I used to have an account on spiral knights while playing in 2012, but I seem to have forgotten the username and email. The only thing I have left is its IGN : Rezz-Urection. Is there any way I can find out what the username to log in was? Or what email it was made with. Can provide security info if needed.

Hi today i launched my game i try to reach haven but this appears: "Could not enter Instance" also when i finished a mission "e.node_not_found" appeared

I logged onto spiral knights and tried going onto a mission, And it didn't work. The only thing that happened was a chat message came up saying "e.no_node_found" And then when i try to enter Haven it says "Could not enter instance. Please try again later."
Does anyone know whats wrong with it?

Recently, I have tried to log in to my Spiral Knights account only to find the black screen on start-up

When my computer get a virus,i fix my computer but when i redownload SK i cant in into game but it say the game already start.My computer is Window 7, my computer already pass the minimum required for SK.The first thing it spawn only shadow after that dissapear... Pls answer it GM i want start mission into Vanguard and do recipe hunt..

Ive only recently started playing this game again, but right away i noticed i was getting frequent lag spikes all the time. Its not just me, everyone ive talked to has complained about the lag so far as well. Ive got nothing on my end that would be causing the issue. Is this a known problem now with the server?

I have problem with delete one of my 3 characters.
The problem is that the name of that character is love-Me
I can't delete this character because "l" its not big latter.
And i can't write not big latter in the start of the name.
So pls help,now i can have only 2 characters ;(

Alright. I have a bit of a problem.
I'm on a new Macbook Air, less than 2 months old. Currently running OS X 10.11 El Capitan.
It has a maximum resolution of 2560x1600.
The screen's width is 13 inches.
I set my resolution to 2560x1600, and forgot to tick fullscreen.
Now the drop-down box to set resolution is out of my reach, as I cannot move the Spiral Knights window any more up than it is. Resetting the game only furthers my problem.

Uninstalling and reinstalling did nothing.

I peeked around in /rsrc/config, which was filled with .dat files I cannot and will not open.

Memory: 16384MB RAM (16 GB)

The Steam version of Spiral Knights refuses to launch, giving the error "Could not create the Java virtual machine". (Other Java based games run properly- and the non-steam version of Spiral Knights runs without error as well.)

Ubuntu Linux 15.10 (upgraded this week from 15.04)
Nvidia Quadro NVS 4200M graphics
Nvidia binary graphics driver 352.41 (default driver installed by Ubuntu 15.10, from package nvidia-352-updates)

SK running in Full Screen mode.

Problem: SK will always open using only the upper left (approx 30%) corner of the screen. The rest of the screen is blank and inaccessible. SK is unplayable in this state - the mouse is not over the buttons it thinks it's over.
