Have a suggestion for Spiral Knights? We would like to hear it.

Make speed, attack, defense boosts more accessible

1. All boost can be dropped as a item with a rarity between barriers and recon/artillery
2. Just like barriers they come in:
-standard ☆☆☆☆☆ 2 second tier 1
-super ★★★☆☆ 5 second tier 2
-ultra ★★★★☆ 10 second tier 3
3. Add weapons (sword, bomb, gun variants) that have a medium chance to give boosts (the better the boost the rarer it will be given) to the user and other party members when using it's charge to attack

Please tell me what you think, before I go into more details.

Dispel (new offhand item idea)

I have not thought of how it would look, I am going to discuss function in this post.

This is how I see it: dispel would be a PvE item only. It has a one time use then you must wait (x) amount of time (possibly longer than a shield regen) to use it again. Dispel would cause a debuff that prevents enemies from attacking. Duration of the debuff would be based on star level, starting at two seconds and maxing out at six seconds. This new offhand item would best function as an AOE.

lockdown changes

as much as i believe that spiral knights is in no way made for balanced PVP i still love playing lockdown.

while ive been playing lockdown ive decided some changes should be made to make it a bit more balanced.

mainly the striker class... this class is overused and in the way its used it is OP.

the change that i believe needs to be made is simply to make it so that strikers cant attack directly after coming out of a boost. maybe place a 1 second delay between boosting then attacking.

Obelisk of creation random spawn

So I did a basic search and found nothing like this and I just want to at least make a topic on it.

I was thinking that after the apocrea event a lot of people got all the tokens and materials, but other people like me didn't have the right weapon or orbs necessary to make the weapon. I get that it was an exclusive and rare event, but hear me out. I was thinking that an obelisk could spawn randomly at a crossroads or at the ends of levels featuring fiends or ghosts occasionally. Sure the event will happen again eventually, but I would like it to be more similar to the spookat event.

Bring Back droppablev vials/health and revie with health.

If you don't know, before the new GUI was in placed, you hold and drag on what you wanted to share such as a Health Capsule or a Vitapod off the button.

Since OOO made changes to the loot system that each person obtains a different amount of loot in the Clockworks.

What if some knight had 3% health and no health in their hotkeys; or if you go ta duplicate vitapod and wants to give one of your party members.?

Spaded dragon tail, rear accessory. transparent/prismatic weapons/shields.

Title.

the non-salamander dragon sets have a free rear acc slot.

futuristic shields that put up a honeycomb forcefield / bubble that is prismatic when at full hp would be nice too.

Crown Gun (aka crown blackhole)

A 5 star gun that shoots both cr and ce (if you have no ce it will check and buy 1ce for the current cheapest on the market), the gun is not a upgrade of a 4 star anything, has a 1 in a million chance to appear basil's inventory on any mission/arcade's depth 23 elite difficulty, the gun (not recipe) costs 10 million cr .

How current weapons would be converted to the new system.
Armours.

  • Remove most of the game's weapons.
  • We'll end with a list that looks something like this:
    • Calibur.
    • Brandish.
    • Troika.
    • Sealed.
    • Flourish.
    • Thorn Blade. (Different charge.)
    • Spur.
    • Cutter.
    • Hammer.
    • Blaster.
    • Alchemer.
    • Pulsar.
