Are two examples of some graphical glitches ive been seeing around the game. Namely in the arcade and most of the dungeons. Parts of my character will black out and flicker and tiles on the ground will behave the same way. Something is wrong with the lighting I guess on my system.

I use a Radeon 5850 with up to date drivers, can anyone give me some idea why my gave is acting like this?

I created my account for SK by linking my facebook account, and now I can't access the game at all. Every time I try to log in by clicking the facebook button, the page that comes up is a 503 error. The game was working fine last night, so I don't know what changes.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Well, when I open it on the browser, the screen pops up and is completely black. Wait a bit and for a split second, I hear the music play and then it closes and leaves. I repeat and same thing happens. So I downloaded it onto the computer and started it from there. I wait, screen pops up and the music plays and I make it to the log in screen, more or less. The reason I say that is because a lot of the text is completely garbled and blanked out or something.

IS it normal to take over 30 minutes for the game to load at the beginning?

I know it's downloading stuff but yesterday when I played for the first time it only took 8 or 9 minutes.

Several times while in the middle of a battle, my attack/action buttons have become unresponsive. This has resulted in my totally getting murdered and losing stuff, and having difficulty activating any of the menu buttons as a result of the key bindings. I've tried switching up the mouse buttons from left to right and vice-versa, but it doesn't seem to be a hardware problem (e.g., broken mouse button). The keyboard keys seem to be unaffected, though, it's just the mouse input that dies every now and then.

I'm running Spiral Knights on Ubuntu 10.04 32-bit.

For me, when I start the game, it shows the log in screen and then sometimes when I'm typing, other times when I click log in it just crashes. I can get no further than that. I've tried running those commands that have been listed before.
By the way, I use ubuntu 10.10

Edit: Nvm fixed it. Just had to re-download the game.

No, really.

Not on this account, obviously, but I created a second account (Senshi) so that I could post under my Knight's name.
(My name doesn't even make sense anyway, since it's shorthand for The Dread Pirate Chris anyway, and... well, this isn't the pirate game ;) )

So.... I really didn't want to actually -play- on the account Senshi (which as I understand it is going to have shared mist energy and use some of it up just to login! I don't want to spend 5 energy to post to the forums!)

Every time i try to connect, i get a message under the 'login with sega pass' checkbox that says 'Failed to connect to the server.'

tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting, etc.

nothing worked :(

is the server down or am i the only one that cant connect?
