So I've been playing Spiral Knights with my roommates since the game released on the fourth, and starting last week we started getting ridiculous spikes in latency. It's at the point that we actually can't do tier 3 runs because we can't time our shielding because the action goes off about a second after we press 'x' on our keyboards. The bar on the top right is constantly showing 2-3 bars, with 2 being the one that stays more often than not. Now, before you start asking the usual customer service questions, yes, I checked if it was our computers or our ISP.

The game pulls up a black screen the closes i tried everything in tech support but it didn't work here is my info on my computer.

Does anyone know whats up with my PC?
I am on my brother's laptop and somehow I can log on this and some other sites instead of my main PC. Does anyone know whats up?

Since yesterday's update, I am completely unable to reconnect to SK after a d/c. I have had others test it with similar results. I find I have to reclient the game a fair amount (same as Y!PP... java memory issues on Vista 64), and currently can not 100% of the time. It would occasionally fail before and make me wait fifteen minutes for my character to idle out before getting back in... now it just never picks up the socket.

I just updated my game client from the preview version, and it installed with no problems. Unfortunately when I put in my log in details, and then select my character, I'm immediately booted to the log-in screen and I get a "You have been disconnected from the server" message. What's weird is that it now says my character has played for 18 minutes, when actually I've played 0 of those minutes.

Any ideas? I just moved to a new apartment, and got an Internet connection installed only recently. My computer is directly linked to the modem, there is no router involved.

I cannot log in after the latest update. Every time I choose my character, it just keeps saying heading into town, but I can never get on to the server.

Any chance that in future u will add possibility for frame rate cap?I play it on Dell laptop 4gb ram ,dual core ,geforce 9300, and after 1hour playing it gets to hot and start laggin every few minutes.

I had same problem with world of warcraft and league of legends but when they added frame rate cap possibility everything started to be ok.

This is not first person shooter so i dont need any high frame rate-i guess i could play it locled at 30fps easily with no problems

Any advice on this? We have a cable modem and a wired router and every time my fiance gets on her computer my connectivity drops to a single bar. Any advice or suggestions?

Hi, i already install the java console and the Spiral setup, and now when i start the game, it load the bar of Validated but after lead it crash all system and i cant do anything, just move the mouse but the window of Spiral knigths dont load just black windows.

Sometimes it has happened 3 times now once in the haven stop during a run (floor 18 i think) and also in haven. game just exits and when i open and log back in im back in the same floor 18 or back where i was in haven (ie i dont return to haven like u would noramly if u log out!)

dunno y. hapens when i was scrolling down and looking at my items or something i think
