Hi! I just got a little problem and my stupid brain

I logged in the page for idk just log on, then, i procced to put my gmail and password in the accountI, i thought the password was saved automatically,
now this day when i open the game to play, it pops that i need to put my gmail and password then, i procced to go to the page for password, it didn't save i got a lil bit scared i tried to use the forgot password when i put my gmail to receive the reset password the gmail wasn't associated with the gmail i was so scared that i sended a gmail to the support

Is there any other way to recover the pass or the support can reply me?

Spiral Knights me dio un pantallazo azul aleatorio mientras estaba jugando. Es el único juego que lo ha hecho y es el menos demandante con mucha diferencia.
Spiral Knights crashed and gave me a random blue screen. It's the only game that did this and it's the less demandant with a big difference.

I'm stuck at Rank 3-1 now with the last mission where I have to hand over bronze bolts and a gel drops to the game but despite having to spare, it gives me no indication of being able to do the mission.

I picked the game back up now recently to continue but I am stuck at this point. How do I progress further? What do I do?

I checked for videos on the subject and one youtube video showed me a player had an option to confirm items in his inventory but I don't have that option at all.

I purchased Total War 2: Shogun - and the Shogun Helmet appeared in my DLC for Spiral Knights on Steam, but i've yet to recieve it in game. Can someone help?

No matter if launching from Steam or the Standalone version, neither of them get past the window just popping up and freezing instantly. Using the Knight Launcher from https://github.com/lucasluqui/KnightLauncher doesn't do anything, it keeps freezing and crashing with either version of the game, my specs are:
CPU: i5-3550
GPU: Nvidia GTX 970
RAM: 16Gb
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H
The projectx.log file shows this:

I am trying to play SK on my laptop which I have done numerous times before. I had to reformat my laptop and have now reinstalled SK.
On steam when I launch SK the menu is so small I can't see anything. And it doesn't chance once inside the game no matter what resolution I change it to. I am already pretty blind, and since I use my TV as my screen this doesn't work.

So I tried to install it as the standalone and log in there.
Now it's too big, that I can't get to any drop down menus to change the resolution.

SO??? How can I fix this?

I've just gotten my friend into SK, we've been having quite a blast going around looking at haven and everything, however he can't seem to complete 'a visit to the lab' he talks to morlin like normal yet the mission doesnt complete, he can talk to morlin again and nothing happens. I went back and replayed the mission myself, trying the different difficulties, and the mission does not complete for me either. I checked a few videos to make sure there is nothing being missed and it seems to just not complete at all as opposed to when the dialog is finished. Has anyone else had this same issue?
