Earlier today i purchased 7500ce/starter pack through the website to my account, i chose paidbycash and used a ultimate game card. I have the receipt in my email and the purchase shows in my energy history, but i still have not gotten anything. Any help or explanation from three rings would be appreciated.

Sometimes when I'm playing the game all the monsters and other players will stop moving or move in place. I cannot talk to anyone or damage anything but can move and after several minutes of waiting I manually exit the game. When I log back in I find that I got booted to haven. This is quite annoying as this has already happened to me several times during fights against the Jelly King. Any help or solutions to the problem?

I was playing SK on my Linux machine for a long time. But now I have converted my account into steam account (to watch my achievments) on Windows machine. I can't login again on Linux, because game wants a Steam account to login. This is the end? Can I cancel convertion or something? I often don't use Windows, so it is was good feature to login to game from anywhere you like. I almost wore 4* set and don't want to play again from zero point :[

Is it possible to log into the web client of the game with a steam account? I tried earlier, and it did not work, so I created a new account to post this(and play a little), however, I would like to be able to use the character I have actually paid into without having to install steam or the game. I am going to be merging the 2 accounts to see if that will work in a couple hours, but will check this post first to see if I can get a confirm/deny first(hate to break the account I am using when I don't have steam if it can be avoided)

Hey ive been playing Sk pretty frequently like a crap load ^.^, started out as a free player and now a paying one.
Every time i start the Sk loader it starts a Data Download with the new game update it then freezes before 50%. I uninstalled and re installed,
Sk as well as updated Java on my PC. I tried on 2 other PCs one worked while the other did not.

Currently using, Vista 7 Ultimate
My PC specs are all above the minimum requirements.

Any help on this would be greatful, or even info as to why.

I played SK without troubles almost without troubles (http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/13138).

And today i got another problem, when i launch SK (I have account connected to Steam) im starting to login with my Steam account, and after 2-3 seconds i got error:

"We experienced a problem authenticating with Steam.
Please ensure that the Steam client is running and that you are not logged in elsewhere."

I don't know if this is in the right section but, can anyone tell me what I can install so that Sk can run faster?

I have been playing the game for about a week now, no problems, both at home and at my college.

This morning, when I tried to log on, I clicked on my character, got the "Heading into town" message, and then after waiting maybe a minute or two, I got the above message.

I've tried using the web browser, installing, using a Sega account and finally using Steam. I've also tried everything the help sections offered.

No matter what I use, all I get is the "A server error caused authentication to fail". I'd noticed when re-installing, there was a patch. Evidently, it's not sorted out the BIGGEST issue of the game. After all this time, you'd think there was a fix.

It would be awesome to at least try this game, but if something like this can't get sorted, maybe I don't want to after all.

The game used to run perfectly fine but just now when I tried to open it, it suddenly won't work!
The program opens (sort of) but it is incredibly choppy, and I can't even get to the log in screen because as soon as I click my cursor on the login area, the whole thing freezes, goes white, and says "Not Responding".

Anyone know what happened?
