Gun Attack speed increase: I can't tell the difference

So I've got nameless set, with AP and polaris

The ASI sys 'very high' but I don't notice any difference at all. i feel like a jackass for wasting money on it.
is there some way of measuring the velocity?

Question Regarding Accessories

I saw one other thread about this topic, but nobody answered it directly. What I want to know is, if you add an accessory to a lower * piece of equipment, then upgraded it to 5*, would the accessories get destroyed? I'm hesitant to use any accessories on my 4* gunner set because of this.

Has anyone tried using Volcanic Pepperbox's charged shot on Vanaduke's mask before? If you already have a pepperbox, I'll give you 30k crown to test it for me :-)

Complaints about accessories

i have opened a few iron lock boxes and gotten some accessories. i equipped my drab mech tennas to my green regalia. a few days later i tried to see if i could place more accessories on my regalia. unfortunately i didnt know my mech tennas would disappear if i put a heavy com unit on it. so i spent 750 ce ($2.50) for a key and 200 ce for a crate( 75c) a total of $3.25 wasted. and its not like im very rich or anything.

As the title says, im selling a Divine Avenger, uv low dmg bonus vs slime for a gran faust OR 500k cr. Im resorting to the forums only because i dont want to have to pick apart every last haven to find a buyer.

If I was to work for a generally interesting looking armor, weapon, thats also generally effective in combat , What should I work for?

The most terrifying Armor or weapon in effectiveness to you is?

The most lovely looking armor or weapon is?

And why do you think thats the best?

Can you Transfer UVs...

Can you transfer UVs from one item to another? The wiki states you can transfer when upgrading, but do you have to keep the UVs on the same item?

(posted this in New Recruits too, but no one ever patrols there & I need a fast reply >.<)

Can you accessorize a Chapeau with a Long Feather?I don't wanna buy one and then find out that you can't.Looks like the Chapeau only has side and front slots for accessories but I'm not really sure.

Vog Cub Coat LVL 10
Grey Owlite Sheild LVL 10
Leviathan Blade level 10
Divine Avenger LVL 8
Argent Peacemaker LVL 2

and i need a NEW sword, Reccomend me, and i chose glacius or combuster, answer that too. tell me what sword!
