SK's MOST important and annoying problem that needs to be fixed i guess?

Free For All! new game mode

So, I'm not sure if this has been suggested before or not, but I'm just throwing it out there.

Free for all (FFA) is a game mode where multiple knights go to a location, similar to lockdown, kind of, but, instead of 2 teams, everybody is their own team. but, unlike lockdown, this is a monster location, so one might fight monsters, and each other. you can team up to fight other players and monsters, or fight on your own, or anything you wanna do.

This is basically a game mode where you go into a clockworks level and you fight monsters, but also each other.

A New Lockdown Mode

As most of you know, Lockdown has become really unbalanced over the past months. Black Kat sets, a gun that can still shoot through walls with charge attacks even though they claimed to fix it(Overcharged Mixmaster), etc. Lockdown brings out the "pay to win" aspect of Spiral Knights, since to win, you'll want a good PC to avoid lag, gear with overpowered Unique Variants(UVs), such as Attack Speed Increased: Very High(ASI VH) and such. However, I am not suggesting to improve the current Lockdown.

New servers for far away countries

For some people, playing spiral knights is a nightmare, since the latency lag is something tremendous. There are only 2 servers, US and Europe. But places like South America (myself) or Asia and Australia suffer from a lot of lag. Lockdown becomes a mess, deeper levels become harder, blast network stops making sense, etc. This type of lag toys with our minds because, for example, if we raise our shield just before an attack, it registers the attack anyways. and recordings show that the shield was indeed up.

Lockdown is extremely difficult to do well in unless you have double penta, and a bunch of really good UV's on a chaos set. This means only very rich (mostly paying) players play lockdown, and players need to grind like crazy to get those good UV's so they can do anything useful in LD.

Let's be honest, pentas aren't that hard to get, so no change needs to be made there.

I'll be quick and concise:

The cutter lines have pretty terrible charge attacks. This is due to the fact that it takes a long time to complete, leaving you vulnerable. Simply making the charge attack faster by perhaps a second or so, adding more flinch, and reducing knock-back on all but the final strike, would make the charge actually usable.

Extend Apocrea's Event Duration

Lately, I have been experiencing major lag issues while playing Shroud of the Apocrea, mainly loss/skipping of frames. However, I'm not the only one, as there have been numerous other knights that have been experiencing such problems as well. I want to continue farming Apocrean Sigils, and I try, but the lag takes me to the point where I freeze every 6 seconds or so, which really hinders our progress towards getting the aura/weapon(s).

Random Events!

My greatest wish is for surprises within the sandbox dungeons we know as the Clockworks. Surprises? Yup!

Imagine the Shadow of Apocrea was never an event. Instead, it was a rare surprise mission that popped up randomly in the Clockworks on a group pressure pad.

New Striker Charge

The striker's current charge attack is the riskiest charge in the game. Even in PVE it's rare to use and in PVP I'd love to see someone try and get a full charge on an enemy in LD.
Currently the DVS (aswell as all other non-HB Strikers) attacks hit behind, aswell as infront of it to make up for it's lack of forward range (the WHB has forward range but no back range) so the charge attack should do the same.
My idea for all non-HB strikers - the player dives forward and stops for around half a second (or maybe a full second if people think it's broken) and then the combo lands behind them.

Decrease orb drop rates.

Before you call me insane and type -1 hear me out.

The energy costs of orbs is the same as the energy cost for past Alchemy. The way that it still costs the same (in theory) is by using forge crystals to heat your gear up.
