Have a suggestion for Spiral Knights? We would like to hear it.

I can sum up my request in one sentence: Add a speed boost to the normal line of cobalt armor. Why? Because cobalt armor is a really great armor, you guys, and it's great in visual design, but nobody uses it because of it's underperformance. By giving it a MSI med or an ASI you could stand to create a more popular armor.

A problem with the Curse Status

When you are Cursed you have a curse mark applied to weapons and pickups you can't use. So you turn to your sprite and other things to protect you.

HOWEVER!

If you perform a shield bash while Cursed you take damage just like if you were trying to use a weapon.

All I would like is for a Curse Icon to show up on the Shield Meter or to have the Shield Bash Disabled while Cursed. This would still make it so players are cautious about actions while Cursed but they won't take surprise damage.

suggestion for modification of the catalyzers

I have recently acquired a catalyzer, they're fun to use, but the mechanics are a bit finicky
I'll address each problem I've noticed so far and add a suggested fix to said problem

Problem: if you run with the bullet and they stack on top of each other and the bullets hit a block, they act as one and all 3 disappear
Solution: increase the bullet speed, not to a regular handgun speed though, probably something like the magnus charge bullet speed

Reduce HoH recipes prices at Basil

Seeing as Basil is stocked with many recipes readily available in the Hall of Heroes, why not make it so that every recipe available in the hall of heroes is priced 10% less at Clockwork Terminals?

I can see players bumping the prices up 5% on the market and selling general-use recipes at a profit. 10% is enough that it makes it valuable to players, but not enough that it forces players to run the arcade for the single recipe.

New Pickup for bombers

As you know we have Vials which supplement gunfire by dealing additional status at long range.
We have Barriers which are built to supplement sword users in close combat.

I would like a pickup made to help bombers in particular.

This item is called a phantom generator. This item will cause 2 things to happen.

First it will make all monsters agro the person who most recently used it. This is to help with the bomber's main problem which is chasing enemies that teammates have taken the agro.

Option to not view guild chat

We can leave zone and trade chat, so why not add an option to leave the guild and officer chats. Obviously an option to rejoin the chats would be necessary as well.

HOH and Basil notifications about recipes alreadly learned

I would like something that notifies you if you already have learned a recipe you are attempting to buy or you already own one. A simple thing like this would prevent players from accidentally buying recipes in the HOH (to be forced to sell back for a 1% refund) or just not have to scroll through a long list of recipes you have learned.

As with other notifications you can choose to disable it so that player recipe vendors won't have to deal with it every time.

Add A LD Training Hall

It occurred to me that the only way to train for LD is to go into an actual match with the que times, bad teammates, and overpowered gear as far as I know.

Why not cut and past a control point from Lockdown, add some spawns on each side, and then let people train for Lockdown against others there to get a feel for attacking other knights? It also would let people learn how to counter specific tactics or practice ones without having to spend the 200 crowns and waste other people's time not going for kills or caps.

The gameplay

The gameplay in Puzzle and Dragons is stale and repetitive. The player has 6 monsters on their side, and in order to make them attack the player must match orbs on a board, bejeweled style but with a bit more depth to it. In order to actually beat the levels, the player must use the wiki, do calculations and farm for god knows how long.. but the player is motivated. They want to do things. And the reason for that, is something that Spiral Knights, a game with much better in depth gameplay, could learn from.
