Have a suggestion for Spiral Knights? We would like to hear it.

ice queen set

how about an ice queen shield? instead of sleep and stun resistance, it would have freeze and stun resistance. like the helm and armor, it would have more piercing than the royal jelly shield. any thoughts?

Guild Bulletin Board--like Message of the Day but better!

This would be a great way for guild members in different time zones to communicate, build a sense of community, and cooperate.

I'm envisioning an additional tab in the Spiral Uplink. Anyone who is Member or higher can make a post. All posts expire in a few days unless removed earlier by the poster or GM. Posts are short--Twitter length perhaps. The post has a button on the end to send a mail to the poster.
In my guild it would probably look something like:

CLOUD NINE COMMUNICATIONS

Custom Keymapping for Gate Map

Every other menu I use can be mapped to a keystroke. Why do I have to use the drop-down menu whenever I want to check the next depth (which I do frequently in the clockworks)?

Thinking on it, it makes sense that all the other menus can be viewed from anywhere (including Haven) and the Gate Map only applies in the clockworks. If that is the problem, couldn't you make a single depth gate map for Haven that pops up for all of us when we use it outside of the clockworks?

I apologize if this repeats someone else's thread; the search function in this forum is useless. :P

Hidden Stat Armor Sets

As you all know, most of the armor in this game comes in sets. Wearing a full set gives players a solid defense against that particular damage type and resistance, but some players like to mix and match pieces for a variety of defenses. I suggest applying a hidden stat or perk to any knight wearing a particular set to entice them into collecting the full set. These perks will be hidden, and therefore not show up as any visible stat on the inspection page. A player will be required to wear the full set for the perk to take effect, and some sets will include weapons and shields.

Fill the training room with every enemy in the game instead of just scuttlebots

I know this sounds kinda ambitious and kinda unnecessary but if you could do this it would be amazing. This would allow us to train against monsters such as devilites and greavers and learn strategies on how to beat them without doing gates and dieing. I kept my post short because i doubt this will get implemented, but just something to think about if you have spare time to add stuff to the game.

Remove auto-target from Virtua Fighter

I know you guys don't make Virtua Fighter but you're pretty chummy with Sega so maybe you could talk to them about it? When I sidestep in it the opponent I'm fighting automatically turns to face me unless they're in the middle of an attack and I think that's just as bad as aimbots in Counter-Strike. Since Virtua Fighter is a competitive game I think everyone should have to aim for their opponents with a mouse, since that is the only way a competitive game can function.

Anti-Scamming for Flash Depot sales - Protection Measures

Hello fellow players,
I've encountered a few players trying to lie about what items have been on the supply depot, and for how much. Their goal is to get the unwary player to undersell a rare item. This really disgusts me. I think this could be avoided with measures from the Mail System.

The mail system in SK could send a mail to all players letting them know what items, (when, and for how much), were on the supply depot. This could occur after every rotation, or once every 12 hours, etc.

No spoiler alerts, of course. Just items that are no longer in the Flash Sale, but were.

SK needs Revamp! Spread Idea!

Is it just me or is spiral knights just waaay to repetitive? With the missions all being the same (which I dont mind since it is a story) and the arcade being exactly the same every time with hardly no change in combat systems or challenge, would you guys say that the game in itself needs an uplift? Something to make beating up skelly's and punching gremlins more enjoyable? I had posted a suggestion just recently about this and wanted to see a general discussion about it since the suggestions area is a warzone more then an actual discussion about suggestions.
