Have a suggestion for Spiral Knights? We would like to hear it.

If you're working on new content, please don't do it in phases and don't give us a deadline unless you're going to uphold it

Mostly a suggestion of what you've been doing lately.

First of all, please stop doing "Phases". This just leaves empty promises. You've said this with a couple of things and the only one I've actually seen that had a reason for it was the Arcade Redux since we were constantly stuck with the same Stratum's non-stop.

Make an "Allied Guild" list akin to a friends list.

I've been approaced several times about forming an alliance with another guild, but I could never see how it would be done.

Perhaps a list with some functions to it would help.

Functions like: Lockdown Challenge, Shadow Lair Party Forming, Spontaneous Guild Hall Party, and so on.

Change Lockdown

...to lumber bowling. All types of lumbers including freeze lumbers. Ultimately balances it. And kills off chaos clones. But on to a serious idea: integrate lumber bowling into a lockdown map and have lumbers to cap instead of standing around yourself.

Let's Revamp this forge system shall we?

Well for the most part, I don't think I'm the only one sick of the forge system, leveling up isn't neat anymore, it's become a chore, and finding radiants to level up your 5* is near impossible now.

Here is what I suggest, I suggest that we remake the Forge system, but keep it, so we don't have anyone complaining anymore, here's how...

-Up the chance of getting a forge box
-Up the chances of getting double level up
-Up the chances of getting a heat bonus

Sprite cooldowns need are flawed

each skill has its own cooldown, but it should not affect the other two skills. at most, the other two skills (regardless of what they are) should have a standard of 30 sec to cooldown, while the ability used cools down at its normal rate.

E.g. [skiil 1]:CD 17 sec, [skill 2]:CD 42 sec, [skill 3]:CD 57 sec

if skill 2 is used, then skills 1 & 3 cooldown for 30 sec, skill 2 cools for 42 sec at its normal rate.

i suggest this because it seems odd that one cooldown would be used for all skills when really, thats a waste of time.

Seeursly. If we're not allowed to post to anything there, why not just lock them and prevent us from posting anyway? At least we can still see them.

Look at your guild... now look at me... now look at your guild... now look at me. Obviously, your guild isn't me... heck, if you even thought i might suggest it could be, report to a physician on those cerebral cortices you've got; but it probably has friends like me. Yes, guilds and factions within real worlds may not be a single sentient body, but they still form friends and allies, as is my understanding anywho. So, you have this guild... but... what does it do exactly to ally it? Nothing. War?

Slumbering Stupor - New Danger Mission.

As many of us penultimate/ultimate Spiral Knights players know, there's not much to do save for playing Lockdown that isn't completely boring. Even those Danger Missions. They're pretty hard at first, but then it becomes rather predictable. Leap away from that Deadnaught. Stab said Deadnaught in back. Loot said Deadnaught. Decide to not ask where said Deadnaught was carrying said loot. Carry on and repeat with other monsters, substituting stab and back with appropriate verbs and parts of anatomy, either artificial or organic.

You know that Aurora Islands level, where you can spawn a key by shooting a certain rock derping around in the background, which is then used for a sweet reward? That's definitely one of my favorites, and not just for the music: it was that feeling that this game isn't just a hack slash loot level up repeat thing. That the game wasn't just a fight-fight-fight-fight-fight game where you fight. It would be great if you added more of those.

Guild Treasury Tweak

Did some recruit just add a useless material to the treasury? Is said material NOT used to craft Hunters' Lodge statues? What a bother. Can't even call a GM to retrieve it for you, too!

You know what would be a quick and simple solution? Allowing Officers and Guild Masters to sell the materials to the Birdsong Emporium shop as we would sell materials to any other NPC vendor. Not only would this allow you to remove those useless materials from cluttering the treasury, you can actually MAKE USE of them!
