Gwen is impossible to rid, even with her weakness she will become the weakness and it becomes her strength. I am simply powerful in my true form. Your self-indulgence is ridiculous when with your equals." I toss him a thorn. "Contact me when you're humbled." I am gone suddenly and at Gwen's side with only a fast burrow. We look for Arch.

"Move, move, move!" I yell. We're already at the hover pods. We jettison off. "We're here, they won't get past us." Rez says confidently. I hear the braking of glass, three times to be exact. He must've started bombing the place. I hear giant gunshots resonating too. The approximately twelve pack members were closing in on the group. The group from what I had heard from a recon, was made up of three girls, a masked stranger, and some sort of weird sealed sword. We had tabs on the commander. I grinned they weren't catching us.

I jump down after Gwen, and see her fighting Nex. I figure they could handle them, and it would be a good stretch for Gwen. I know I should, but they need the practice more than I... I sit on the floor and watch....

As soon as the battle got too intense, I pinned Rez and Nex to the wall with my thorns. Shinigami comes down and looks at their faces, licking his lips. Who goes first? He breaths on them hungrily.

I agree with Gzilla. Have the bad guys win for once, it makes the story MUCH more interesting.

Okay, I'll edit the story. But can Gzilla take Arch through the Clockworks? I think that'll keep things interesting.

The old man is also training him to make Nate's powers more powerful, less costly and faster. Not only that, the old man is training him to become better overall. Nate will soon(not revealed in the story) learn lots of new skills, and will gain the equilibrium state, which is why he will have an 'equilibrium' katana.(The reason why he can learn those skills and more so fast is because he managed, with the help of the old man, to break the seal the Great Spirit put on him.) The sheath and the blade sheathed in it can be materialized out of midair, and will appear on the left side of his waist. And remember; Nate will only appear in the story again when the group is in DEEP TROUBLE(Not counting the Pack. Sorry Gzilla. Nate needs more time to train and stuff.) Nate'll probably only appear again when the group is in the UFSC, with the group(excluding Nate) about to die.

I'm writing an entry right now since I have nothing better to do.
This should cause problems for quite a few people in the story. Especially Akairo :D

I looked down at my body as Seatus rushed it and started suffocating whoever was controlling it. Eventually, they passed out, but I could tell he hadn't killed them. Shion was looking up at the sky, a desperate expression on her face, attempting to speak but failing.
A shadow crossed her face, and she suddenly cried out, "I-I can talk?!" She looked down and smiled faintly, picking my unconscious body up and putting it in her bag, somehow hoisting it up over her shoulder and carrying me. What in the world is going on? I half expected some kind of light to draw me back into my body, but nothing happened. I drifted over, trying to get into it, but I bumped into it, nothing happening. I pounded against it. Nothing happened. I tried to shake Shion to let her know of my presence, but despite the fact I made contact with her head, nothing seemed to happen at all. Nothing.
"LET ME BACK! I WANT TO GO BACK!", I cried silently, pounding against my prone body.
"Hold on, I can explain", a voice said. I looked back, startled. I saw a mass of light behind me, which nobody else seemed to notice.
"Your body's been possessed by a Swarm Entity, and you can't get back in because it's still possessing it."
"S-so I'm a ghost!?", I asked, frightened.
"Not exactly. That's still your body, and you can get into it. Possessions don't last very long, but the possessor has full control over your body during the time."
"So how long does it have left?"
"About... an hour."
I sighed in relief, drifting back lazily. Might as well follow the group.
"I see you're relieved. Well, I'll take my leave now", the light said.
"Wait! Who... are you?", I ask suddenly, turning towards him.
"You'll find out eventually." It vanished. I drift around for a while, counting the seconds and practicing talking for one of the first times in my life. I'm not sure if I could talk because I was a spirit, but who knows. Suddenly, the scenery warps. I find myself on an island in the middle of the Clockworks that I recognize as the Sanctuary. I've read about it in books, but... something's not right. The ground is dry, with the grass a sickly shade of brown and flowers nowhere to be seen. Trees are wilting, dead leaves scattered around, and the ones remaining on the tree clinging on as if still alive. The monument in the center is wrecked. Pieces are falling off, and it's turned... black. The waterfall into the pool is non-existent, and the water inside of it is stagnant and overgrown with algae. It's dead silent.
"What is this place...?", I murmur. The moment I take a step forward, I'm back in Haven. I look at the group, but the only person I see is Shion, who is running somewhere. I drift up to the skies, and see Seatus running into a shop. Shion follows them in, and I drift closer, curious.
"Is it Black Friday already?", I mutter to myself, chuckling. Things get a lot more serious though. My body jumps out of Shion's bag, and pushes her down, running into the shop. The markings are glowing a shade of orange again. I glide over to Shion.
"Are you okay?!", I yell, but remember that she can't hear me. She gets up and looks horrified and startled, standing stock still. I leave her and go into the shop. A man is slumped over the counter, unconscious. I see my body run into the basement. I can hear him saying something.
"...revenge...", it seethes, its eyes glowing intensely.

What's going on?!

That's a good idea, the Embodiment of the Core then. But nobody knows this. Except for it. And it wasn't in the Sanctuary, it was in Haven.

I recommend replacing the Vorpal Sword with the Divine Avenger. The DA is physically small enough to be plausibly handled with enough ease and speed to fence with a rapier.

I also recommend that Aether be wearing the Heavenly Guardian set (same stats as Valkyrie with a max Fire UV), Shield Bracelet, and Divine Avenger. His personal color is white, his eyes are normal, and his height is normal.

We can just adapt the Divine Avenger to the role. I mean, it has a similar hilt, shape, and general appearance.

In fact, I have an even better idea: let's create a new weapon:

Executor

Description: the Executor has the power to seal away and destroy dark spirits within its holy blade. It currently serves as the key to the Core, keeping it sealed shut until the sword is drawn. Perhaps this is what was meant by the term "Sealed Sword."

It resembles a Divine Avenger, except that it has the shimmering cyan glow of pure crystal energy.

Basic Attack
A 3-swing combo, each of which can interrupt and knock down a target. The swing speed is the same as the Leviathan Blade. The user spins on the last swing. The reach and arc of each swing is equivalent to those of the Troika line. Every swing has a good chance to inflict strong stun.

Charge Attack
The knight takes a step forward and performs a full 360 spin attack that can hit up to 4 times. It will simultaneously release 3 sword-shaped astral blades in a small arc; these will travel about the same distance as a typical gun, and deal significant knockback to the targets.

Unleveled and without any unique variants, it takes 5 seconds to charge.

Damage
It deals 340 damage on its first two hits, 403 damage on its third, 613 on each spin hit, and 166 from each astral blade.

The Executor deals pure normal damage, and has a built-in Beast Damage Bonus: Very High (for efficiently slaying Snarbolaxes).

The particular blade inside the Core has the UVs beast damage bonus medium, ASI vhigh, and CTR vhigh.

How about if I make it normal damage, but with the above damage values (taken from the WRH and Combuster against weak targets in Stratum 6)? That's gotta be even more overpowered, right? And it'll still have its vhigh beast damage bonus, over and above its already-insane damage against everything else, so it will absolutely murder Snarbolaxes.

And...how about it does the above damage values, except that the Executor can do that kind of damage anywhere in the Clockworks?

Just...no Vorpal Sword, please? Can't we just have something very, very similar?

I would imagine that having a sword inside you would be rather uncomfortable.

Nathaniel, even though restrictions were put on his powers, was chosen to be the Arbiter of Stability(Equilibrium). Also, Nate will find(although not shown) the other arbiters during his training. Nate will bring the Arbiters together and tell them to follow him to defeat Vog. Then, when the group is about to be beaten by Vog, the Arbiters come to the rescue. Don't worry, Nate hasn't unlocked all his powers yet. He'll probably unlock them all at the end of the story. I still don't know about that twist, though. The reason why Nate is bringing those Arbiters together is because at that time, he was not powerful enough to defeat Vog on his own.

I jumped down after Akairo "Watch out for Akairo, it seems he's been p-- poss- POSSESED ONCE AGAIN!" (takes a bit to talk when you learn you just CAN suddenly) I ran after Akairo, and rummaged around for my spare thwack hammer. {Seems like he snapped it in half. Oh well.} Since that did not work out, I jumped from behind him and tackled him. "Get off me you fool, I must seek revenge upon { }."
"Who are you!?"
