I have this problem through Steam overlay that makes Spiral Knights crash if I have it on, so I have to deactivate it. Does it make the achievements not show up on Steam if I have it off?

The steps you have you the wiki dont really help, can you put a better explained ones here? For Windows 7. (wich all of us have the 8 one cant really run games)

The scrren appears for a split second and after that it disappears ...

I haven't played in some time, and today i felt like rejoining for a bit. Now, as it were, I went to install the client from steam, and when i launched it, it crashed immediately. Now here is what i have already done;
1) I've already uninstalled the client and reinstalled, multiple times
2) I've already verified the cache and repaired it, multiple times

After the recent updates, I have concluded that Radiant Fire Crystals are;

1. Not dropping at all (I've done multiple runs of FSC on Elite, only to get Shining Fire Crystals)
2. EXTREMELY rare (Since the update, during one of my runs, I got 3 Radiants from a treasure box)

I believe this to be a bug, because I have multiple friends who are also having this problem. This, I feel, is a game breaking bug, because players cannot increase their items' levels.

ADHD Version: Radiant Fire Crystals don't drop, so I'm whining about it. OOO Fix it!

Hello Spiral Knights Community!

I was playing the game perfectly fine earlier, going around, hunting for Shining Fire Crystals, materials, and Sparks of Life, just having a fun time exploring the Clockworks. Afterwards, I had to head off to go eat lunch, do some chores, and all that jazz. When I came back, and logged back on, this happened:

Today I am installing windows 8.1, atm I am downloading it...

Ill leave an update when it is finish installing.

Windows 8.1 installed, and SK is responding, and im able to login.

Ok, one problem, when on full screen the images are tearing and a bit longer to load, but still playable.
