Well, it depends. If the item in question does not have a UV, it has an about 1 in 10 chance of getting a UV. If it does have a UV, you can't get a new UV unless you disable the keep unique variants check-box when upgrading.

Striker+Bomber=interesting...
Personally, I'm a T3 striker, and one of my friends is a pure bomber. We don't really play well together. Whenever I go for an enemy (say a jelly cube in the RJP) i always knock it out of the blast zone (joy, an angered bomber). When we hang out in the guild hall, we sometimes argue about who has the highest DPS rate. Me, with a grand flourish, blazebrand and silent nightblade (and full ash tail+dts), or him, with full 4* demo gear (no idea what the names are) and various bombs including 4*freezing and fire vaporizer, electron vortex and possibly some shard bombs. anyone know who is more powerful?

Ah yes...
I've been playing with my good friend Zeddy since ages back. Him being a bomber and I a swordsman, we've learned to cooporate. The greatest combo is truly any sword and Electron Vortex. It'll kill stuff faster than Sonic runs a marathon. This combo works with pretty much any elemental or shadow sword, Troikas, and Caliburs. That leaves us with Cutter-line swords and Toothpicks. I wouldn't really recommend using Warmaster Rocket Hammer with that combo but I haven't tried too much.
Apart from Vortexes, your bomber friend has a lot of good bombs. His method of dealing damage is to have enemies get hit by his bombs and your method of dealing damage is to hit your enemies with swords. How does this combine in the end? You mentioned that you often knock enemies out of his bombs, which is a bad thing. Rather than that, you should do it the other way around. If an enemy is not in the area of effect of one of his bombs, you can knock it into it. Aside from that, if the two of you ever go to say, arenas in the Arcade, your friend might be busy trying to make all of the enemies burn. What you should do as someone with good and quick single-target damage is to take out key targets, such as healers, and turrets.
Oh wait, your question was which one of you is the most powerful. I can safely say that swords are generally more powerful but if you can cooporate well, a bomber and a swordsman can be as strong as three individual players.

Hey I just came from the camp and I got a helmet and armor called Dusker Coat and Dusker Cap. I also got some Rigadoon thing and a Kilowatt Pulsar item and a black blade called a Nightblade and a blue blade called a Shockburst Brandish and a circle called Swiftstrike Buckler. I heard about some level with good payout called Royal Jelly Palace. Should I go there?

Wild Hunting Blade has lots of l33t sw4g but Dread Venom Striker is overall better. It's a bit faster but doesn't have as much interruption on the charge. The problem is that there's still too little interruption on the charge of Wild Hunting Blade so it doesn't really matter. The beast bonus doesn't mean a lot, though it comes in handy at times. The poison, on the other hand, is always useful.

If they use AT, it's the same strategy as dealing with AT using Flourish wielders. If they don't I might or might not be screwed. Either way, when the fight ends, it is my duty as a generic turd to call them a n00b.

I'm not entirely sure but extensive research has led me to believe it's some weird stuff people use to beat the fecal matter out of Vanacluck in less than a minute.
Your UV gets a 7. CTR would've been better as that'd make you land on CTR Max without any other equipment once the Combuster is fully heated. It's no double or triple UV, either.

The only difference is the charge attack. In my opinion, Flourishes are more fun because of that as BTB has a pretty boring charge. If we are to look at it more objectively, Flourishes have a charge better suited for single targets while a Snarbypick has a charge better suited for crowds. In the end, both work for both, but not quite as well as the other one.

Okay so I think I should do RJP. I got enough tokens to get either a Sealed Sword or an Antighua. My buds told me the Jelly mail sucks so I thought I thought about getting a weapon. The sword is slow but powerful and the gun has lots of ammo and reloading isn't a problem. Which one should I get? I also hear that the upgrades are awesome.

In time you'll be able to get both so it doesn't really matter. Considering that Antigua is piercing and Sealed Sword is normal, you might want the sword first as it's usable in RJP, unlike the gun.

My friend gave me tons of Heat Amplifiers so I should be fine with the Antigua. It's not like I use my Rigadoon in RJP. And I upgraded my shock sword to Boltbrand and got Gremlin low and Beast low. Should I keep the UVs when I upgrade to Voltedge?

Slime is meh. But there's just one upgrade left, and that's to Polaris. You've got a 1/10 chance to get a new UV and there are 8 kinds of UVs. I'd say 5 of these are useful. You do the maths.

To fight one? I'd recommend Venom Veiler. Very few resist it at all and will suffer heavily from it. Combined with a fine Ironmight Platemail set, perhaps some UVs, and preferrably two Penta-Heart Pendants, and you'll be able to tank them like nothing else in SK does.
To use as one? Venom Veiler really works here, too, roughly for the same reasons. You could also roll with Swagger Storm, makes it easy to run up to the enemy and slap them in the face with a rolled up Gran Faust.

Regarding the title of your post, you are somewhat incorrect. See, as I've explained before, there are two kinds of strikers.
A) The archetype.
B) The Lockdown class.
What Usevnsevnsixfivfor asked about was Skolver clones, which means that he was talking about type B. They usually don't bring bombs but it happens.
For a Striker, the hardest class to fight is probably a skilled Guardian or Piercing defender. Or just another Striker. I'm not sure as it's more dependent on the player behind the Knight rather than the class of the Knight.
Yes, I do use guns in Lockdown. This is when I'm not playing as a Striker Archetype, but rather as a Lockdown Striker.
