Sounds pretty solid, although I'd recommend at least one part Vog if you plan on visiting FSC a lot.
As for your magic stuff, I recommend Chaos as it will compliment your Brandishes a lot. You could have a look at Divine Veil, on the other hand. It comes in handy in a lot of places.

Good question, it really depends on in what way. No matter, something I really like about SK is the action elements that you'll have a hard time finding in other MMORPGs. There are other interesting aspects too but SK is shallow in other manners so it all depends on what the changes would be.

As a striker, given that the FoV is clearly created for the Glorious Peoples Republic of Echo (because it's shaped like a DVS and is tied by its name to Vog Cub set) what are your feelings on it?
Also, why does it have a drastically different attack pattern than the other Cutter blades?

If you're looking for a recipe, look at the item's wiki page. It usually lists all vendors of the item as well as vendors of the recipe. In your case, it's only available from Basil, though. You'll just have to run T2 arcade a bit.

FoV is for scrubs. Combuster is just better.
It has a different attack pattern because it's a butt.
I'm assuming you're referring to Furious Flamberge and not Final Flourish. Yes, it's actually pretty great. You just have to make sure to not stick it too far down the blade or the wienie in question is gonna crack because the blade isn't as thin further down.
