Gear List Template - Suggest Change

Submitted by Anraiki on Mon, 04/11/2011 - 02:03

As I did with the Monster Template and added the "Loot Table"

I was thinking adding a Alchemy Table for the Gear List.

Such as here: http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Armor

It will show the requirements to craft the item if it is available in recipe form.

What does everyone think?
Should I go ahead and make the change?

Propose change for Gear List would be :
- Replace Series Column with Alchemy Requirement List

Radiant Sun Shield, wrong column

I can't seem to log into the wiki, otherwise I'd make the quick edit -

On these pages:
http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Sun_Shards
http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Ionized_Salt_Bomb
...the "Radiant Sun Shield" is in the wrong column. Seems to be proper on all the other Crystal Bomb pages.

Update these -->!

Is it up-to-date? It looks like basic armor to me, retaining none of the characteristics of Silvermail.

CSS abilities?

Lately I've found myself wondering if pimping my wares via my wiki profile would be cool, and then figured "why not go all fancy and do a CSS tabbed dealie?" Much to my disappointment it doesn't work, and it seems very few (if any) XHTML or CSS options work. Is there a listing somewhere of what is and is not enabled?

I noticed that the pictures for the skelly suit, scary skelly suit, Dread Skelly suit, Scary Skelly Shield, Dread Skelly Mask are missing or there are pictures but of something else.

Thank you for your time!

Actual brokenness of reuploaded files

There's some sort of issue, I've asked that they poke the wiki with a stick and make it better. No, it's not just browser image caching this time, sadly.

I was wondering if anyone would like to assist a friend and I in updating the armor pages with more recent images? It appears a good amount of them have either placeholders or old images(from beta). Examples would be:

http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Solid_Cobalt_Armor
http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Mighty_Cobalt_Armor
http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Azure_Guardian_Armor

http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Frostbreaker_Armor

Blaze/Blizz/Surge Breaker Helms

So I love how you have these three sets that have different elemental qualities, and are each expanded versions of the Starter Equipment. One of my characters is going for the Ember/Fire/Blazebreak sets, because it followed the armor and helmet theme I picked out for her when I created her.

However, when I was looking at the three sets and their visual differences on the wiki to decide which ones i wanted, I was very dissapointed when I saw the pictures for the final three helmets.

The Circuit/Volt/Surge path had a theme that made the helmet look like it was a sort of face-cage.

Gate Mineral Composition Spreadsheet

As I've studied the gates, I've made sure to keep track of what minerals go into each stratum, what theme that stratum becomes, mineral contribution rankings, as well as other data pertaining to gate construction and the minerals of the Clockworks. I'm making my findings open to the public here so that everyone can learn more about the gates.

You can find the spreadsheet HERE.
