamed of threatening me with incivility.

One more note...
Please, please do not mistake strong disagreement for enmity. Truly good friends will be able to disagree and debate with each other and still remain kind and civil to one another. If we are to be friends, I do not want it to be based on an eerie silence or awkward fake-agreement.
I am not insecure about losing debates. I have trained myself to lose them gracefully. Again, what you saw was not arrogance, but an attempt to make you see the disgracefulness of making a threat during a debate.
I used to make threats exactly like the one you made, so I know how they work. In fact, I was tempted to write one of my own a few posts earlier. They often spawn from arrogance (ironic, no?).
Arrogance does not belong in civil debate.

Proposal start
Gwen was a little taken aback by Axis's refusal to address her apology, but she brushed it off. He is not obliged to forgive me, she thought to herself. She went back to base and removed her Lockdown equipment, then headed for the door. But before she could leave the building, a black snipe got her attention and started drawing blood runes along the wall (amid the complaints of an injured knight). She recognized them as being the runes on the gremlin she met earlier, except that they were unread ones that continued where she left off. They described a cursed strong place on fire...Firestorm Citadel? No, the curse rune had emphasis markers nearby; this had to be a particularly strong curse. Following runes mentioned the living darkness again.
Oh no. Shadow Firestorm Citadel? There is no way I'm going back there!
She desperately searched the remaining runes, looking for clues to other locations, but they all consistently referred to UFSC in one way or another. Some referred to it as Vog's new home, while others mentioned it as being where certain souls were laid to rest. There was no way around it; if they were to even reach Vog, let alone battle him, they had to pass through UFSC.
She suddenly didn't feel very well. She popped one of Sakaya's crackers into her mouth and tried to relax, but she couldn't while the dreaded place was still on her mind. Gwen called out to the team, and everyone came over to the wall. "Guys, these runes say that we have to go through Shadow Firestorm Citadel if we are to reach Vog."
She hoped that someone would propose an alternate route.

We're trying to be professional with you here. It seems to me you're bent on getting the last word. Whenever Thin suggests you stop the fight, you insult/demean him once more then try to end the fight. I can understand that you're new to the forum, but still that doesn't give you the right to act like you can pull anything and still make people respect you. I think we're all just asking you to turn the "debate" side of this thread down a notch.

@Ultimaknightz: In my experience, there are three ways to gracefully step out of a debate or quarrel:
*Address your opponent's concerns (i.e. apologize)
*State that you are unable to respond (does not cede victory, but does not permit continued debate)
*Stop debating and pretend it never occurred (i.e. get back to roleplaying)
By default, I will do the lattermost option, but the most satisfactory way to end it is with the first option. The second is still an option too, but it will have to be carefully worded, since certain undesirable elements have entered our debate that may force it to continue.
The worst possible thing you could do would be to leave in a fit of rage or bitterness, if you're ever inclined to do so. It cuts off debate, certainly, but it defeats all the reasons for having a debate in the first place:
*It leaves everyone bitter or angry at you. It's more permanent than you think.
*It leaves everyone's concerns unaddressed, including your own.
*It halts the RP (the debate was intended to deal with conflicting posts in order to move the RP forward).
Your best bet is to apologize for incivility and move forward. If you like, we can then continue in a civil debate to determine a strong roleplaying compromise.

Gwen whipped around and stared at the blade. The unforgiving coldness in her eyes sent a surprising chill down Shinigami's (virtual) spine. She replied into his mind, "No, *I* will be your escort to the hell that awaits you. Do not think that I am easily intimidated because I am a mere Isoran. I am one of the Chosen; I do not fear you. Hell cannot contain the souls purged by the Great Spirit." She drew the sword, twirled it, and bound it to her arsenal. "You are mine now, Shinigami. You will obey me when I demand it. The light from her soul burned him until he relented.
