I got a shock high UV and decide to try it at Twins. When i got shocked i started to run in circles, the damage each spasm dealt was 1/4 bar for me (i felt like a god). Unfortunately, i ran over 2 firends that didn't got that much resistance. Killed them both.

New Fail (On my comp):
So a week or two ago I decided to do a Shadow Lair, beat the boss etc. When we get to the Unknown Passage, my comp decides to slowly load. Takes about 5 minutes for it to load, and when it finally finishes... I have one bar of connection (And I live in the U.S >.>).

Back when we'd first started
Back when we'd first started my friend and I were doing our first deconstruction zone. After killing all the enemies that were'nt contained behind gates we came across 2 deactivated mechaknights. Having no idea what they were at the time we approach with caution and notice that we can pay energy to do something with them. Being the curious creatures that noobs are we decided to activate them then promptly ran away to observe from a distance. When they proceeded to chase us we were convinced they were trying to kill us and we spent the next 20 minutes running for our lives trying to shoot the things and wondering why they weren't dying. In the end we were so scared we just ran straight for the elevator and didn't bother to finish the rest of the level.
This isn't my fail but more recently I was doing a JK run with 2 guildies and a noob who must've been one of their friends or something. In the second section of red carpet runaround me and the 2 guildies were waiting on the party button in front of the bottom left corner room, waiting for this kid who was just being an idiot. When he finally decides to come over he stops in front of the button and summons 2 mechaknights, promptly shocking us all. Everyone was already on low health and by the time it wore off one was dead and the rest had 1 or 2 pips left.

FSC Smoldering Steps after last fight. My friend asks for heat (Bigfootm) and being a kind fellow I die on the fire for him. BUUUT the other teammate revs me instead. This goes on till i have about half my heat left.
Then one of their friends join and he takes my heat twice, not responding to our endless "STOP REVVING XYLKA". We kick him and the other guy gives back the heat to Bigfoot.
Everyone is happeh :).... well we were.

Next FSC run I join a friend. We chat at basil and start FSC. One teammate was new to T3 (you can see the fail)... Here we go....
We start out and I call wheel-destructor. Cruising along my usual route to the top, halfway there, I notice that the person new to this is dead. Ok 1 death is ok. Lag right?
He dies 5 more times through the level.
Next floor.
Before I even reach the room I was gonna do, he's dead. 7 more deaths.
I tell him to just play it safe and use all shield techniques.
He runs in circles around a slag trying to charge his Blazebrand (4* fire brandish) then stands right in the slag's fire breath. Not shielding at all....
Next floor.
Same as last.
He then sends me a friend request and says "goodbye"
Then leaves.
Noobs, Y U No stop ditching us?
In the end a guildie joins and we kill Vana.

I buy CE via the button. Go to sell it higher, then rebuy at lower price to make some profit. I usually dont do this, but no worries right? It not that complicated. :P

To tell the honest truth, I feel I'm one of the few (many maybe) that doesn't have problems with these stages.
Every other party I've been with, they take heavy damage here.

This one kinda made me laugh BUT...
In the Royal Jelly Palace, first depth of the boss stratum.
At the one area just before the elevator, fightin' off some enemies.
Killed a Super Blast Cube, knock it towards a Lumber just a few feet away from me and my two teammates.
Blast Cube explodes as the Lumber's about to attack, attack HITS both of my teammates, and they both die.
I am an amazing team player.

oh, well...
FSC, Throne Room.
I went there with a PUG, which, apart from some fails at Blackstone Bridge managed the rest of the run surprisingly well.
Anyway, I start freezing him with my Shivermist Buster when my eye wanders at the upper left of the screen: Everybody else is dead. WTF?!
I quit the SB, go revive everyone and start shooting him with my AP.
Surprisingly (again) we only got wiped once in the whole 20 minute fight (and I wasn't the one to energy revive XD).
EDIT: @Alphastevo: Bumping or knocking an attacking Lumber onto teammates is always a classic :D

Notice that there are 8 health capsules in the arena, I have 80 mist, and it is 2:55 am.
There are now 9 health capsules in the arena, but I only have 77 mist and it is 3:15am. Where did the 5e go? Well, even with health at every edge, a Levi with a low dmg bonus vs. Construct, and an essentially lag-less computer, I managed to unceremoniously die while soloing a T2 arena in 4-5* gear.

A while back I was on one of my Alts. Some guy invites mr into a T3 Arena, and I still only have the Proto Set. To make matters better, it was a poison arena, D27. I laughed because I didn't die until the very end of the last room, and everyone else died a ton.
Another Alt Fail: I'm selling jumps to Punkin King, Tier 1, D1. The first level I complete, from the prize wheel I get... A lockbox.

I have quite a few,
I have quite a few, actually.
Most of it involves me being a complete ass towards newbies who get themselves killed every two minutes or annoying Polaris spammers.
*sigh*
Part 1:
I joined a party at the mid terminal to RJP. I get kicked for being in 4* (somebody said before they kicked me). I have my own party now! With the next stage being an Arena, I decide to wait a bit for team members before doing the Arena. After about 5 minutes of waiting, 3 newbies in full 2* Wolver and nearly identical shield and weapon setups join my team within 3 seconds of eachother and we do the Arena.
The newbies get themselves killed all the time and I wind up being a complete ass and refusing to revive them because I knew accurately that they would die very soon. Last stage, I barely finish off the last monster when one newbie revives himself and clears off all the treasure boxes and gets a Brute Jelly Shield.
Kharma is an absolute *****.
Part 2:
Selling Wolver Armor with Max Elemental defense for only 12,000 CR on recommendation of my "expert" newbie friend. I get to upgrade my Avenger as a result anyway, so I'm not too unhappy.
Part 3:
Killing my entire team (except myself)using the blast boxes in RJP, because I resented them so much that they died frequently even though I had full health and gave them Health capsules all the time. I struggle through the final battle and JK using practically no vials and no health capsules and with 5 pips of health. It turns out two of them are brother and sister and apparently were videotaping the entire run for some video service.
They send me the link later and I look like an absolute idiot killing them all the time.
I still feel bad because they didn't even realize I resented them being in my party so much and were pretty nice to me and even gave me 1500 CR for practically doing the entire JK run by myself.
Part 4:
Watching a reenactment of Romeo and Juliet in the bazaar, going afk near "Juliet", Juliet leaves and Romeo ends up serenading to me.

I planned on earning enough Krogmo coins then trade them to sullivan for a 5-star recipe then sell it. I traded them for a voltedge recipe.
When I went to the auction house I shouted "Trading Voltedge recipe for 24000 cr!"
Luckily someone traded with me and put instead 25000 cr. I tried to put in the trade box but I can't. I kept him waiting then finally he closed the trade. I wondered y I cant so i checked the recipe description. i read the worst 6 words of my life..."This item is bound to you" i dont even have a brandish!

I was going along when all of a sudden I couldn't hit any mob. I could still move around normally but then my character fell to the ground like in the picture. It was like that for about 5 minutes before my health bar drained completely and the revive box showed. I don't know if it was a glitch or what, because while my character was on the ground dead with almost full health, I opened my internet browser and it worked. So my internet hadn't gone down. But it still bugs me why that happened lol.

Stupid Recipes
One time I was planning to make a supernova, since I didn't feel like making Polaris. I spent a week searching for the recipe at tier 3 terminals, and made exactly 37 trips there, none if which had a supernova recipe (none at AH either). I eventually decided to vendor the radiant pulsar I had for 10k crowns, which went towards the Skolver set I never made. Then the next day, when I was doing a solo mats run (failed btw), I reached the terminal. I planned to go to haven, but decided to check the Basil troll just for the heck of it. As soon as I opened up the vendor, right at the bottom of the list was the supernova recipe. OF COURSE. I had 2k cr at the time so getting it anyways was out of the question. After spending few more minutes doing nothing, I eventually went back to Haven and messed around in LD.

Ah, another one I almost
Ah, another one I almost forgot. I was in a tier 2 gate, and joined someone. As soon as I joined, a poison gun puppy had just shot bullets, and I appeared as SOON as they dissipated. I have no idea what exactly happened, but in the little area we were in, there were the 3 gun puppy bullets standing stationary, but they looked a bit different (they were oscillating slightly). In a dispay of stupidity, I went to inspect the stationary bullets. I went directly on themt, and something strange happened. I died almost instantly, and saw the poison status effect word appear about 20 times in the 1/2 second I was alive. Here's an example of how it was:
Imagine getting hit by 5 Plague needle charges simultaneously. Yes it was that fast. Then my teammate decided to be an idiot, and after seeing me fail, decided to try it out himself. Teammate = dead. It was very strange. Wish I had a pic of it.....

Probably the biggest fail EVER
So this is way way back when I just got my t3 clearance. I found a Strike Needle (the gun not recipe) and this was way before we had unbinding option. I assumed it was rare and I didn't do any research on what it was worth. So I guessed 50k cr was a fair price. I didn't realize till probably a week later I could have probably gotten way more. Well I'm not going to lose sleep over it at least I made some money off of it. Maybe one day SK will be nice to me and let me find a rare item.
