So, just for fun I decided to
So, just for fun I decided to solo the Dark King gate in T3, aiming for the Gold Survivor achievement. I reached the D24 Deconstruction Zone with no incident. I cleared out the free roaming gremlins, no incident. I then opened a locked gate, containing a striker, a demo, and a mender.
I killed the striker, no incident. Rather than risk getting up close and personal with the demo, I decided to shoot him from afar with my Strike Needle, which I was heating. (so fun, btw. It makes demos drop tons of bombs)
I then, for the very first time, witnessed a mender revive another gremlin.
The gremlin being revived was the striker.
Whom was right under me.
And whom decided to use his spin attack.
Immediately, without any attack telegraph.
I died.

Not a big fail, but funny
Not a big fail, but funny none the less. I was doing vana with a really good group, and the mask phase started. One person went to grab the water, I charged up my vile striker, the other two charged up I think FoVs or Levis or something.
The water is thrown with perfect timing, the attacks are unleashed, and *tinktinktinktinktink*.
The water missed.

Ended up duoing Vanaduke
Ended up duoing Vanaduke because the other 2 members of the party had to go, no problem I was the Shiverlocker because I was heating a Heavy Demo set for a future foray into UIMF.
Spent half an hour before I ragequit with Ol' Fatty locked in place but the other guy decided it was more important to run around putting out the fireballs and 3 fire squares so he could pull of one FOV charge at a time, and THEN concentrating on the shiver locked slags RIGHT NEXT TO HIM. HE HAD A POLARIS BUT IT WAS MORE IMPORTANT TO USE THAT EFFING FOV CHARGE ON EVERYTHING BUT THE BOSS.

Had 2 Grand Flourishes both
Had 2 Grand Flourishes both level 10, one no UV, one with a UV I liked. Upgraded to FF... upgraded the vanilla one by mistake (doh). Was making a new Skolver Coat, upgrading from Dusker to Ash Tail I did it AGAIN. I had a vanilla T2 PVP Dusker Coat that I accidentally upgraded to Ash Tail instead of the UV'd one.

This seems interesting...
Rarely go to forums but this seems like an interesting thread.
Here goes... These are all my experiences truly.
* I activated a mecha knight right after clearing everything in the field in a deconstruction zone.
* I sliced a bomb which killed both me and an unfortunate knight who was running next to it.
* I got invited into a T3 party, and ganked by devilites and kats in less than a minute.
* I got lasered to death by Roarmulus because some guy hit the switch and lowered the barrier which I was standing behind.
* Facehugged by Trojans at a corner while I was soloing.
* Random deaths on spikes are not worth mentioning.
More to come if I think of any.

How I got banned
WARNING! The content you are reading is kinda crude. If you agree, keep on reading. If you disagree, leave this thread now, although I think 13 and over people can handle this.
Back a year ago, when I had just found out the wonders of Spiral knights... Well.... When I went to the training camp, an alt of a 5 star guy asked me how babies were made. Being the idiot that I was back then, I immediately told him in poetry, and told him all he needed to know. Well, he complained in 10 seconds flat. In fact, Eurydice HERSELF came behind me. I only realized it much, much later, when the garden of goo froze and a gamemaster came along to clear things up. I was such a newbie to the game that I did not realize the purple ring, the admin armour, the thing that said three rings on it and "gamemaster". Eurydice handled it pretty well, just sitting in the corner watching me sing out innocence destroying poetry. Then she banned me for 3 days.
EPICFAIL
The moral is:
Never answer those questions, and ALWAYS have the class of an impostocube.

This was a couple of weeks ago, I think, and it's not really one instance of epic fail, but a string of small fails to make it into one of the more interesting FSC runs.
I've been switching to WASD from mouse movement, and it's been much easier to play the game now. When that run happened, I was still quite bad with WASD, so there was a lot of running straight into fire, walls, Trojans, spikes...basically I died like a moron a lot. While I was attempting to do the gated room with the vat of fire (bottom right side), I got set on fire before I even made it into the section with the mobs. Low on health, I managed to kill the zombies, but then when I was holding a Blitz charge, hoping that I can muddle through with the Trojan circling, a jelly appears! Not any jelly, but an impostocube taking the place of a rock jelly. The nice gentleman proceeded to kill me, because I ran into the wall when I meant to go the other way.
More or less went through the rest of FSC okay, until the last room of D27. Died a lot. And by a lot, I mean that I died to the first Trojan spawn, the second spawn, the 3rd spawn, and then I just told my teammates to leave me because I was only going to run into the fire some more (I should mention that these teammates came along to laugh at my WASD attempts, so they weren't angry with me).
We head to Vana, I mention something about Tokio Hotel, the rest of the party goes "D:" at me, and Vana must agree with them, because he freezes. After the initial excitement about seeing a GM, someone said that they'll write the complaint. We wait. We wait some more. The person says they'll send in another one, just in case. We wait. We wait a lot more. We got frustrated, and then I asked if the person did a bug report or if they did that email support ticket thingy, and they said that they did a bug report. Collective facepalm. I write up a ticket, and Atalanta shows up within a minute. We 'ooh' and 'aah' over the crowbar, and someone says that she should do the boss with us! Use that proto sword! So she speeds to Vana all cool-like, then shoves him at us, telling us to try and beat Vana at this staring contest while she sets up another party. We proceed to not win, because Vana was facing away and so was totally cheating.
We get set up with a new party at D23, Atalanta poops out some nice vials and vitas for us, and then we go through each level (don't they have a shortcut elevator for that? We literally had to go to each level, and then get zapped onto the next one) with poor Atalanta's incredibly slow loading speed, and yay, Vana again! Died like a moron some more, but we finished up with minimal problems.

My greatest fail was when I started the game. After reaching the rescue camp, I saw the elevators needed 10 Energy.

Crafting fail
I'm a somewhat new player, so I crafted a Twisted Snarble Barb to sell in AH, only to find that it was bound to me... I was like WHAT! I then realized that I should have unbound the original Snarble Barb before crafting to Twisted. DOH! Looks nice sitting next to my complete Twisted Snarble Barb.
Also took the original snarble barb to a mostly construct arena on accident... snarble bard is not so good against those guys. I think I died 3 or 4 times... in the last round!
EDIT:
Forgot about this one. Saw my first Love Puppy, and while killing the last gun puppy, which was next to him, the gun puppies explosion killed the poor little Love Puppy. I almost cried, and my 5 year old daughter was pretty distraught as well... probably scarred her for life. It was so cute and innocent, and it gave me health...

Here's is my most recent fail.
I was in the Reactor in LD, when I spot skybrandon on the other side of the center shockpad. After observing each others sexiness, we began to fight. The usual, toothpicks and my troika. I was doing pretty well. Until I ran into the shockpad (of course) and got shocked to death.
On another note, I was in the same spot (above the center shockpad in Reactor), and I was testing the swing speed of my troika. While doing this, I accidentally knocked a recon on my second swing into the shockpad. He flew off the bottom of the screen, with the word "SHOCK" trailing him. I went down to finish him off, but discovered he had indeed died on the shockpad. I remember thus one clearly....he had a magic hood, elemental cloak, and a swift flourish.
And lastly, knocking people into shadow fire is fun as well. So far, I have successfully knocked 2 pros into the shadow fire: Ancientdragon (poor soul), and blueberrymuffin (no regrets here!) Good times....

True story.
Admittedly, this was not done by me, but by a friend.
He CE Revived on a Clockworks Terminal stage.
How, you ask?
Step 1: Fool around with Gran Faust charge while 3 other people are down there with you.
Step 2: Die by cursing yourself multiple times, and the other 3 people laughing and reviving you.
Step 3: Die at the same time said people all decide to leave, leaving you dead on a Clockworks Terminal level, having to revive with CE.
Pretty funny, really...the good part is he uses an Elevator Pass, so he doesn't really care about Mist. It would've been worse had he not had any mist... >:F
As for a fail done by me, I think the worst one is the first time I visited Frostbite...getting totally owned by the Freeze Vapor in the center of the stage.

What was I thinking?
I'm doing an arena run with a group of friends back in our early tier 2 days, as were running around the third room of the fire themed final wave the party is dead and I'm left as the only one alive. Through clever maneuvering and a few well placed shots the wave was almost cleared out, just an easy team revive to go and were set right? No upon seeing a friend pipe up a fire related pun to their deaths I immediately stop to respond to said pun, on top of a spike trap, with the last fire knight approaching. Best. Idea. Ever.

I must admit this was a friend's but...
D27, FSC run. Me, Pink, Red and Blue (forgive me, I forgot who was with me at the time).
All we had to do left was to get on the elevator but Pink needed some heat so, naturally, we raced to the fire traps near the heart spawner. Everything was going well, no accidents so far.
Then, as all three of us were down, Pink came closer to revive us. The time until the fires shot up again was nearing. Pink was cutting it close, the fire getting hotter....then....the unthinkable happened...
Me: WTH?! o.0
Red: FFFFfffffff
Blue: omg
Red: i wasted 30 energy .________.
Pink: i can't rev
Red was spam clicking to get up as soon as he was raised but accidentally clicked on the "Revive all" button while he was down. We still had some heat left.

I was playing Lockdown the other day and I was going after this one guy and he had like a bar left and he got to his base and just looked at me from the other side of the "force feild" so I dig out my Antigua (gun) and start shooting at him and he is on the other side and dies. xDD

I was recipe farming for a DA as well as doing FSC (when the missions thing wasn't out yet) I tried 9 times and got really tired of Basil and went to the AH. I had alot of crowns at the time (due to the farming) and brought a DA recipe that costed 42k cr, it was the cheapest at the time. Next day, I go to Basil and there was a DA recipe with the writing underneath; 25000cr.

I was doing my 2nd JK run with 2-star gear with 3 5-star knights helping me. They all died on his second phase (But I didn't realize because I was too busy spamming my Toxic Vaporizer), and I killed him the rest of the way.
At the end I was like "WHERE THE HACK DID EVERYBODY GO?!?!1?"

My biggest fail was when I was in a room with like 5 oilers with a friend. He had an FoV and charged it then let go. An Oiler dropped some oil and I was running through the oil and he ran into it too and we both died. (FAIL) (Oh yea and he was still on fire.)

Well,
I have failed too many times to metion, probably one of my worst ones was when I was doing Vanaduke. The Shiverer was dead, so I revived him with 1/2 a health, this was on his last phase btw, and he did his flame wave thingy and it killed the shivverer, and this time I was the only one alive, and before our shivverer died he froze him into place, so I didn't know that because I was too busy killing the Slag Guards. Vana was still frozen and I charged up mai silversix and let it lose on Vanaduke, the first bullet unfroze him, and the last bullet didn't get to hit him because of the fact that Vana's mace met my FACE. So we all died and we all had atleast 20 ce revives each because we were in a good group and we felt we could jack around. THis wasn't the worst part though: I had 27 tokens and I wanted my Blackened Crest so friggn' bad! We couldn't revive so we all went back to Haven. >.<
Well my biggest fail is that after a Month of SK Vacations that i took, i came back to play SK and i could not play the under wold because of all the LAG that was in place..... im running a 8 Gig internet Connection and im still experiential Lags like Crazy!
