C!
Edit: FIRST POST! FINALLY!!! :D :D :D :D :D :D
Maybe she know something about the dead bodies and she is a witch.I think she knowledgeable about the paranormal thingy
Although it might not hurt to throw in we could have died on a dangerous mission too. XD
A, simply because we probably should avoid b, and that c seems a bit forceful (although that's my second choice).
A. Apologize to her and explain that you have been busy.
Iffy on this one. It makes it sound like you were having fun doing other things while she was being pestered by Wegner.
B. Say that she deserves to be punished for all of her misbehavior.
IMO the worst choice. This will only make a girl dump you / slap you. @Fleet, you seem to always choose the most damaging choices there are :L
C. Tell her you actually nearly died from going for a dangerous mission.
Sure, it may seem justified for a bit, but it also sounds selfish. There might be the off chance that she's too arrogant to understand, but I think she probably knows what it's like to be near death (almost cooked alive).
I choose C.
Let's see what she knows. Maybe she's hiding something. Or maybe that "goddess" of hers has something to do with this...
Since we met Gina, she'll know supernatural things.
Apologizing is always a good plan! Especially since we have left her alone for so long in such a anti-Gina place...
In case none of you remember, Gina wanted to kill us back a few stories ago. To me, A isn't even worth even thinking about. One sign of danger and foom, she blames us for it and wants to kill us. Gina is a jerk.
Gina is also scared and alone, so it wouldn't hurt for us to step up and be the better man.
The most votes go to C!
Message from the Announcer:
By the way, if you've noticed, Isis has a fan fiction contest up in the forums right now. So choose your favourites, and get voting!
Well don't worry, I'm not gonna force anyone to vote for me. Just vote from your heart, and be honest. Yes, I'm being serious. Just ignore me. Go ahead and vote for all the awesome stories out there. Just ignore this dumb story, making you vote all day without any good stuff in it to vote for...
Fine, DO vote for this story, if you really mean it. Don't think I'm using any reverse psychology here. It's your decision to vote, not mine, so why do you have to follow what I say?...
Right, the point is, make your decision and vote. Adventure on, fellow adventurers!
"Oh really? You nearly died?" Gina retorts with a scoff, "Tell you what, I nearly died sitting in here eating nothing but dust and cobwebs! Fine, they did feed me some mushy prison food, but you get my idea... Just say what you gotta say, and scram off."
You explain further about your previous endeavours in the Haunted Passage, and Gina opens her eyes wider when you talk about the dead bodies, with a thoughtful look on her face.
"Hmm, you think the knights are all dead?" Gina drags her reply, as though as she's trying to conjure a suspense. "Well, there's a good chance they're not actually dead. You're not gonna believe this, but you know why they're not dead? You see, their souls have been robbed by the evil dwellers of the Underworld... Hey, don't give me that look, this isn't the first time I'm telling you all this. Anyway, I speculate they are hatching up a great, mighty plan, and robbing our souls is simply their first move. What they're up to next-"
As Gina sets into the thrilling part, your PDA beeps for the first time today, and Gina is clearly unamused. "Does that thing do that all the time? I'm surprised you're not even annoyed by that ringing everyday."
You excuse yourself for a moment to answer the call. It looks like there is an incoming message from the Spiral HQ.
"Greetings, fellow knights. Intel Agent Kora here. You are all requested to gather in the Spiral HQ meeting room. We have an urgent briefing for our next mission, and everyone of you is involved. I repeat, this is an emergency. I'll see you there."
You hide the PDA back inside your pocket. "Leaving so soon?" Gina heaves a sad sigh, "I guess I'll be left all alone in here again."
A. Excuse yourself again and head to the meeting.
B. Stay with Gina and continue listening to her opinions about the dead bodies.
Of course... You don't want to make her collect dust now do you?
Even though Gina's story obviously has some extremely important relevance to the story, Kora said it was an emergency meeting - I don't think it'd be good to miss it, especially with how many days of work we've missed already. Gina will still be here when we get back, and our services might be needed with our team.
...I wish there was a 3rd option that would have us take Gina with us to the meeting! But that'd be too convienient. :)
It was announced as an emergency meeting, and we can try to come back afterward. 'Sides, she's being melodramatic and super annoying, so it won't hurt her to sit for an hour.
I dislike her the same amount now as before, so let's sceadadle!
Be late for the meeting, it's vital to get information before receiving an order from HQ.
So eather gina or the spiral knights will get mad with us. not which is worse. let's go with a and hope the meetings short.
We can smuggle some donuts to Gina afterwards too.
:P
I'm such a glutton
A, but isn't there a choice to drag her along or something? Sure, she'd be annoying, but she is kinda into that supernatural-anti-geo-knight-science kinda thing. I mean, look at her! I'm sure she'd know more about devilites and trojans moreso than anyone else in Haven (besides her maniacal friends)
It's nice to see you guys think out of the box a bit, but sadly it's not possible. Remember that Gina is held in her cell? She's not allowed to go anywhere, let alone an official meeting of the Spiral Order. Even if you might insist to bring her along, the rest of the knights (especially the intellects) will frown upon her presence, drama ensues, and bam, say Sayonara to the Spiral Order.
Unless that is what you want... xP
Haters >:(
Why don't you record the message and send it to Gina? Or you can stream it over a headset. Just hope that no one suspects...
Anyways i'd say A
Actually it would be better if we could somewhat bring Gina to the meeting XD
Nice to see you back again! I hope things are going well for you.
Yea I'm back XD....... School is making me very stressed, but I'm happy with my grades, B+ is pretty good for me. But............. Sadly I'm from a Filipino family which is an Asian family so yea, think you can imagine what is happening, but I'm not grounded just that they don't want me to play until after final examinations, but I'm allowed to surf the web.
I have an Asian family too and they don't want me to play either :(
A gets the majority votes!
@Hawxindanite & Meta-Knight-Kirby
Yeah, I understand that feeling too :/
I am dreadfully sorry to say that I have a very, very busy week ahead. I will have to focus on my current job (more like assignments) and stop posting any chapters for one whole week. You heard it right, that's 7 days.
Again, I apologise for any inconvenience caused during this idle period. I hope you can be patient and wait until the busy period is done for. Thank you for your cooperation.
I don't mind being patient, especially when you've put so much time into this story - if you need to take a break to get real-life things done, that's perfectly fine with me. :) I wish you luck getting it all done!
It's okay, real life always go before anything right? I won't mind waiting at all!
Goodluck on your job!
Well...... Tell me how College (or is it highschool I forgot) is like, I'm currently Grade 7 btw.
I can wait! Good luck on your assignments
@Hawxindanite I'm in 7th grade too!!!
Darn, I had finally dragged myself through this thang.
Either way, good luck man.
Thanks for understanding... I'll promise I'll return at once when everything is done.
@Hawxindanite
Don't worry too much about the future, just do whatever you can for now. College life is way too far ahead to think about now xD
If you're really curious, I'll simply describe it like this: It's one great mountain peak to climb, both challenging and thrilling.
@Isisdelltion
I'm really sorry that this post stopped right when you just arrived (meh, no welcoming party...). Anyway, welcome to this post once again!
Welcome baaaaaack, welcome baaaaaaaack! Oh yes! Welcome baaaaaaack! Have some cake! Have some ice-cream, and have... some... funnnnn! Oh, welcome baaaaack! Welcome baaaaaack, yes wel-come... BACK! :D :D :D
Nvm that ^
Are you still doing those special rounds? If so one round could be: The three first people that comments a (serius) idea of what to happen next becomes the votes, A, B and C...
Btw nice story, and i edited this a little.
Good idea! I'm definitely trying to squeeze in a bonus round soon. I'll try to implement your suggestion, then we'll see how it works :)
By the way, welcome to this story thread! Feel free to hop in when the next chapter is out (around the coming weekend). See ya around!
Two more days till the next post! *wishful thinking*
I promise that I will, um, keep my promise. :D
If you lie, I'll poke a thousand needle into your eye :P
Anyhow....
Hope you goodluck Snow!
As soon as you wake up, you shake yourself off from the nightmare yesterday and rise gently from the bed. Now, you are very determined to get to Gina and check her out before doing anything else. You get to your feet hurriedly and go straight to the Spiral HQ Cabin Room, checking through all the occupied rooms to look for that young lady.
After searching through thirty rooms or so, you finally find poor Gina sitting on her bed with her head down. As soon as she sees you poking in through the door, she lets off a yelp and runs right towards you. Before you can say anything, she gives you a great bearhug, squeezing a load of air out of your body.
"Hello again! I miss seeing you, I thought you forgotten all about me!" She lets go off you, hiding her arms behind her body, "You know what? Those knights of yours are horrible! They ask me all sorts of horrible questions, calling me a witch for like, the gazillionth time. And that Wegner guy... He hates every bit of me, and boy do I hate him too, well you know why? He accused me of 'heretic misconduct', and I was like 'What is wrong with you this is NOT heresy!'. And then he was like 'This IS heresy, you big fat witch.' And I was like 'Stop calling me a witch you old man!'. Seriously though, do I look like a witch to you? Nevermind, I don't really care about that anymore. Now, what took you so long to come? I was nearly dying waiting for you to come and take me out of here. They're doing all sorts of crazy things to me, and you just left me alone to suffer here. Not just a few hours... but a whole entire night! Where have you been?"
A. Apologize to her and explain that you have been busy.
B. Say that she deserves to be punished for all of her misbehavior.
C. Tell her you actually nearly died from going for a dangerous mission.
