I disagree on the price check for this guy: AP ASI High + CTR High + BEAST Low
I would have said 14k CE, breaking it down to about 9.5k CE for the ASI high and 4.5k additional (maybe) for the CTR high. comes to 14k CE
Don't get me wrong, someone might be willing to pay those rates, but honestly CTR on an Argent is largely a useless UV, and I'd place the value of a DMG bonus to undead or construct higher than CTR on this gun...

You remember the guy who was scammed into unbinding an AP ASI high? He couldn't sell his for a reasonable length of time so he kept dropping his prices and the CTR/ beast UVs are useless. You can get a CTR antigua for barely 150k on AH; they sell that badly.

It's a triple uv, but those two are the only good ones on it. Usually a second uv is priced at 1.3-1.6x its value on a separate item, with obvious exceptions such as double vh's or double maxes. By that, I mean if I assume asi high AP goes for 9kce, and CTR high AP goes for 7kce, 16kce is the total. Multiply by 1.5, and it comes out to be 24kce.

Arck, you forgot to remove the unbind fee from one of those APs, so Rate's valuation was in fact accurate.
So, we add 9k + 3k = 12kCE.
And to be completely honest, I don't think I've ever seen someone successfully sell a CTR AP/sent/antigua for their desired price.

EDIT: just saw your comment about the dappers, I thought you meant divine dappers. Regular dappers are definitely not 2k CE, they are between 4k - 6k CE on average (I've sold military for 5.5k CE, cool for 8k CE, and regal for 300k cr (might have been 350k cr, can't remember as I flipped it on the AH) all within the last 4 months)

I spoke to a few people in game and some randoms to avoid bias. All are equally good traders. I got a few people price tagging it at 23kce, some at 18kce and a few at 15kce. So on average 19kce (rounded up). Its up to Apo now. Also spoke to rating in game, what he says about CTR High not worth anything on an AP I can understand. But I personally love charge spamming with any weapon. If I was interested in buying 19kce would seem fair.

I've seen CTR VH flourishes (2*) sold for 5-6kce relatively frequently... :/ 2kce? Seems a bit low, considering it is a ctr vh, which is considered decent on any weapon, even the polaris... although it is true it's worth more on some items than others... XD I love charge spamming too
