User name does not exist

I originally started playing SK through steam. So when i log on through steam it uses my steam ID.

But Steam is running poorly on my computer and i tried to log on via Sk.com and it tells me my user name doesn't exist.

Can i get around this or am i stuck logging on via steam?

I want to buy elevator passes for my Guild mates, why can I not do this?

Title says it all, I cannot figure out how to give money from my Steam wallet, and am only able to buy one elevator pass. This is a cool idea you have come up with, but I can't share the gift with my friends and I want to. Please make this happen!

Updater won't Update...

I opened up the SK launcher, but I'm only getting the message "Multiple instances of this application's installer are running. This one will stop and let another one complete." with a "0% complete" stuck at the bottom... I'm not 100% sure what that means, but I've refreshed the page countless times and left the page open for many minutes on end, but nothing happens.

Help?

Can not log in to game

I launch the game from steam as usual, but instead of automatically log in to the account thats connect with it, it asks for a username and password without an option to "log in with steam" When I type in the log in info it says its linked to a steam account. Now my elevator pass I JUST bought, is slowly ticking away...

is important to know, coz now is not a good part of the year, close to the exam in university, and various stuff.

Just recently after updating Spiral Knights, I logged on and noticed the 30-day elevator pass. I decided I wanted to purchase it, so I went through all the steps required, (adding funds to steam wallet, etc.) and was sent back to the depot screen. I pushed the checkout button, but received the error message:

"Your payment could not be processed due to a stray snipe in the gears. Fear not! Your card has not been charged, and maintenance gremlins have been dispatched to repair the problem. Please try again later."

11/16/11 update won't download 'necessary files after five attempts'

I kept getting this error message "we were unable to download necessary files after five attempts. You can try running the application again, but if it fails you may need to uninstall and reinstall". So I did as it said and uninstalled/reinstalled, only to have it go through the same thing (except it takes 10x longer to go through the five retries).

Played yesterday and everything was fine.

New Update but No Appearence of it

Just recently, I noticed the new update about Unlimited Level Purchases and Energy Blasts with Armor Stations, but once I click "Play Spiral Knights", I see no update client or any signs of the update in the game. Can someone please help?

Self explaining subject. The server is always AT LEAST 1 second ahead of me (usually 1.5 -2 seconds), i cant deal with the gun puppies, or fast moving enemies as a gunner...

Firewall is open and does not blocks java.exe
Im playing from kongregate ( logging from this site doesnt changes the lag though
There's only one red bar in the lag status (top right) sometimes i get 2 bars, but thats not often.

Maybe server is far away from me? Im from Turkey.

Need a GM!

I'm currently at D17 and in need of a GM, i cant seem to be able to load the contact form =.= So im posting here.

I'm sorta stuck between re-spawning blocks, and people i invite to help will come right at the same place.
