to be honest this is something that, if it was there, I'd use. However, if they were persay gonna do some new content for endgame players, and its a choice for this or endgame content, imma gonna choose endgame content. the only thing different that's gonna happen is the recreation of the knight's basic armour, which tbh, isn't gonna be that much.

Every time I have submitted a support request it has been responded to within approximately eight hours.
We know someone administrative does go over this forum. If you have been around long enough it is subtle yet noticeable.

It may somehow seem unfair to old players not to be able to adjust their height and eyes. That's because this feature isn't available back then. So I agree that the devs should think about this petition, and see if it is possible. But I'm okay with anything. Change or no change, new players still have to spend cr if they want to adjust their height and eyes again. Then similarly, it would seem unfair if we could adjust our height and eyes for free when they have to fork out the money.
Hope you guys could give your thoughts too. (it looks really neat to see a variety of knights with different height and eyes walking around Haven) ;)

Well, you wouldn've hated this place when the Metal Sonic and Tails-Tails stuff came out. People were posting 'Sanic The Hedgehog' everywhere, and hating on Sonic generally.
Not me, I could care less about that.
OOO just seems to love to screw older players over.
the new players seem to get all the good stuff. when i started a year ago, i never got a free cobalt armor, i had to work for wolver. We didnt get a height modifier, a free accessory or two, an epic intro mission, or free eyes. If nothing else, let us switch equipement between our characters for free, so we can make a new character and get what the new players got, and we deserve.

You obviously have not read the past pages of responses. OOO is not obliged to keep older players here. Rather, it would be better for them to focus on enticing and keeping new players, the potential payers, business-wise.
This thread is a 'Pretty-please' thread, not a 'OOO-you-suck-you-want-us-all-to-leave-gimme-or-I'm-out' thread.
No game is obliged to keep any of it's player. It's completely natural for future updates to cater only to newer players, because those are the potential 'income' players that any business wants. Existing P2Pers are less likely to pay, having already reached endgame or somewhere.

Lol, I would rather pay 50k on more equipment, rather than eyes and height. Maybe there could be a temporary NPC that we could go to and he could change our eyes/height without obtaining a usable item. Also, 670 posts left! :D

After reskimming through the thread again something came up: how is this a suggestion? Does this thread suggest something or is it a social conversation of a game related topic? Is it suggesting something is changed to please older players or is it simply a community petition against something? What is this? Who are you people? Where did all these left handed gloves come from?
In this response Eurydice points out administrators are busy but doing so does not necessarily mean the thread is being ignored. Perhaps it is because there are several users around here willing and/or capable of straightening this out to come to an agreement instead of a two-way road: supporting it by asking for older players to get what newer players have available, or be against it because it was designed to be an incentive for new players to do stuff. I may not be the most outward and exploratory user around here, but from what I have seen the forum section for suggestions has the most formal and dedicated users willing to balance the needs and wants of either faction in a disagreement or impasse. Does that mean the people around here are best? No, that is only a theory based on what I alone have witnessed; I am not a professional know-all-users-in-all-forums-everywhere-forever-always kind of guy. I do not roll that way. By the same token this forum also has occasional friction when someone walks in the bar one day and dances around like they own the place, who then cries and throws a tantrum when they are thrown out for disrupting the quiet old pianist in the corner. Let the old man play, he might drop any second.
We know this forum is moderated but that does not necessarily mean administrators actively participate in discussions. We know administrators are willing to respond to defend themselves when someone calls them out. We know eating pants is not part of a regular diet. But do we know if older users should have something just because the new people get it? As seen here with shadow equinox/Schattentag/Manalicious/that-guy-with-the-stuff the available customization given to new players for free has been allowed to roam freely for so long because older players have had more experience in the game, meaning they have accumulated more wealth, meaning they have money just sitting there doing nothing. To create a place to dump that extra weight Three Rings offered the height modifications and eye alternatives to an NPC in the bazaar/market-thing-with-the-robots-but-not-auction for 50kCr each. Personal color changes are also at the same NPC for the same price of 50kCr per change. If you want to change it you have to pay. Before these were implemented there was no option to change any of that. You already made your character, you have to deal with what you chose. Similarly to having a dog/cat/pet: you chose to have that pet, it is your responsibility to care for it. If you want a new pet you have to have a second pet since the first can not be changed with magic/science/walrus-lasers-from-space. None of this pet related talk means to have a pet suggestion. I will lock you in my box if you even think about it.
Yes, this thread is a petition for older players to get something newer players get just because they are new; but does that mean older players should be rewarded for having stuck around when they already have stuff where the new players have nothing? The new players can change their height, though it is barely noticeable, and can choose a couple accessories for their helmet from a small selection; they can also change their eyes to a few somewhat bland options which are also available at the previously stated NPC for 50kCr each for everyone as well as color changing items for the same price. They are not given the world on a platter yet are given a preview of how accessories appeal to aesthetics which would make them want to get more accessories, which means the cycle of crates/lockboxes begins and continues until the new player rage-quits or burns out on money. This is essentially a trap set for new users unfamiliar with the game to spend money only to realize what had happened by the time another new user would take their place in the vicious cycle. A well placed spider web next to the wind tunnel bringing freshly hatched customers. The older users have already passed the web in the tunnel yet see the glittering lure used to decorate it.

This is not a suggestion, it is a general petition, and was created in general discussion, however Eurydice has decided to move it here and I will not oppose that decision, even if the reasons for moving it may be fishy. (not getting more exposure)

These are terrible analogies. What makes demanding a new Xbox unreasonable? The fact that they cost a lot of money. What makes demanding all the cake unreasonable? The fact that you're depriving everyone else of it.
In the instant case, all it would take to implement the change would be a bit of coding, the end result of which would not deprive anyone of anything, but rather result in an overall increase in player satisfaction. Not. The. Same.

They've already let us change our eyes, color, and height (features readily available to new players for free). I see no reason why we can't share this feature as well. I don't even really care if I have to PAY to change my armor. I just want to do it DANG IT! Also, with the way they've been adding these features I'm thinking they're probably going to add this eventually. I just hope it'll be sooner rather than later.

its not gonna happen is it? no matter how i see it, if my children ( next generation ) get to go to the moon on a newly build spaceship for free and dance around on the moon, i also should have that right as long as i am still alive and abide by societies laws.
so OOO, im waiting for my moon dance. it is my right as being part of the spiral order ( not that we have a choice). i work hard and i am a good laborer of the spiral world, so why do i not get my moon dance for free, Why?
This is a lot of players wanting accessories on their proto gear.
