Leveling affecting bonuses

This is just a thread for folks to use to keep track of bonus increases that come with leveling up equipment.

By this I mean things like
Low > Medium when reaching level X
+1 to the health bonus at level X

Probably if you can confirm it for more than one weapon or gear type for the same kind of bonus, that'd be good enough. We're looking for this info so that we can know if edits to pages about those items can be done with a standardized template describing the changes as leveling occurs.

Equipment renames

Okay, in a terribly confusing rush of work, I think I have fixed the various issues with the renaming of the upper alchemer lines. Right now I am so confused that my brain will explode if I look at the images to see what I should delete or upload. I will try to look at that later when my head recovers. Anyhow, check it over for me!

Edit: I didn't fix any of the materials pages though...

Item navigation

Currently navigation on the item pages is a bit awkward, since there are no links from the specific item pages to the general item class pages, that list all the items in a class. For example, the Proto Gun page, has no link to the handguns page.

This would be very easy to fix by wiki linking the first mention of the item "class" in the description (the description usually mentions if something is a gun, or a sword, etc.) and/or adding a "see also" link.

I would be happy to start adding these, but I'd thought I'd first check if others agree that this is useful.

Vending list templates

Hector and Estavio down in Moorcroft Manor now sell pickups. The vending list template would have generated the wrong image names, so I created new templates for vendors who sell pickups (similar to the recipe list template).

I feel the vending list template is painful to use. It is hard to insert new items in the middle of the list or resort the list, and if the list gets bigger, one has to change the template so it can handle more cases. So I tried a new approach with this one, the usage is:

{{Pickup list/item|(first item name)|(fist item cost)}}

Gate Construction Formula

The gate construction formula is AFAIK, horribly wrong. In the last week of the beta, I recorded the top 3 minerals for every stratum of every gate built. I found that the gate operate by mineral permutations, not combinations. This means that there are 60 formulae, not 10. I currently have 13 recorded permutations, and all post-beta gates have been consistent with the beta ones.
I'm posting them by color initials (RYGBP), not by official names. Here goes:
RGY - Beast
RGB - Beast
RGP - Fiend
RBY - Gremlin
RBG - Gremlin
YGR - Fire
YGB - Slime
YBG - Slime
GRY - Beast
GYR - Beast

Rumors / Misc info / Future updates

Well, I was wondering if it would be a good idea making a "rumors/info" page for the wiki, with all the sketchy info about the game and future updates which we have gotten from talking with devs or similar. Other miscellaneous info which can't be found easily is also welcome.
Dunno if it's really wiki material. I don't have much, but it's probably because I keep forgetting:

Updated Gate Construction page

With the icons of the stratum themes and a preliminary table of what ratios cause the themes to appear.

However, I'm not certain I should have added that table. This is based on a Google Docs spreadsheet I've been using to survey the gates. Unfortunately this was begun as the final preview weekend ran down:

List o' stuff

* Front page needs some work. 'Exploration' should probably be renamed 'The Clockworks'. I'm not sure 'Billing FAQ' actually needs to be under 'Getting Started', nor the TOS. Community Standards is fine, as it's supposed to be a plain-english thing anyway. In general the whole 'Getting Started' block needs to be reorganised; that's a section that someone might go through, once, and then will want to go to specific information pages in the future. As it is now, it takes up a lot of real estate on the page, not balanced by anything else.

Equipment and levelling

A lot of equipment seems to gain abilities or improve existing ones at higher levels. For the basic ones that have a graphical bar, the image taken at level 1 takes care of documenting that (one can see the maximum that will be attained). How do we document that for abilities that are described with text? Do we try to find out at which level the ability updates (are there only changes at level 5?) or do we just specify a range?
