Question of the day! (win ce) (Closed until further notice)

"You have a million toothpicks. What do you plan to do with them?"
I will take a hundred of them and stick them in Iamnoone's face. Then i would take the other 900 to stick in every hamburger i find like those fancy diners. Then I would watch people eat there hamburgers and start to cry becuz i stuck the toothpicks IN the hamburgers. They would cry and cry, all becuz a toothpick is in their mouth. Other people would have no idea what the heck they are doing and they would tell the people to "Stop CRYING and EAT YOUR HAMBURGER!" They would keep crying and the government would come and take the people away and test them for crying so much. The people would be disected (dont care if wrong spelling) and that would be the end of them. Meanwhile, Iamnoone would be screaming his heart out becuz i had actually stuffed him in a bag after i stuck all the toothpicks in him. The government would take him away too and then they would hire a sniper. They would stuff Iamnoone's head in a bag and then shoot him. He would die.... :/
Author's Note: No Iamnoones were hurt before, during, or after this answer to the question of the day.

Well, first thing I would do is make a cage. Then put a few people in it.
...
Then I would leave them within sight of a very hungry tiger.
No, they will be just fine...

New question 4/3/12
Question 04/03/12
You have a Island, you can turn this island into anything. What do you turn it into?
Well the answer may sound childish, but it is creative.
*cough* Ahem *cough*
I was paddling in an ocean (which I had never knew that was literally a feet away from haven) and suddenly, I was spinning around rapidly and pivoting around a mysterious point. After a minute, I realized that I was caught in a whirlpool! I tried to pattle out, but it was too strong. I braced for impact as I make it to the center. I started to drown and then, AAAAAAAAAAH! I was flung far far away. I was flying, and drinking tea (because the flight took a very long time) and then BLAM! I crashed on a deserted island that is flat and it is big. Hmm, I think I can build something extrodiary to make this island more, stylish. First, I made trenches deep and big enough to be considered rivers. Then I made a water ---> chocolate converter on the left side of the river, and a chocolate ----> water converter on the right side of the island. Yes, I said chocolate.... Then I poured over 30 tons of chocolate into the river that runs along the width of the island (dead center from side to side). I named it the chocolate river. Next I bilt smaller trenches and made a huge water fall at one side of the island. Next, I poured sugar everywhere. I created a lolipop tree and placed it everywhere. I pretty much added any candy to most of the parts of the island. Now this looks like a Candyland dream come true! Trees filled with candy, Jolly Rangers bushes, mint grasses all over. And dark chocolate mountains. Oh I almost forgot! I quickly added huge mountains on the north side, and then added more candy features. I also added a huge beach and placed a beach party stand. Then, I added cities that weren't going to destroy the island. Oops, I just remembered, I added canyons on the west side of the island, and a city there. What else did I forget? Oh my gosh, people! I grimishly teleported a lot of random humans into the cities I had built for them. They were mad at first, but then their eyes were filled with awe. I was proud of my work. After 5 years later, Candyland looked prosperous. OH MY GOD, I FORGOT ANIMALS! I quickly went back in time to add animals and gone back 5 years ahead. Candyland looks even more prosperous. That's the way it is.
That is my ahem... childish explaination if I had a island and what would I turn it into.

I turn the island into a grassy field and set a couple hundred velociraptors loose, lay several landmines, dump a crapton of poisonous snakes, plant toxic fruits, prepare several spike traps, keep several high-power mortars on notice, release a horde of terrifying hybrid creatures into the grass, build an underground network of high tech rooms and fence the whole place off with a force field. Next year I shall arrange for twelve men and twelve women to be shipped to the island and forced to fight to survive. Last one standing alive wins.
Let the Seventy-Sixth Hunger Games begin, and may the odds be ever in your favor.

"You have an island, and you can turn this island into anything. What do you turn it into?"
I would call upon the gods to change my island. They would use their power to make it look like Olympus. I am allowed to live there as long as I cook them barbeque for lunch everyday. They would love it so much that they eventually start trying to figure out how to do it themselves. Once they had, they would kick me out of MY island. I would come back with my megablastercannon (see Gremlin Chatter, I stole Cookie game, Post 288) and blow the whole place up. Then i would be happy becuz I can rest in MY OWN island. Then i notice; its not there. I blew it up....
(Hundreds of gods WERE hurt in this answer :D)

"You have an island, and you can turn this island into anything. What do you turn it into?"
The first thing I do with my magical island is I start adding some landmass to it. Once it becomes a reasonable size, I add life and I name the place "The Isle of Delosia", simply because Delosia sounds really cool and mysterious. I fill the place with life, then start to embellish squirrels and bunnies with intelligence, and make sure humans never get on the island. Going forward in time, the squirrels and bunnies have become civilized, and I introduce the game Spiral Knights to them. Some of the squirrels and bunnies have, by now, probably attracted my eye as being awesome, so I build awesome mansions on a mountain, and have tons of luxuries for them (nowhere near mine). Beyond this point, I would have no interference.
Thousands of bunnies and squirrels were pampered in this answer.

Q: "You have an island, and you can turn this island into anything. What do you turn it into?"
A: My island is not one that you can just find. It's an island of intrigue and mystery. Some even say that it is the island that finds you. Surrounded by water, most find themselves trapped on the island because of an accident either on sea or in air. To this day, no one has just stumbled on the island when looking for it. It's elusive, for some reason or another. Currently you are sailing around 11 Latitude, 171 Longitude. You find yourself on this mysterious island after the small boat you were on sinks at sea. No one else in your party seems to have survived. After days on the ocean, you are just glad to have stumbled upon land. It's a rather small island, with a white sand beach surrounding the entirety of the place. There are several abandoned buildings scattered throughout the island. They almost look like they were installed during the Middle Ages. They are made of large stone and resemble castles of the past. However, you also see strange totems located in patterns all over the surface of the island. You feel drawn to these totems for some reason. It's like you can feel something resonating throughout the island. It's in the air and under your feet. It's a strange feeling that you have never experienced before. The weather seems very neutral, even though you are sure you are in a tropical area. A hill near the northern tip of the island extends over everything else. After scaling the rocky zenith, you survey over the area. You can see the water all the way at the southern end. You get a pretty good estimate of the size of this landmass you are on. Then, something catches your eye. Out east, you see some white modern buildings. You have to squint because of the beaming sun scorching your eyes. You think there is movement. Desperate for help, you decide to risk it and go explore. The "beat" of the island (the only way you are able to describe it - that pulse that keeps resonating through your body) seems to be increasing in frequency as you near the east coast. As you finally are able to fight through the thicket of brush long grass, you emerge into a clearing. There are white dome-like buildings around. You count four in all; however, you see no movement. Strange. Feeling brave and desperate, you decide to knock on the door of the closest building. Nothing happens. You reach for the nob, but it is locked. Right at that moment, there is rustling behind you in the leaves. The beat gets LOUDER. You feel it in your heart. You turn and see it rising up. Suddenly, everything goes white...
Four days later, a cruise ship is passing by the exact same route that your boat had been taking. They come across the wreck of your ship. They find two of the 5 people total that had been sailing that day. After rescuing them, they travel right over 11 Latitude, 171 Longitude. There is nothing but open sea. After an exhaustive search, everyone gives up. The body of one of your friends was found. Rescuers assume that you and your other friend are dead. The search is called off. No island is ever seen in the surrounding area.
2 years later...

I would turn it into a top secret location having only one purpose and that would be to breed extra terrestrial species on our planet cause we know how stupid 90 percent of the human population. Would have them evolve and adapt to the human world and eventually use them to make the discoveries destroy poverty hunt trolls and of course find WALDO. Poor guy has been alone all this time and has yet to be found.

I would turn the top secret location under the world. Yes, you heard me right the underworld. I don't care if someone finds my place, I will kill them with my blood covered hands from my pet Wolvers. Knightandday and all the other people, you guys have terrible descriptions of your place. The End.
Tropical pardise with huge man eating flowers, birds the size of shoping mall and plants bigger then the empire state building.

"You have an island, you can turn this island into anything. What do you turn it into?"
First things first: bring it back to basics. This island is a huge sea turtle at my command. What else could an island be? :D
I will proceed to slowly build my home and farm on the back of my giant sea turtle. This will include a great tree fort in one of the huge forests on my island's shell. Also, whenever we feel like we need to leave the island, we just tell the turtle to take us to land =) And my turtle-island is revered in the sea and there are always sea creatures coming to the edges to give their greetings :D
But the important part is that your hypothetical scenario has enabled me to hypothetically realize one of my dreams of having a ridiculously huge, ancient sea turtle.

"You have an island, you can turn this island into anything. What do you turn it into?"
An infinite source of energy.
Then we can power up the Skylark and go home.
Or not.
Also, MASS CRAFTING.

New question 4/4/12

I would be an alchemist.
it was around medieval times when this study began, trying to turn base metals like lead and copper into gold by use of the supposed philosophers stone, or by other alchemical means. these tests resulted in the basis of modern chemistry. they also quested for the panacea, or elixir of life, mixing ingredients to try to recreate the mythical substance. these tests became the basis of modern medicines.
because of all their studies, a good alchemist could hold a rank equal to that of a king, some practically a god! alchemists were highly renowned, and, considering kingship was only through heirs, alchemy could be studied to grant me incredible power in a kingdom.

I'd be a blacksmith or forger. I could forge any weapon, imbue some mystical origins, and sometimes, when it's needed that (and I mean THAT) already, I could get paid a lot and become a king myself.

Question 04/04/12
If you lived in medieval times, What would your occupation be?
(DeLorean not included)
Ooo, a fabulous question. But just to make myself clear, I will not under any circumstances will be living in a time period during the Black Death (Bubonic Plague). I will be working in a period without diseases, not even during the dark ages, or any stress (YET) until I die in 1340 :) Or some other period. My occupation would be a knight. That way I can be fiersesome and at least doing something with dignity. I willed be payed a lot of money. Then I will bury some of them into the ground, so antique dealers in the 21st century will uncover them and sell them for a very high price which should've been only like 3-4 dollars in our currency. I will have the pleasure of killing any trespasser and seeing them scream as they bleed to death. I will watch them die in front of me like an executor... Okay that was disturbing. My other pleasure is at least not being in any danger at all. I will not have to fight to death unless there was a seige or I was forced to be in the army (which would really suck because I don't want to fight other armies). Also, I will get the beautiful maidens (who have to be my type), have people cheering for my work, at least be able to raise a family of 2, and get the respect from the king and queen. Hopefully, the kingdom will not be invaded, conquered, or ending up like that Roman empire I hear about. Hopefully, I don't get executed.......

I'd be a blacksmith or forger. I could forge any weapon, imbue some mystical origins, and sometimes, when it's needed that (and I mean THAT) already, I could get paid a lot and become a king myself.

Q: "If you lived in medieval times, What would your occupation be?"
A: It's an interesting question. I suppose your answer depends on whether or not you mean if you were born in medieval times and you were guessing what you would end up doing based on what your likes and interests are currently. In that case, I would probably say that I would not have an occupation. Instead, I would choose to roam around and travel. Writing poetry, making love, eating good food, and experiencing the world. If you need to quantify it as an occupation, I would say Traveling Bard. Maybe I would have joined a theatre troupe.
Now, if the question is supposed to read as you suddenly found yourself in medieval times (with all the knowledge that you have today), I would become a mother freaking king. I would science up people until their head's exploded with all the awesomeness that I possessed. I would join the right side of wars, and re-write history after I become supreme ruler of all... (or at least get a little city-state or something).
However, your question could also read like, "If you lived in Medieval Times (http://www.medievaltimes.com/), what would your occupation be?". In that case, I would either be a ticket booth seller or work at the cotton candy / turkey leg booth... A guy's gotta pay the bills, na mean?

If you lived in medieval times, what would your occupation be?
Blacksmith. So I could make swords. Shiny, pointy swords.... That kill stuff......
EDIT: didn't mean to copy anyone. I didn't even read the posts above me.

"If you lived in medieval times, What would your occupation be?"
If I lived in medieval times, I'd probably start out my career as some kind of sell-sword, you know, a mercenary. Eventually, the king will have noticed my utter coolness, and decide to make me the royal guard. Not only is being a mercenary a lot more fun than working your way up from the bottom, then being royal guard, it also will have work, and therefore it will be easier to build a reputation.
Of course, all of this depends on if I'm as good with swords as my Spiral Knights character...
If I'm not...
Goodbye me.
I would destory citys, make golden weapons that can destory fields of crops with just one wave of the weapon and invite the computer to play spiral knights

"If you lived in medieval times, what would your occupation be?"
Well, if this refers to Roman times, then I'd be rich guy. <3
However, if this is at a later time, I'd be pet bird.
Mm? What, HEY, WHADDYA MEAN I CAN'T BE AN ANIMAL, ANIMAL IS OCCUPATION TOO! .>:O
Aww, whatever. I be average person.
Yeah, yeah, I know I'm boring. :P

Q: "If you lived in medieval times, What would your occupation be?"
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say I'd be the Traveling Bard's wench. I'd travel around with him reading his poems and listening to them as he read them aloud, making love to him, eating the good food he found for us, and experiencing the world. And if he were king, I'd be his queen. But if he were a ticket booth seller or worked at the cotton candy / turkey leg booth, I wouldn't look twice at him and find a man with a good job.

Q: "If you lived in medieval times, What would your occupation be?"
i would be a strait knight :P
-throw firotech fireballs at trees :P
-blitz bow the duke :P
-mace horses on the back :P
-eat mutton 24/7 :D

4/4/12
Q: "If you lived in medieval times, What would your occupation be?"
Oh, you know, I'd be the giant evil guy who used to be the village idiot but discoveres some ancient losst ruins or caves or something with stuff of power inside that corrupts him and makes him an almighty powerful dude who tames a dragon to burns everythin, and raises an undead army of demons with an ancient magical scroll or book of Necromantic magic to destroy the kingdom's army, then tries to become king. You know? Nothing too complicated.

If you lived in medieval times, What would your occupation be?
I am a Knight already (just read my name), so I suppose I would be a Knight as well or perhaps a prince... (Irou starts to daydream)
...I would be a prince, probably be called Adam, son of king Radnor and queen Marlena, I would be accompanied by a green tiger friend; and when necessary I would gain unmatchable strenght by raising my sword and proclaming "By the power of Grayskull..." oh wait a minute, that's He-Man, oops, I guess I would then be a Knight and part time butcher.

"Spiral Knights is now one year old! What were some of your favorite experiences in the game?"
First off..starting the game...I love exploring new areas and stuff so it was cool.
Next, when I started posting on forums...
Next, when the missions started..
Finally, when I partied in Haven at the ANNIVERSARY PARTY!
PS: Oh one more, when I destroyed the JK for the first time. The monumental for me. I felt like the king of the world! Until I saw what Vanaduke looked like...

"Spiral Knights is now 1 year old! What were some of your favorite experiences on the game?"
Ho hum, my husband and I managed to respawn in the same spot in the arcade after a run in the Clockworks. (I think party members should always spawn in the same place, but that obviously doesn't happen.) We stood there for a second in our five star sets, and someone appeared in front of us in 1-2* stuff (I don't remember exactly what anymore). My husband says, "WELCOME TO YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE!" And the person turned around, looked at us, and then started backing away slowly before running away XD
Back when you still did end of the month events, I went to one of them and got quite a few questions right :D That was fun, because that was back when I still wasn't open to friending people I didn't know irl, and it was nice to do something with other people, and I was surprised I won so many times :3 I think I ended up having to leave early, and I was sad that I wasn't able to make it to the last one where no one else came either XD If I'd been able to come then, I probably would have added you then instead of this year.
The first time my husband and I went to the core! :D That was awesome. And on that sort of "first time" note, the first time I saw the Royal Jelly <3 JELLY LOVE! <3 And the Snarbolax, too, actually. SO CUTE, I said, as he spiked through me. Then I said, "oops," and paid more attention to where he was going and less to how cute he was XD <3
I would list more but I gotta go get some stuff done right now <3

1 of my favorite memories was when i was in between tier 1 and 2 and everyday i would craft a new weapon and armor and i could never decide what to stick with until i found bombs

Question 04/06/12
If you could visit one point in time of your OWN life, Only to see, not to change, What would it be?
When I first opened this thread, because all Kugers threads are awesome and deserve to be read twice.

"If you could visit one point of time in your own life, Only to see, not to change, What would it be?"
I would visit the time I saw my very first movie...
I would like to see what stupid movies I was watching in my childhood. Stuff like 'The wheels on the bus go round and round, and the official blues clues movie... :/
Then I would just check to see if I ever watched the 'Ring' when I was 2 years old. I can only imagine... "Hey Dad, what is that girl doing? It looks like she fell in a well." Then I would say this, "What IS HAPPENING!!!!?"
Yeah....I come up with some weird answers, I know....
Question 04/06/12
If you could visit one point in time of your OWN life, Only to see, not to change, What would it be?
I would point to my younger years when I had such a great time. It would be great to remember what was that delicious pasta like thing I ate in preschool. I would be laughing at my preschool self. It was such a happy time where I barely knew anything. I remember learning some grammar and all of that stuff. I would remember my bus driver called Bob. I remember seeing 'bird birds' (which I forgotten what they looked like). I would wish I never well.. I'm not going to embarrass myself on this thread.

Question 06/04/12
If you could visit one point in time of your OWN life, Only to see, not to change, What would it be?
In real life (IRL) or ingame? I presume it's IRL. If that's the case, it would be close. I did a lot of stupid stuff as a child. It would be a choice between my favourites:
-Climbing down my chimney in the middle of summer (I live in a two-storey house).
-Sticking my finger in a lightbulb socket and getting electrocuted. It hurt a LOT, but felt all tingly.
4/2/12
I'd give my blow dart gun the workout of its life.
