Grantz darted over to Archemiday and looked him over. "I think the Swarm got to him again. Gimme a light shard, will ya Parm?" Parma fished out a light shard, which Grantz crushed, stirred into a mug of water, and poured into the bard's mouth. After a few minutes, the Swarm retreated from the body, and actually left it, allowing Grantz to step on it and crush it. "Somebody got a bandage? His wounds need to be covered to keep the Swarm from re-entering." Parma found a bandage, wrapped it around the wounds, and commented, "He'll be up in a moment or two." Grantz smiled. "Good thing; I need him to teach me how to play the lute."
Return to Cradle (Roleplay. Apps accepted!)
((No need for that Lim, we can say Dagoon tackled him after Trivoc fired the shot
EDIT: Nevermind, we can say that *inhales* Dagoon tackled Archemiday after Trivoc shot the Peacemaker, which in turn allowed Grantz to seize Archemiday, then heal him with the help of Parma *pant* *pant*.
That ought to clear things up XD))
((Lol, first Liminori ninja'd my post by making Dagoon disable the bard; then Azure-Orbit ninja'd my edit by saying that the shot should have disabled the bard. Then he ninja'd it *again* by letting Grantz restrain the bard as originally written.
Cut it out already! xD :P
))
Ninja'dception? :D
(Technically you got ninja'd thrice.)
It was a bit before Dagoon let go, in case it took a bit of time for the swarm to leave Archemiday's body. She then walked over to her bag which she had set down earlier and rummaged around for a Rocky Core and some Mountain Jelly, and tossed it over to Archemiday. "Here, Sorry for that. Anybody else want some mountain jelly?"
((I created an image of Valent- I mean Gwenyvier in SpiralSpy.))
Ikaros
My nose wrinkled distastefully as Trivoc leaned away from me slightly. I wanted to be as close to his warmth as possible, but when i heard someone say, "Anybody else want some Mountain Jelly?" I sorung up to my feet and looked around for a can of the delicious drink -which, contrary to popular belief, is not made from jelly, but is rather a fluid extracted from them (( like cows with milk )). I made puppy dog eyes and asked sweetly, "May i have one, pleaaaaase?"
I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my head, and heard the booming voice from earlier, its voice resonating through my skull
"Come to the Sanctuary, Uranus Queen... Come..."
I opened my eyes, not sure of what happened. "What happened? And why does my back have a searing pain?". Dagoon offered me some mountain jelly and a few rocky cores. I gladly accepted them. Oh, Dagoon. About earlier when you said you were buried... That was well... Me.". ((Cue for Dagoon to probably beat me to death.))
((Also, me being possessed was because a swarm jelly made blood contact with me. Its also because arch isn't a mentally strong person, which is why he stays away from the 5* shadow brandish.))
Dagoon, seeing the face that Ikaros made laughed, and set the can near Ikaros while totally ignoring the face of pain she was making.
"Oh, Dagoon. About earlier when you said you were buried... That was well... Me." At these words, Dagoon flinched, then rummaged in her pack for. . . A book. She walked over to Archemiday and lightly hit him on the head.
"So, that was you? Interesting. Also, how'd you know about my father?"
(What happened to Jari? He's kinda just. . . Dissapeared. He needs a live test subject again like. . . Oh I don't know. . . THRYNN MAYBE?
Also, I'd assume that the battle sprites are as equally organic as Spiral Knights/Morai, who seem plenty organic, so I wouldn't say that they're machines (Even though they're introduced as machines) Because our characters don't exactly LOOK organic, where as battle sprites do.)
Dagoon walked over and hit me in the head with a book. It probably hurt more than intended. She said something, but I was to distracted by ikaros. She looked like she was in pain. I ran over to her and yelled, "Ikaros? ikaros?! Is something wrong?!"
( Cue for trivoc to support Ikaros? )
The gears Eris have:
-Chaos cloak

-Scarlet Shield

-Voltedge
-Sentenza
The gears Theo have:
-Chaos cowl w/h Cool Glasses
-Armor of the fallen (yes, I can't draw Chaos cloak on him ;^;)
-Swiftstrike buckler
-Gran Faust
-Acheron
-Sentenza (although he don't use that much...) ))
Day after day, Clotho traveled through the empty and vicious land- hoping to find one true heart which harbors no evil, but love. She met many who had the potential of those hearts but none had reached it's criteria, she knew that this land is evil. She knew it.
Then one day, the goddess of life came upon a deserted soul who was left to die in the desert, feeling sympathetic, Clotho saved the man and brought him somewhere to safety. The man explained that he was on a hunt with his companions but a large creature came and killed them all except for the man, he survived but he knew he would die...
"Tell them that the Moraie sister will always look for you, that your souls will never be alone, that there is still kindness inside of evil."
With that, Clotho kissed the man's forehead and disappeared, few days later the man came back with the thrilling story, no one believed it at first but after times they all considered it as a myth. Clotho would usually appear in front of mortals who is in need of aid, the story then quickly spread. Since then they named themselves Morai to remember that the Goddess still exists until today.

Theo awoke to find himself on a soft white bed, and a little steam heart flew in his face.
"......."
Theo just stared at Gwen, his face showing no expression and only emptiness. He tried to speak but he didn't know what to say to Gwen, he knew that Gwen had saved him again... but she wasn't able to save one important thing : his emotions.
"Gwen..." Theo spoke in a robotic voice, "Why are you here? why not let me die? it is easier that way, and you would not be in trouble if you just died..."
Gwen didn't replied at all, she just stared at Theo blankly as if he, was nothing but a science experiment gone wrong. She then walked away and pointed at a note she left right beside Theo's bed.
"You're still needed..." Theo muttered as he looked at the note, what does this mean to him? What does Gwen need from him again?
Suddenly he felt tired, Theo tried his best to stay awake but the moment he let his guard down he fell into a deep sleep.
You're... Still... Alive....?! You're... Still... ALIVE?!
____________
It was a quick trip from the arcade to the Gloaming Wildwoods, no monster or any other hostile creatures dared to cross Cleo's path as they silently observed in fear of the axe she carried. Of course, Cleo didn't even cared for them at all.
The girl then stopped as she reached the Lair of the mighty beast, now the creature has left his den and stayed somewhere where he can watch over everything. Cleo looked around the den, it was empty but the nature had flourished and now it turned into a wild jungle.
"Thanatos...?" Cleo whispered, waiting for someone to finally come.
Hahah... I... Am... Glad... You came alone...
From Cleo's shadow, a figure of a knight appeared behind her. Cleo turned around to see who it is, a tall and rugged knight wearing the armor of the fallen stood there grinning at Cleo. It was Thanatos.
"....You're different..." Cleo mumbled with a cold look on her vacant face.
"Of course..." Thanatos chuckled as he gently stroked Cleo's cheeks. "you are far... more beautiful and filled with potential... Than Gwenyvier..."
"I could see it... You're... Not a mortal..." Cleo huffed as she pushed Thanatos away from her.
"Of course... And I know that you're not a ordinary mortal too..." Thanatos grinned and grabbed Cleo's waist and pulled her in, "Tell you what... Perhaps you could help me... Destroy this planet... Together..."
"Sorry... But I'll pass..." Cleo giggled and swung her battle axe, Thanatos however was quick enough to dodge the surprise attack. "I... Want to have your power... So... I can make everyone.... Dream... True... By spreading the fog of lies..."
Thanatos chuckled and opened the compendium, he turned to the page of names assorted by alphabetical order, he then stopped at the page with the large letter C imprinted on the corner of the page.
"Cleo Reithbow... It seems that... Huh?!... No... Impossible..." Thanatos choked, he looked at Cleo with fear for the first time.
"What's... Wrong?" Cleo tilted her head.
"It can't be... you.... You....you're... CLOTHO!"
(Seatus)
I appear in Sanctuary, after letting everyone out of the Core and Sealing it back up. Alice is free now, flying somewhere amongst the other Gods. I walk up to the Structure, and summon Anubis next to me.
"Anubis, you're a faithful servant. I couldn't ask for a better one. You may return home." I say, gesturing to the water.
"Thank you, Master Seatus," he says, and bows his head slightly before stepping in front of the water. A burst of green erupts from all around him, a beautiful light. I am thrown backwards to the ground, and am shocked to see Anubis commanding the waters back to thirty years ago.
"Anubis?" I choke out.
He turns and looks at me with a grin, "Good luck, Master," and with a flip he falls back down into the past....
I step up to the waters and look in. "Show me our newest point of interest," I speak, and I
instantly see a group of-what the?! Alpha Squad?! But I saw them in the Core, w-w-with Alice! They must not remember much. Hmph. And...what's this? A Valkyrie! What an interesting group. I bet they are a chance in the War that will happen. Unless the Gods intervene, this War will happen...
"I might as well give them a sign they are on the right path. Perhaps, since the Gods are together again, I should teach them about the new divine magic." I flap my wings, irritated, "And soon I will find where this information comes from..."
((Gods are fond of those who worship them. Different God paths will reward different special qualities. For example, if I follow the path of the Jabberwock, I can easily breath fire, fly with larger and more accurate Snarbolock wings, and have a terrible bite and claws that catch. Understood? It wasn't possible before, but now that all the Gods are in the Realm of the Exalted, they can now use their divine powers once more. I don't know the number of Gods, but I am sure there are enough to make everyone happy if they decide to choose a God....yay plot devices x] )) ((EDIT: Hurts my deelings that I come here there is a cluster of things, but as soon as I post, all inspiration stops.
I MUST BE A KILLJOY O_O))
"Gwen," Theo spoke in a robotic voice, "Why are you here? Why not let me die? It is easier that way, and you would not be in trouble if you just died."
If that's how it's going to be, I won't condescend to speak to you.
Gwen did not reply. She just stared at him blankly, biting the tip of her pipe. If he didn't have emotions before, he did now - it was the queerest feeling, having the Queen of the Valkyries just staring at him as if he were a science experiment. Maybe he was.
She pointed to a note on his table and walked away. It read, "You're still needed."
He had let her walk away from him...again.
((I can't speak for the others, but I'm not sure how to respond to statements of lore, or statements made by an isolated character. Seatus isn't exactly making conversation with, say, Gwen for example.))
Gwen paced the study, deep in thought. What happened that made Theo so...unemotional? Not that I put much stock in them, but this is ridiculous. Did the Swarm purge it out of him? No, he still showed sadness after the purge. Was it the loss of Swarm Marmalade? Maybe. That's plausible. Desire to die stems from despair; what was he despairing of? Peace? Marmalade? Me? Should I ask him? He can't exactly leave unless I let him.
Is my own Tear just not a good enough replacement for his Almirian Tear? What did I do wrong?
Trivoc
Trivoc was still on his guard after Acrhemiday had been restrained. Thankfully, Ikaros remained asleep through the whole thing. [She needs her rest, I guess].
He watched with curiosity as Grantz took a Light Shard, crushed it, put the remains in a mug of water, and then poured the concoction down the bard's mouth. A shapeless, black blob formed from the tiny Swarm pieces that seeped out of Archemiday's system, which was quickly smashed by Grantz with his large foot.
"His wounds need to be covered to keep The Swarm from re-entering." He said as Parma passed him a bandage. "He'll be up in a moment or two. Good thing; I need him to teach me how to play the lute." Grantz said merrily. [Old school first aid... but it works, I guess. Hmm... Why does Grantz remind me so much of Arkus? Wait! Speaking of Arkus... Have he and Chappers reached The Sanctuary yet? I forgot all about them!] Trivoc remembered. He thought about telling everyone, but decided to wait for a bit, seeing as Archemiday might still be recovering, and Ikaros was still sleeping.
Dagoon apologized to Archemiday, and then offered everyone some Mountain Jelly. Trivoc had a feeling that he knew what was going to happen next.
Ikaros suddenly awakened and looked in all directions, until she spotted the ones owned by Dagoon. [Called it] Trivoc thought. "May I have one, pleaaaaase?" She said, making a Wolver pup face (the one with the big, shiny eyes) whenever it begged for a treat. Trivoc thought about how long he'd be able to last if Ikaros ever asked for something from him with that face.
Dagoon laughed, and put the can near Ikaros. Before she could drink it, however she started showing signs of pain. She held her hands against her head as her face cringed. Dagoon and Archemiday were talking, but Trivoc payed no heed to it.
"Are you ok?" He asked. Ikaros didn't seem to notice him, her eyes were closed and she was still in pain. Trivoc put his hands on her shoulders and spoke. "Ikaros, listen to me. Open your eyes. Look, I'm right here. Tell me what's wrong." He said gently. Even though he was very worried about what was happening to her.
Archemiday (who had now recovered) had noticed what was going on and approached them. "Ikaros? ikaros?! Is something wrong?!" He shouted. Trivoc glared at Archemiday. "Be quiet. She's under a lot of stress as it is." He said quietly, but with a hint of anger. The last thing Ikaros needed was someone yelling questions in her ear.
Trivoc turned back to her. "Relax, focus, and tell me what's wrong." He said, trying his best to bring her back to normal. However, he was no medical expert (nor Psychological expert for that matter) and part of him feared that he was doing more harm than good. He hoped, that it was not the case.
After few minutes, Theo sat up again still with the same reaction stitched to his unblinking face. He just stared at the wall for hours and hours without moving a single muscle... He didn't even look like he was living or breathing at all.
I have your soul Theo... If you want it... Hunt down Cleo... That... Bastard... I want her dead...
"...Why cling to hope when death is all-"
yeah yeah yeah, I got the whole death thing, maybe... If you help me... I can return you feelings... Your... Soul...
"...you have not foreseen this have you... Seeing me alive once again..."
All because of that... Gwen... Fine... Do you accept my offer...?
"...Why should I...? I just want... Nothing... It is far more satisfying than futile resistance..."
Tsk... I'll have to wait till Gwen does something about your crap...
((Its funny how Theo now ignores Gwen where he used to be the one mostly ignored.... Dem turtles...))
((While I'm waiting for someone to post, here's a little something to pass the time. A song that could be used to describe the relationship of Theo and Gwen , about how they drift away from each other, but come back because they can never truly let go ;). Give it a listen, it's from my favorite band.
((That is very great! I wondered why I never knew this song....
Anyhow, I actually think their relationship would fit more into this: yeah..l this song would go more into Theo's side... but funny how the God of Death is in love with a Valkyrie Queen... Love is sure blind...
Hmm... Let me try to get this straight about the history of Gwen and Theo:
-They first met in the sanctuary, where Gwen gave him the Maiden Tear.
-Thanatos was... In pain because of her at that time, because his strength hadn't returned fully for being sealed by Theo for years.
-Gwen had first contact with Nyx, where she told her that they will never be 'together' nor 'accepted' for it may be taboo.
-Theo made a promise to protect her, and I vaguely remembered what happened next...
-Theo was disappointed when he found out that Gwen changed, so he ran away trying to hid from the depression.
-Then, Theo remembered his promise and went to the Sanctuary to help Gwen.
-Gwen rested forever in the Core... And Theo snapped and did the cleansing by himself...
-After that, they met again... And Gwen disappeared for 30 years... And bam, the rest is in this story.
Durp, I never knew that Theo would lived this long... ))
Axis awoke to frantic screaming and a wail of pain. "Great what happened now?" He stood up and saw that Ikaros was clutching her head in pain. He'd seen this before, except it happened with the swarm and people who experienced this turned immediately to the swarm, but with her it just seemed she was having mental trauma. He made an educated guess. "I think someone's contacting her." muttered Axis. Of course it was Trivoc who answered first "By the swarm, is she going to be alright?" he said in a strained voice. "No, it's not even trying to control her, I think it's someone else with telepathic abilities." "But there's only one way to make sure." Axis said. "But how?" the Alpha Squad in particular was looking at him questioningly. "I'll need to try and gain access to her brain." Axis muttered. "But of course I'll need all of your approval to go through with it." "Well what's it going to be?"
((It seems like Gwen and Theo can never be together in peace. Either Gwen is looking for Theo, Theo is looking for Gwen, Gwen is corrupted, or Theo is emotionless. Nothing can go right for these two.))
Gwen came back to Theo's side. "It is inappropriate for the Arbiter of Death to die. You are needed here to bring peace to the restless souls in this world." She wanted to add, And because I need you, but he wouldn't care. "Your former inhabitant, Thanatos, appears to be under the influence of more than just Whitespace, since the purge would not have corrupted him. You know him better than anyone else, and if all else fails, you may be able to re-absorb him again and return him to his original state."
"Love is doing right by others, and seeks their best interests. I don't need your passion or emotional attachment, Theo; I need your love, just like you promised me. I know it's harder without emotion, but it can be done."
She then slapped him hard across the cheek. She was strong, and it hurt more than one might expect. "Don't you dare try to take the easy way out by dying on me! It's selfish, and serves no one but yourself. Now get up and haul your lazy tail to the Citadel. Don't make me teleport you there. I'll be coming with you."
She donned her White Rose set, changed her personal color to red, and assumed the identity of "Valentine." She needed to go undercover if she was to proceed unhindered. She twirled and sheathed her four alchemers before heading out with Theo.
((hahah, Nyx also said it and didn't approved the relationship!
Oh and a simple note to everyone who encounters Thanatos: other than his extreme strength, once defeated he shall create a contract with you whether you like it or not- and if you die, you ended up like Theo's siblings....
Anyhow...
Hai))
"It is inappropriate for the Arbiter of Death to die. You are needed here to bring peace to the restless souls in this world." Gwen spoke to Theo as she sat next to him. Theo just stared at her silently, but with a slight change of tense on his vacant face.
Gwen then continued,"Your former inhabitant, Thanatos, appears to be under the influence of more than just Whitespace, since the purge would not have corrupted him. You know him better than anyone else, and if all else fails, you may be able to re-absorb him again and return him to his original state." she paused again, and looked deeply into Theo's eyes, slowly beginning to return it's lost colors.
"...I cannot make promises... I know that it will be impossible... For me to stop him..." Theo muttered, his before robotic voice had ceased and regained it's original voice. "...Why do you need me... I have no more reasons to be with you.... I-"
Gwen then grabbed Theo's shoulder and focused at him, "Love is doing right by others, and seeks their best interests. I don't need your passion or emotional attachment, Theo; I need your love, just like you promised me. I know it's harder without emotion, but it can be done."
Theo looked down, he could slowly feel his emotions returning- but none of them are happy nor good emotions, just anger, sadness and remorse that had returned to him.
"You're far more capable without me.... I don't have reasons to live... I'm better off dead than feeling more pain physically and mentally from anything... Especially yo-"
Gwen then slapped across Theo's cheek, it somehow didn't surprise Theo of how strong Gwen might be. "Don't you dare try to take the easy way out by dying on me! It's selfish, and serves no one but yourself. Now get up and haul your lazy tail to the Citadel. Don't make me teleport you there. I'll be coming with you."
Theo sighed and touched his cheeks gingerly, it didn't hurt much but it surprised him as hell. He then got out of his bed and grabbed his gears, he knew that none of his gears is suitable for combat anymore after the incident at the Core yesterday. Theo then equipped his special armor he had kept for years: his Armor of the Fallen set. After that, Theo checked his weapons, his Gran Faust had been literally snapped in half and the only weapon (which he only preferred) was the Acheron.
As they were both heading out, Theo realized something, a question he wanted to ask her for a long time.
"Gwen... You don't happen to know... Anything about Cleo Reithbow... Do you?"
((Theo's siblings always had their own special weapon, other than that they all own the same thing. Like Eri for an example, she is the only one who owns a Voltedge and etc.))
((Night, imma sleep now...))
Theo asked, "Gwen... You don't happen to know... Anything about Cleo Reithbow... Do you?" Gwen bit her pipe. The name sounded familiar. Clotho, perhaps? If she remembered correctly, Cleo was Clotho's alias. Clotho was a renowned healer, and a legend among the Valkyries. "She is a young Morai warrior under the command of Commissar Gor'Kazam. She wears very little armor and is armed with a whip-like weapon." She then turned to Theo. "Do you know anything about her?"
Back with Trivoc's group...
Parma looked on with concern as Ikaros held her head in pain. Something was off about the whole business. Not wanting to think about it, she wandered over to Dagoon to make some conversation. "You think Ikaros will be okay? I wonder what's bothering her."
((@Infernus: Well, the band is pretty unknown. I was surprised myself when I discovered them, wondering why they weren't famous. "Nothing" however, does seem to better express Theo's feelings about the relationship though :) ))
Trivoc
"I think someone's contacting her." Axis told him. Trivoc turned to the Morai Enforcer. "By The Swarm, is she going to be alright?" He asked Axis in a worried tone. "No, it's not even trying to control her, I think it's someone else with telepathic abilities. But there's only one way to make sure." The Morai said.
"How?" Euclid asked. His squad had seen a lot of things, but telepathic contact from something (other than The Swarm) was news to them. He was also still, somewhat wary about the Swarm-infected Morai, being two enemies of The Isorans at the same time.
"I'll need to try and gain access to her brain." Axis muttered. "But of course I'll need all of your approval to go through with it. Well what's it going to be?"
Alpha Squad turned to Trivoc, it was his decision. The Knight in the Miracle Hood looked alternatively at Axis, who was waiting for a response. And Ikaros, who was still in pain. He had reasons to doubt the Morai's words, but he had promised Axis that he would treated as a friend, and Trivoc would be damned before he broke a promise that he made. [Still... This is Ikaros we're talking about]
He sighed and then looked to Axis. "Do what you have to do." [But if I notice any funny business, I'm cutting you down.] He thought, but did not add; doubting Axis openly would break his promise as well. He lowered his hands down to Ikaros' and waited for The Morai to start.
( I think axis should be de - corrupted now that the swarm's gone, not that he was working for them anymore. Remember? The sw//=a.,rm was released.)
(( *Passes hamburger from bag to Archemiday* (Just imagine everyone when using OOC text is at a table) So, I think it's safe to say that Dagoon's currently attempting to patch Thrynn up while everyone else is trying to see what's wrong with Ikaros. ))
(You know, This character Nearly mirrors Gwen. { http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vt9vl8iAN5Q } Anyone else agree?)
Yes, I posted the same song twice. no need to heed this. (Well. . . The same person who is making this made Red vs Blue.)
((I was totally blown away by how similar that was to how I imagined Gwen. Her fighting style, demeanor, and even her facial structure is about right. I wish I could write the way that was animated. Good find, Liminori! :D
One more thing I found, though: if she were to be represented in real life, she would look almost exactly like this. That's her "cheeky face."))
(Funnily enough, that video was made before this forum was made, so I've known about it and the first one for a while. So. . . Some other people MIGHT think you were copying RoosterTeeth, while it was just one of those "I just made this! This also looks nearly the same! It's nowhere near it!" Lol.)
@future Gzilla: I still have yet to watch all of season one!
Takiza
I frowned as i felt an immense divine energy surge throughout the usually unpure passages of the Unknown.... Well, passage. I concentrated and felt for where the energy came from and nearly knocked tripped on Argon's foot as i paced back and forth. The aura i had seen there... That purple aura could only signal the return of the Uranus Queen; the strongest of all Valkyries. And with her return, it could only mean that the Dark One would not be far behind. (( new villain! Hint hint!))
The last Uranus Queen, a Valkyrie by the name of Astraea ((Ikaros' mom)), was one of the key warriors of the Council. Without her, the Council would have lost the Third Fallen War and been plunged into endless darkness, along with all other Valkyries. After hundreds of years in battle, the Council agreed to let Astraea have freedom for a brief time. It was rumored that she fell in love with an Isoran and conceived a child, but i didn't pay attention to the gossip. All that mattered was that she eventually returned to the Council, and scrificed herself to seal away the Dark One- the very first Fallen - inside of the sword Typhon ((Kirito's sword)). I frowned as I recalled the relationship between Uranus Queen and the Dark one; they are like yin and yang, always coming around to each other, always linked to one another. I scowled and remembered how easily the King of the Fallen had tossed the combined force of the Council aside like we were rag dolls. Only the strength of a Uranus Queen could defeat him. And if he was going to come back- even after all these years... Well, we would need a new Uranus Queen more sorely than ever before.
I reached out with my mind and compelled the young Valkyrie to the Sanctuary, urging her to come to me.
Perhaps i had used a bit too much force in my telepathy, because as soon as my booming voice got through to her, i felt the poor girl faint.
Sighing, i turned to the rest of the Council and pronounced solemnly, "The Uranus Queen has returned."

Ikaros
I could faintly hear Trivoc and the others' voices calling out to me, inquiring why i felt so much pain. I tried to reply, but my voice was gone. Nobody could do anything but watch as i grabbed my head in my hands and made an expression of agony on my face. I felt Trivoc's hand reassuringly intertwine with mine and smiled weakly at him as Axis walked over to me, his face somber.
I heard Trivoc whisper, "Do what you have to do" before passing out.
Axis reached for Ikaros. He made her look at him. In seconds he was in. He soon found he was immediately hit with a wall of pain. Some...thing didn't want him in. The unknown force continued to grapple with him, he refused to back down, everyone here was counting on him. That was until he heard Ikaros' voice "Stay out." it was a blunt comment, and like that he was pushed out. He scrambled back and he approached the others again. "She doesn't want to be disturbed." Axis said casually he then walked over to a corner and sat down that mental battle had taken a lot out of him.
"She is a young Morai warrior under the command of Commissar Gor'Kazam. She wears very little armor and is armed with a whip-like weapon." Gwen answered Theo with a tensed look on her face.
She then turned to Theo. "Do you know anything about her?"
"I saved her at the Clockworks... and... I noticed that she could see Thanatos...." Theo scratched his chin, "She didn't say anything at all.... We both then parted ways as.... I tried to look for you..."
Theo took a deep breath and brandished his Acheron, "Gwen.... can I have a simple request...? To... fight you for once.... let's make an ante, if I win you shall tell me everything I want to know... and if I lose... I'll tell you everything I know... deal?"
((Now I can't stop watching that video -__-...
Anyhow, Thin, Theo is making a request to fight Gwen... ))
__________
"Impossible...." Thanatos groaned as he covered the deep wounds on his stomach, "I....need more power..."
"...What have you done to Theo?" Cleo chuckled as she slowly swung her axe, letting on the edge of the blade touch Thanatos' cheek. "Tell me before I proceed to mutilate your head."
"He's.... hahah.... he is going to the Firestorm Citadel..." Thanatos grinned and pushed the axe away from his face. "He is... now... evil... and he is out there searching for you... to kill you... along with Gwenyvier... they both wanted you dead..."
"Do they... Well then, that means I shall go and kill them first!" Cleo frowned and rushed towards the elevator and waved her hand at Thanatos. "Buh-bye!"
The elevator then descended deeper into the Clockworks, Thanatos who was still in the Gloaming Wildwoods limped his body and headed towards Haven.
"...Gullible [wheel]... I will kill you... and I will take the Genesis Force within you... so I can summon mother to grant me more strength..."
((Muahahaha. . . How I love how easy it is for such a thing to slowly crawl into one's mind. [wait. . . Maybe I could make that Magic wheel/Rapier for Gwen. Ah crap, now it's stuck in my head.] D*^& thee RoosterTeeth!))
Dagoon sat in the corner with Thrynn whilst everyone else was fussing about Ikaros. She decided to make a rest for Ikaros before continuing to think of how to help Thrynn.

Gwen bowed her head and nodded. "I agree to your terms." She drew her flourish, twirled it, and held it horizontally above her head, assuming an offensive stance. Her heart was already beating rapidly, and the fight hadn't even started yet. She quenched her fear and said, "I'm ready."
((I was reading up on how to make better fight scenes, and it occurred to me that maybe we should learn how to do it before proceeding. Inspired by the video, I want to make this as intense as possible.
I want to try a blow-by-blow system, where each of us describes our character's attacks and responses to attacks. These will be edited into our starting posts. When the fight is over, we should then polish it up to make it more readable. Want to try it?))
(Seatus)
I sense more presences awakening in the Clockworks. A strong Valkyrie, a match for Gwen...and a Goddess. Hmph. Well at least it isn't a Goddess of the Gathered Ones. That would mean the divine magic wouldn't be...
"Hello, Son."
I spin around to the new voice, and see my Father. "We don't have time to speak, Seatus, so listen. I am extremely proud of your choice to maintain your honor when opening up the Core for the Swarm. Also, you remember those years ago when I taught you how to use the waters?" he asks, opening up a memory I had blocked from trauma. "It's time," he continues, "for this is not just a War. This is the Battle of the Valkyrie. Much will be destroyed. Withdraw the Ancient Broadsword from the Temple of the Luminites. You know the rest." he disappears in a black vapor.
I understand completely, and it's that that scares me. I remember the incident well. I walk towards the edge of the waters of the Structure, and look at my reflection. "Activate," I choke out. My reflection floats out of the water, and tears roll down my eyes in terror. It's a reflection of me dead, parts of me missing, others hanging by a thread. The disturbing thing: no blood. No color to hide the grotesque image. "Sector?" it asks, tilting its head. "Sector Two," I sob out, as the image disappears into the water. The water moves away to reveal a stairway and a passage. I walk down, and the water behind me closes and the stairs disappear behind me as I walk, returning to the dimension they are summoned from. Darkness envelopes me...
Your last breath,
The King of Death
Shall someday overtake it.
Love's pure light,
To Nyx's delight,
Shall never consummate it.
(( Now I'm going to end up watching that video 50 times over. EEBEEGEEBEEMEE )
Dagoon decided the best thing to do was to Take out the energy core and plug it back in. After all, It would cause Thrynn to stop all "Programs" even as such a sentient being/mix of a animal/robot. "I'm sorry Thrynn, but it's best if you blackout for a bit." she said as she looked for the emergency bolt.
There it was. the energy core. Dagoon could barely take it to pull it out, but it would allow for Thrynn to get better soon.

The scientist was just about to replace his skull with stronger, harder metal, when suddenly everything. . . darkened. . . darkened. . . He could see. . something, but he had little to no energy and so, could not reach it. Well. . . It's. . over. for now. . .
Edit: Every-time I watch IT, I always seem to note the exact SAME THING, EVERY time. Tears of moonlight anybody? Hmm. . . the more I think about it. . Thrynn is going to make the Rapier. Almost guaranteed. (@Thin: Considering that it's going to happen. . . It may as well be a plot device.)
((@Liminori: your OOC comments completely went over my head. Can you clarify it?))
((@everyone: the prophecy involves three actors. Can you guess who they are?))
((Okay sure! Mind if You start the first blow...?))
"I agree to your terms." Gwen spoke as she drew her Flourish, she twirled it and held it horizontally above her head, assuming an offensive stance.
Theo knew that both of them are both anxious about this, Theo knew that he couldn't back down this time- and he might also be able to show Gwen what he had been through over the last 30 years. He discarded his fear and both of them spoke at the same time.
"I'm ready."
Theo closed his eyes and focused himself, with both of his hand wielding the Acheron he was able to use it much more affectively. The Acheron, by Theo's surprise, had extended into a longer blade, it was like the bastard sword only that this one is leaner and lighter.
"Come, show me Valkyrie Queen... Show me your strength!" Theo growled and went into a defensive stance with his Acheron as his shield.
((For readability, I will post here.))
The battle begins!
Gwen opened with a twirl and a downward diagonal slash. Theo blocked it and staggered. She spun again and slashed at Theo's neck, drawing blood. He raised his sword and brought it down hard. Gwen blocked it, but collapsed to the ground under the force of his swing and almost lost her grip. She backflipped onto her feet and stepped back a few paces, twirling her sword in her hand and keeping her shield handy. Theo taunted her, "Where did you learn those moves from, the Gremlin Circus? C'mon, show me what you can really do Gwen." Fireballs and telekinetics included? Nah. She charged and jabbed at him. He growled and sidestepped. Perfect. He was about to taunt her until she interrupted him with a swift kick in the chest.
((AWWWWE it sucks because I know >_<
Also, if we are finding songs and people that match them here is one for Anubis http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aSL7JPf3TZI
And Seatus....hard to decide (>^-^)> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0s-lFrw1_FM there. Not exactly what Seatus looks like, but a good idea....))
((Here's an amv which would explain something about him... And yes, Thanatos is the creature on 3:18))
Without wasting time, Theo blocked the strike from Gwen's flourish but the recoil had left him defenseless. Using the advantage, Gwen spun and slashed Theo's neck, leaving a long cut with blood quickly flowing from it.
Theo raised his blade and swung it towards Gwen. She was able to block it but the brute force of the blade made her collapse to the ground, before Theo was able to strike once more Gwen backflipped onto her feet and managed to kick Theo's face in the process. She backed away few steps and twirled her blade in her hand and keeping her shield handy.
Theo then returned his blade to it's original form, he knew he couldn't fight using such force he couldn't even control. He looked at Gwen and smiled, "Where did you learn those moves from? The Gremlin Circus?" Theo taunted her while still keeping his guard up. Theo then smirked, "Come on, show me what you can really do Gwen..."
Gwen, looking annoyed quickly charged towards Theo and jabbed him with her Flourish. "Tsk... That's it?" Theo growled as he sidestepped from Gwen, "I know you're holding back your strength against me... Kill me if you must, I am far more tougher than what you think..."
Theo twirled his Acheron and pointed the end of the shadow blade at Gwen. "Like I say... No holding back!"
I arrive from the staircase in a gigantic domed room. Pieces of jungles edge their way to a tall Temple, decorated with statues of the Luminites. Long extinct, the Luminites created the candles in the Candlestick Keeps to fight against the oncoming force of the Kats during the annihilation of the Owlites. The Luminites were beings of purity, and often tested on weapons to make them purified, or magic. But one day, they just disappeared, and the Core hid away their Temple in a closed off space. Only the Children of the Clockwork Gods could enter, and that was through Sanctuary's waters.
I walk up the tall, steep steps. Once I get to the top, another stairway greats me, and leads me down into the temple. I pass by the noble Luminite rooms, then the servants' quarters, and finally the slave quarters. I reach the bottom, and there, floating above the floor in the center of the room, lies the Ancient Sword. It looks Sudaruska-like, but the glow emmanating from it is colored green. Moss covers some of the metal-debris that makes up the sword. I reach over, and withdraw it from it's place. I spin it in my hands a small degree, and, satisfied, proceed my way out.
I hear a roar. Something...Ancient...has smelled my presence. I run out of the Temple, and hop down the stairs, skipping seven steps at a time. I land running, and get to the stairs before I feel the ground tremble. I turn back to see....
It's indescribable. It is built like my Father, but with curving-back horns, a boney spine, wicked claws, and a mouthful of rows of needles. Two eyes lie on each side of it's face, each eye blue. It bellows again, and I seal up the passage, running out of Sanctuary's waters. I throw the blade on the ground. I need to calm down. I go to the waters, and dip down in them.
I sigh. Next is worst...
((Nice to see fellow Rooster Teeth fans :D))
Trivoc
Trivoc held onto Ikaros' hands as Axis began the process. The Morai stared into Ikaros' eyes. His face changed occasionally; at some points he was just blankly staring, and at other times he seemed to be struggling. Eventually, he released his grip on Ikaros' head and spoke. "She doesn't want to be disturbed." Axis said as he walked away.
Trivoc turned back to Ikaros, who had already passed out at this point, leaning against him. Trivoc decided to let her rest, as it seemed that she was indeed doing something telepathically. "Does anyone have a spare blanket, or piece of cloth?" Trivoc asked. Grantz had procured a large fabric, and passed it Trivoc. The Knight carefully put it on the ground next to him, and then put Ikaros on it, before wrapping it around her so that she wouldn't get cold.
[I hope she's not having a late nightmare...] He thought grimly. He then turned to Axis who was also resting in a corner. Trivoc thought that it was only polite to thank him for the effort that he had put on their request. He went up to the Morai and sat next to him.
"Thanks for what you did a while ago. I'm sure it wasn't easy on you." Trivoc told the Enforcer, hoping that the latter would take it kindly instead of offensively.
Thrynn looked over to the side and could see an older version of gwen standing by a Grave, throughout the many upon the land.
"If I had the sword of saved fates. . . Maybe then I could have saved you, and all of these people wouldn't have had to die. . I//r<\."
The text on the grave was faded, so he couldn't figure out who she was talking about.
If I need to edit this, then let me know.
Edit: Testing the clock on this forum. Mirror. . . tell me- God dang it! I'm even starting to sing the songs! (D)&$ thee with obsessions.)
Guessing. . . Thanatos for sure, Ikaros, and. . . NO IDEA! Now, I shall be off to school, so. . . Yeah. I leave the rest of Thrynn up to Azure. Dagoon. . . If someone else comes by they may use her, as long as they understand how she thinks.
I walked over to my pack, and found a can of mountain jelly. I waved it infront of her face, but it didn't work. "Hey Triovc, remember how you got out of your nightmare? I think its time you returned the favor.". I said, nodding mty head towards Ikaros.
Kirito
Nobody had noticed asi slipped away from the chaos that was occuring in Haven. As much as i hate to admit, even i didn't have the strength to confront that beast. Yet.
Smirking, i recalled a rumor i had heard in my days as a Councilman. I remembered the Dark One, a Fallen Valkyrie by the name of Diablo, a single Valkyrie who had nearly overthrown the Council on multiple occasions. I had felt the horrifying tip of his sword and watched as my old friend the Uranus Queen sacrificed herself to seal him away.
As much as i hated him, i needed the bastard's help.
Descending into the depths of the Clockworks, i slipped past the Council members and entered the Core. In the middle of the thing, a glowing obsidian stone floated, emanating pure death and madness in quantities that would drive one insane. I approached the rock and took the handle of the sword that was embedded into it. I heard the voice of Diablo whispering to me, "Are you sure you want to release me, King Valkyrie?" Growling, i shouted, "YOU OBEY ME NOW, YOU WRETCHED IMP! BE SILENT OR I WILL FINISH THE JOB ASTRAEA STARTED!"
As i pulled the blade out, the essence Dark Valkyrie hissed in displeasure. He eventually calmed down and conceded defeat, "Then what is your wish, my king?" I grinned at the Fallen, "Simple. I want ALL your power." and absorbed the Valkyrie's strength into my body. Never before had i done something so foolish.
I felt a rush of pain course through my body before slipping into unconsciousness.
(( new villain! Yay! ))
((I'll pretend that Archemiday talked to Trivoc, after Axis responds))
She knelt before him and begged him to spare her life, but the King of Death did not listen to her, nor did Theo intervene. The King looked down upon her, gleeful that he had brought the Queen to her knees. He raised up his hand, and forcibly extracted her powers and life energy. Losing her mind and memories with every passing second, she reached out to Theo, desiring to touch him before she departed. He began to have a change of heart, but before he could take her hand, she collapsed, her power now residing in the King. Gwenyvier, Queen of the Valkyries, was no more. Nyx had finally gotten her way.
Theo awoke from his vision to find himself lying on the ground, his chest hurting from Gwen's well-placed kick. She stood a few paces in front of him, wondering when he'd get back up. "C'mon, sleepyhead. I don't have all day to kick your tail," she said with a wink.
((Thrynn appears to be the only person who's still in swarm control within sleep.))
Dagoon leaped up and quickly disabled Archemiday's arms and rested her leg on his back to restrain him. "So, I'll guess this has something to do with the swarm? Or the jelly that attacked your leg?"
Edit: Oops. I didn't know that you'd posted already, but we can add this to the craziness.
(( Do I need to edit this out?))
