I'm a new player here. I really like playing this game but every time i lag or freeze, my computer shuts off and restarts. It happens every single time.. I have nothing else up, just Spiral Knights. Anyone else having this problem or is it just me??
I've been having issues ever since I installed the game. It worked fine for a while, and then all of a sudden, I got weird errors. Black screens that resulted in the game freezing and such. Sometimes, I can't log into the game from the starting screen (I use steam), and also, I tend to not be able to join the game. It just says "Heading into Town..." after I select my character, and lasts that way forever. The knight just keeps walking and I cannot get into the main loading screen.
So I encountered a problem today and wanted to submit a ticket, I opened the website (https://www.spiralknights.com/support/?locale=en#requests_new) and found a blank page. Is it because I am out of USA or something? I was forced to leave after that.
I am trying to get in a few games while I wait on new gates/Guildmates, etc. Twice now I have joined Random Team, seen the number of players waiting go from 1 or 2 up to 11 or 12, then back down again to 1 or 2, seemingly passing me by for a game. Three times now I have withdrawn and only gotten my 200 crowns back once, not a huge deal, but there is a little error saying there was an unexpected problem with the server.
Okay, so far, I'm having trouble (I'm new to this coding thing) with being able to play.
"This game is currently unavailable. Please try again another time."
I tried to do the coding that some forum posted up, but that's not helping me at all, since I don't know how to. This Mac is running the Lion OS X, so I hope that the whole Lion "doesn't support PowerPC" thing is not involved in this.
Is there anyone that can tell me how? Step-by-step?
