Computer shuts off every time I play.

I'm a new player here. I really like playing this game but every time i lag or freeze, my computer shuts off and restarts. It happens every single time.. I have nothing else up, just Spiral Knights. Anyone else having this problem or is it just me??

why cant login the game Through steam

when i open the game Through the steam it open the game from the site and cant login anymore to my main player :(

Models have become a little fuzzy after a few updates back.

A few updates back, my knight and other knights have become a little blurry. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Heading into town... lasts forever, and sometimes can't even log in!

I've been having issues ever since I installed the game. It worked fine for a while, and then all of a sudden, I got weird errors. Black screens that resulted in the game freezing and such. Sometimes, I can't log into the game from the starting screen (I use steam), and also, I tend to not be able to join the game. It just says "Heading into Town..." after I select my character, and lasts that way forever. The knight just keeps walking and I cannot get into the main loading screen.

Can't support a request to GMs

So I encountered a problem today and wanted to submit a ticket, I opened the website (https://www.spiralknights.com/support/?locale=en#requests_new) and found a blank page. Is it because I am out of USA or something? I was forced to leave after that.

Master blaster bomb recipe

I purchased, in game, on sunday 28-Aug, a Master Blaster Bomb recipe. I learn it but it does not show in my learned recipe inventory.
Please help.

I have a .jpg with the system text saying that I have learned it, but I do not know how to attach it.

I am trying to get in a few games while I wait on new gates/Guildmates, etc. Twice now I have joined Random Team, seen the number of players waiting go from 1 or 2 up to 11 or 12, then back down again to 1 or 2, seemingly passing me by for a game. Three times now I have withdrawn and only gotten my 200 crowns back once, not a huge deal, but there is a little error saying there was an unexpected problem with the server.

Okay, so far, I'm having trouble (I'm new to this coding thing) with being able to play.

"This game is currently unavailable. Please try again another time."

I tried to do the coding that some forum posted up, but that's not helping me at all, since I don't know how to. This Mac is running the Lion OS X, so I hope that the whole Lion "doesn't support PowerPC" thing is not involved in this.

Is there anyone that can tell me how? Step-by-step?

Hello,I already created some topics and once support answered me at mail ˙(19.8.2011 support answered ) they said that I need to wait little time,because they are collecting informations,and after 5 days,I sent one more message,and didnt got reply on those mesages for 10 days.
how could i CONTACT support?
I know my ticket ID.
