Well, Suda is tons of fun but Faust is overall more powerful. I'd go for the former so long as you have a good Elemental/Piercing/Normal weapon for dealing with fiends and undead.
One Alchemer is fine. If you don't have many guns, I'd advice getting weapons of various kinds for added diversity instead of just going for various statuses.
Nitro is cool beans.
No matter what you get, just be careful and consider whether you should get it to 5* or keep it at level 10 4*. Radiants are gone and all, as you know.

A Skolver clone is a Lockdown player who uses the Striker class and wears a Skolver set, two Penta-Heart Pendants, and wields a Final Flourish/Barbarous Thorn Blade, Gran Faust/Divine Avenger, and usually a gun such as Polaris, Valiance, Sentenza, or Argent Peacemaker.
This loadout was pretty much the only used high end loadout during 2012 but since the Chaos buff and the introduction of Black Kat Cowl, it has fallen in popularity. Acheron's buff has also decreased the popularity of the standard Toothpick + Sealed Sword setup. Something people do moderately commonly now is combine a toothpick and Acheron, something I only know myself and Icycute did pre-buff. This is done because you can easily dish out many fast hits by switch swinging with the two.
Currently, what's generally considered to be the most powerful endgame loadout actually varies, although it always involves a Black Kat Cowl. The Cowl is usually combined with Ancient Plate Mail (great defensively), Snarbolax Coat (Max sword damage bonus), or Shadowsun Slicker (Ultra gun damage bonus). Some less popular combinations with BKC involve Mercurial Mail (potential Voltaic Tempest immunity + high movement speed), Justifier Jacket/Nameless Poncho (higher gun ASI), and Chaos (Max sword damage bonus, ultra gun damage bonus).
The last three are all good but they are weaker defensively as they get no specialised defence. Chaos especially, as it will get wrecked by any status (except stun).

No need for it to be SK related. I do not play Awesomenauts and I am not familiar with the Jakob on those forums, nor am I familiar with the game itself. What I do know about it is that it's a 2d MOBA with sprinkles on top. A few of my SK buds play it.
You can't derail something that doesn't need rails. That's like saying... hold on, lemme think of a metaphor.
My favorite would be... IF Prototype LQ-84i "Bladewolf". Yes, putting the whole name was necessary.
