I am rely close to heating my ash tail to 10 and i was wondering witch to choose, i know vog is great for tier 3 as it has insane elemental protection and fire resistance (great for vana) but skolver is good for all the tiers as it has good piecing resistance, so i would like to know the best choice, or if i should do a vog/skolver combo perhaps? anyway i would love you're opinions, thanks!

Is there any point to having a non-maximum status resist UV on a shield?

If I have a Fire resist UV of any quality on a Volcanic Plate Shield, is it essentially wasted, or does it actually help?

I joined the tier 3 from about 2 weeks ago, and I just noticed that 90% of the tier 3 players have the Divine Avenger.
Well, Ok, great sword but maybe is a bit boring to see everyone using it and also for cheat at Sfc. (Yes, I hate to cheat at Sfc, where is the fun then?)
Once I joined a random group and guess what? A party of Divine Avenger!
I'm not saying that you shouldn't use divine avenger, but is overused and maybe we need an update with more weapons to choose.

I made the mistake of rolling on my sealed sword (which I usually sell) instead of rolling on armor

it ended up with uv low asi

now, should I continue with this and turn it into a divine avenger?
I already have a combuster with uv med damage construct (I enjoy wrecking constructs on one charge hit when soloing)

and I already have vh speed and vh damage on swords through my build

Aside from that, I have a polaris, voltaic tempest, and final flourish
should I craft a DA (effectively making it my main wep) or stick with my combuster (my current main wep)?

This bush would like to know is the Volcanic Plate Shield basically the Ancient Plate Shield with more resistances? Because I want to get the Ancient Plate Shield so these people don't try to break me for a small heart, no just kidding but seriously it's kinda ridiculous if the Shield that you have to kill the technical hardest boss until a new one is a lesser shield then one you can get much easier.

Hi. I'm building the Nameless Set for my gunslinger and I'd like to know your opinion on which 4 best guns I should use on Tier3. I currently have:
- Nova Driver
- Mega Magnus
- Master Blaster
- SilverSix
- Virulent Catalyzer

While I haven't found much use to SilverSix my friends tell me it's great for Vanaduke runs so I might just upgrade it.
Which 4 guns do you think to be the best for tier 3 runs? I'm open to new ideas and guns, I only listed my guns to get some feedback :)

Hi, I'm rather new to the game, and was wondering which 2 star weapons I should be getting. I definitely intend to end up with a Glacius, so I've gotten a Brandish. I've also been told that a Leviathan is essential, so I've been making a heap of Caliburs, and selling them off, hoping to find a good UV. Is there anything I should get in terms of bombs and guns? I've heard the Nitronome and Shivermist Buster is good, are they worth working towards? And I have no idea which gun to get at the moment; maybe the Cryotech/Shadowtech Alchemer, or a Pulsar?

I use the Fang of Vog charge frequently, thus I am repeatedly set aflame with FOUR seconds of fire.
The fire-resistant gear I have are:
1. Vog Cub Cap and Coat
2. Grey Owlite Shield

What I want is to be completely immune to fire (or atleast reduce my FOUR seconds to only TWO seconds).
Is this possible? If so, what gear/UVs do I need?

I was interested in getting the Volcanic Plate Shield, so I was thinking about using this to my advantage and buying a Plate Shield with a fire-resist UV...
Though I don't know if I should get a low, medium, high, etc..
