Yes and no- Firstly, The activity on this is really really slow. If I were to post something, It would probably take several hours for someone to respond.
Secondly, I think the main reaction we're waiting for is Solom- Edolas's Response. And from what I can tell, He's currently not thinking about or can't do anything about this RP.
Edit: Thirdly, You're the person who's in charge of Evaria's role. Post something to a certain character, If you want to make absolutely sure that said person responds eventually.
Edit2: Does showing expressions of another character count as Powerplay? Or was that post okay, Because that would have been the most likely expressions. Edolas, Do I need to delete that part of the post?

I'm afraid that was a slight power play, Solomon could be elated for whatever reason, or ignorant to the issue altogether. You don't have to delete it, though, you could just change it to be ambiguous.

@Lim Nah it's fine. Solomon is pretty shaken that two Knights he served with back when he was 1st part of Delta in the Morai Wars, are now dead. That and the "feelings" hes getting from seeing Evaria for the 2nd time, who he thought he had killed. Yeah, any noticeable shaking and stuff is a given.
@Thin Who is Marshmallow? Can you maybe kill their OCs using Thread GM Status Power & Story Control, to demonstrate some of the Antag's abilities, so they can get some postage?
Or just tell them to apply 1st and use one of the allowed characters.

Evaria is not the daughter of Grantz.
She is Grantz. You know, the one from Alpha Squad. She was transferred to Delta Squad, which is what Euclid was fuming about. Euclid was so adamant that Grantz remain with his squad that he refused to obey orders until he got his way, which is why he got thrown into detention.
Also, Evaria is no longer related to anything bearing the name Sintaris. That was redacted in favor of the new surname.

Just chill, stuff will happen, and when it does, you'll be happy, but for now, deep breaths and maybe try and think of productive things to add, like what you want to see in the story line, plot, execution, ect. That way, more people will be inclined to respond, and action will ensue. Or think about ways to develop your character.

Using Return to Cradle as a basis again
What made the character of Gorram Khazaim stand out to me back then was 1. how he interacted with his squad and 2. his contrast to the brutal Jari Steelclaw. Without those two factors, Khazaim is turning out to be rather pointless.
A revamp of some kind may be necessary. Blessid-Bombardier, if you're still interested in playing, you have special permission to change Khazaim's lore however you see fit. You can even make him part of Delta Squad if you want to.

I actually had an idea of having Dejah mentor Evaria and 're-teach' her some swordswomanship. After all, you did say Dejah was a good fencer. I also think it sets up some good character conflicts, once love tensions set in.
Having Dejah and Evaria build up a relationship, then throw in both their feelings for Solomon, as well as Solomon's decisions and we got ourselves a little love - um, love.... Polygon thingy, with distorted edges.
I was planning on doing that as soon as everyone had finished up with the meeting. Not sure how it would be set up though.

In general, Both forums are a bit slower moving than one normally would be, Due to more or less properly written posts, Procrastination, Etc.
I'm not saying this is a bad thing, But it's just going slower than my brain would like.
Leeroy is also pretty damn close to antagonist, If you look at it that way. Leeroy + Affriel are both Ex-Morai, And only one of them is fighting for the Spiral Order by choice. Affriel is more or less just coerced into it.
