I currently have a CTR VHIGH Blitz Needle. At level 10, that's CTR MAX.

I also currently have one Elite Trueshot Module (+DMG GUN MED) and a Swiftstrike Buckler (+ASI HIGH).

That means on my Blitz, I currently am at.
CTR MAX
ASI HIGH
DMG MED

I'm thinking of going to whole nine yards. Going for the fastest possible downtime between charged blitz needle shots with the highest possible damage increase. For that, I'm thinking of getting another Elite Trueshot Module (+DMG MED), a Nameless Hat (+ASI MED), and a Shadowsun Slicker (+DMG LOW).

I'm having trouble deciding wheter to aim for a vog cub set of armor or a crest of almire first, i would like opinions on the subject to help me decide

Just picked up this game again to check out all of the new stuff, haven't played since early release-ish. There seems to be a lot of new items and I'm not sure what's good anymore. Any advice on what I should work towards with gear upgrades?

What percent (50%? 25%?) of damage an enemy takes to a type it is resistant to

What percent (150%? 125%?) of damage an enemy takes to a type it is weak to

Based off of normal damage doing 100% to all monster families (unincluding exceptions)

I have a Winmilion. I made it, and it was cool for a while, but then I stopped using it because it didn't seem good enough. But now I am hearing that there is a special technique to using it. So I wanted to know what the technique is so that it doesn't go to waste :D

Now most people already knew that with a max UV and its matching piece you would be immune to the respective bomb, however

I have discovered that you can use one piece of Skolver with a high freeze resistance UV to have immunity to Shivermist Buster in lockdown.
this also applies to Vog Cub high fire and Mercury high shock, and can be used to mix and match for same effect.

well i think that there should be a new trinket that allows you to summon mecha knights and as the level of trinket goes up the mecha knight can become 5* levi with aegis

Considering I grab blue crystals at the highest priority and enjoy snow and ice levels, I figure I should work towards a loadout that is able to still inflict good damage on other enemies but does extra and blocks extra from ice type damage.
Considering my mish mash of equipment, I'll need to start over from the beginning in terms of weaponry and armor? I want to prioritize attack speed, use a gun with more than three shots as a secondary backup, and have armor and shields that resist freeze.

I was checking the market and i saw that this gran faust attack speed is like 7 bars while my avenger attack speed is 4 and it has med ASI. Then i check the wiki and it does say that gran is faster then avenger.. Is this a glitch??

I recently obtained a High Freeze resist UV while crafting my way to Skolver, but because of the appearance of the UV, I'm not sure what to turn it into now! I already have full Vog and this would primarily go into my pvp set, but I would like some opinions on the matter.

So, Vog (again, but this time with fire AND freeze resist with ASI) or Skolver(for i'm not sure how much freeze resist and dmg)? Or should I just try and sell the thing if it's worth a decent amount? :O

Any help would be appreciated :D
