WAIT. don't they think that jari's in the cage, so in perspective shouldn't she think it's a random person?
Return to Cradle (Roleplay. Apps accepted!)
(( there, i edited it to make sense. There ya go, Gzilla. ))
((The cage wouldn't be empty, as Jari still has his decoy inside of it. Jari hasn't been spotted by any of the knights (except Gwen), and Trivoc doesn't know who it is. Jari's just sneaking around somewhere probably far away by now.))
((So wait, was it Jari who was caught, or was it the decoy who was trying to make a run for it? I think it'd make more sense if it was the decoy, but how the heck did he get out in the first place? XD))
Faction: Spiral
Name: Archemiday
Gender: Male
Appearance: Personal color blue, medium height
Arsenal: Lute, Dusker coat and cap
Costume: NONE
Bio: Originally a knight in training, Archemiday had a knack for music. He was an orphan with only one friend in the order of the knights, who was kidnapped. After this, he felt alone and gave up the way of the sword to express his emotions using the thing he was best at, music. Knights who have fought next to him have said to become temporarily stronger due to boosts in morale.
((I suppose she got sidetracked and nobody noticed that Cleo went away))
Cleo tried to scream for help, but nobody had came to her aid. She tried to move her arm once more in an effort to defend herself from the pink monster, the cat got her left arm in the process and ripped a small part of it. Blood slowly flowed from her wounds and Cleo could feel herself losing the grip of her consciousnes.
"H...help..." Cleo whispered weakly and fell to the ground.
"Get away from her!" a voice roared, Cleo opened her eyes in shock to see someone standing right in front of her.
"Creatures like you never deserved to exist!" the knight growled as he pulled out a sword which glowed an unusual purple aura.
The knight roared and dashed towards the cat and sliced it in half with ease, Cleo was surprised to see how the knight easily dispatched the creature. "Thank you..." Cleo mumbled, the knight walked towards her and checked for any injuries, which in fact Cleo had.
"Wait... These injuries..." the knight gasped as he gingerly touched the wounds of the girl, "No... I would not allow you to have the same fate as my brother!"
The knight then lifted Cleo with both of his arm and rushed towards the elevator, he looks at the girl's wound and it had already been infected.
"Who... Are you?" Cleo whispered hoarsely.
"Theo, my name is Theo..." the knight answered as he walked towards the elevator, he pressed the button and the elevator slowly ascended. "And yours?"
"Cleo... Cleo Reithbow...." Cleo answered, "You are... A knight aren't you?"
"Yes, and you're one too right?" Theo smiled, "Now hush, we will arrive soon to Haven."
"H-haven....?!" Cleo gasped, "You mean... Where all... The knights are...?"
"Of course, did you forgot about it?" Theo laughed, "Maybe you lost some of your memories about this place, I can help you go around with that."
"Yes... I... Forgot..." Cleo sighed and buried her head, she felt guilty for lying to Theo after he had saved her life. She looked up once again and asked him, "Theo... Why did you... Save me?"
"Isn't that something normal to do?" Theo smiled and looked up, "It was a coincidence that I met you, I was... About to do some... Uh..." he paused and took a deep breath, "I was.... Going to.... Run some errands at depth 23..."
"What are.. You going to do at Depth 23?" Cleo tilted her head in curiosity.
"I... I..." Theo stammered, tears slowly dripped from his eyes, "I... I was about to... I was... "
The elevator had arrived at it's designated arrival, the bright sunlight which showered the lively streets, Theo wiped his tears and smiled at Cleo.
"Welcome back to Haven fellow knight!"
((@Archimeday: I'm getting weary of seeing factionless characters. I stated in the rules that the characters are to be Spiral or Morai. I may still make an exception, but I'm getting tired of doing that.))
((@Infernus: one question, where was Gured?))
((Can I post again? I will tune down Anubis' power.))
EDIT: Lol I didn't see any factionless characters except for mine and yours XD
((@Thinslayer: I take it you want me to redo my app then? I have another idea in mind for a character. Also, would a lute not be usable by Isorians?))
He could already tell where the scientist was going, the swarm nest. "The nest of evil."he thought to himself. He shuddered to imagine what kind of horrors the idiot would run in to. But he didn't have time to think about it (thank cradle) as he was pulled up by the guardian knight, apparently from the conversation he had overheard his name was Arkus. "what do you want?" Axis sneered. "We want to know why you were sent." "It's obvious isn't it?" he nodded to the direction of the decoy. "We know the Morai want him back, but for what?" he shoved Axis against a wall, "GIVE ME AN ANSWER!" he shouted. The hit itself didn't knock him out, but the incoming signals. He saw the darkness, again but this time he could see others, ones that were infected. They were mad all of them, and for everyone that popped up, a few died at the same time. "What does this mean?" Axis thought to himself. But he couldn't worry too much over that, he had to escape first...but like all the other times he thought about it, how?
((@Seatus: go ahead! By the way, there was also Dagoon, who was initially factionless, and his pet sprite Thrynn, who was listed as factionless.))
((@Archimeday: if you have to, yes. I'd rather the character be either Spiral or Morai, and if that requires redoing the character, then I suppose you should do so.))
Once Theo and Cleo reached Haven, they heard and felt an explosion underground. The knights in Haven began to be visibly worried, and started pestering the wardens for answers. Cleo had a hunch it was Kazam, if she correctly remembered his plan. There were three other explosions in succession all around the town. Curiously, nothing appeared to be damaged.
From Kazam's point of view...
"This stuff is as hard as adamantite!!" Kazam declared. He rapped the hard metal floor (overhead) with his knuckles, and it made a brief clang. "Blasting through is going to be harder than expected." He slumped to the ground and put his head in his hands, unsure of what to do next. Larore sat next to him. "We could maybe focus our explosions next time." "How do you propose we do that?" "Well, if we weld together a scrap metal tube and put our bombs in it..." "...then we'd have a shaped charge," finished Kazam. "I like your thinking, soldier. Men! You heard the guy; get to work on it, pronto!" The two thousand soldiers immediately began to collect scrap metal and put it in a pile. When they had finished, Larore taught them how to weld, and soon they had created a (low quality) tube out of it. They inserted several bombs and tested it on a portion of Haven's floor.
It was a resounding success; they had blown open a hole. Unfortunately, it opened up into the Town Square, attracting the attention of all the knights and Wardens in the area. Kazam shouted, "Retreat! We've been discovered!" The men rushed out of the tunnel, planting bombs as they went. The few unlucky knights who followed were soon buried by the explosions and collapsing tunnel. The warriors had made it out safely. But now the knights would likely set up a defensive perimeter around Haven.
"We still have several tunnels available to use, but we must act quickly. Start making more of those tubes, set them up, and wait for my signal flare. We can use the initial fiasco as a distraction. Move it!" Quickly and quietly, they maneuvered to the other tunnels, dispatching any stray knights they found on the way. A flare shot up, and at that moment, four holes appeared in Haven, with thousands (2,000, to be exact) of Morai pouring out of them.
Haven was under attack!
The blackness stopped. It opened to a town square. He knew it immediately, Haven. 4 Identical holes opened at strategic places, one at the square, one in the arcade, one at the bazaar, and one at the garricks. He watched as haven was flooded with thousands of Morai. One of them was Kazam. "good he thought strike at the heart..." Axis muttered in his vision. "You know what to do...." a voice filled with poison and malice whispered.... Axis's eyes flashed open, and he laughed, a laugh malevolent enough to chill everyone in the Sanctuary to their bones. "You better run back to your little safe haven knights...." Axis said, in a dazed voice, yet it rang with a pure sense of malice. "Tch don't play games with me you fool." Arkus said confidently. He proceeded to knock Axis against the wall again, but this time a defying shock sizzled through the air, and in that second Arkus surged with red lines everywhere. He collapsed soon after. Axis muttered one final line "Why you ask? You stupid imbecile. Because your "safe" haven won't be so safe after my superiors get through with it." He cackled, and once again everyones blood turned cold, even his own troops. The shocked and horrified looks upon Gwen's, ikaros', and Trivoc's faces were as white as sheets....."that, that can't be true right?" stammered Trivoc.......Axis then crumpled to the ground. unconscious again.....
Ikaros' face was whiter than... Well, a white Kat. Yes, there are no such things as white kats, but that is the only way to describe the look of horror on her face. In her anger, Ikaros concentrated and shot a miniscule bow at Axis' foot, sending him into a state of unconsciousness. She spat at the ground near him and grumbled, "If you're wondering, that was a Sleep Arrow." Ikaros turned to Trivoc and Chappers. "You guys should probably stay here and take care of Arkus." She thought Chappers was about to say something, but she cut him off with a withering glare. She shot a quick glance at the Wolver pup and mouthed, "Stay, boy". The pup barked in protest, but Ikaros gave him puppy-dog-eyes that even an actual puppy couldn't resist. She looked at Gwen, then at the Valkyrie Queen's wings. "Think you can come with me? You're the only one who can reach the surface fast enough, and I'd like some help with those Morai." Without waiting for a reply, Ikaros' wings expanded to their full size, and she rocketed up into the sky.
((Flerp.))
@Thinslayer: Thrynn was isoran by default the moment you made the suggestion.
((I think I know the kind of thing that led to the outburst for Seatus, because I just feel detached to the story all in all, and I rarely interact with people, maybe even less than Seatus, So honestly, I'm. . . Not sure why I'm really here.))
Edit: @Kaiju: You might as well make the wolver pup a character app for how often it's been mentioned.
Edit Edit: Maybe Archemiday could take over as the wolver pup. . .
((This is another good reason to stick to the rules. This is a combat story, and non-combatant characters may find it hard to find their place. Dagoon, for instance, is not affiliated with anyone and is not hostile to anybody, making it difficult to find an excuse for him to battle anyone. He has been wordlessly tagging along with Kazam. Another problem is isolating one's character. Theo almost fell into this by being nowhere near other players' characters. Actively try to interact with other players.
That's my tip for the day.))
Without a word, Gwen slung on her Striker boost and rocketed to the top of the elevator tunnel. Hearing a tremendous commotion outside the Arcade, she stepped outside and boosted to the top of the clock tower for a better view.
She was horrified. Her dear knights struggled for their very survival. One knight after another fell in anguish, crying for help that never came. Guardians stood their ground, ignoring the pain and fighting to the last breath to protect the ones under their care. Many helpless recruits fled in fear, only to be cut down by their pursuers, while others valiantly stood in defiance and died in vain.
Darkness crept up from the Blue Sapphire gate and began to advance on the unsuspecting fighters. Everyone, Knight and Morai alike, was now in mortal peril. Ikaros was long gone, assisting the Knights in their desperate struggle against the Morai invaders.
Gwen tried to speak to Anubis, and hoped he could hear her. Anubis, if you can hear me, please help me! I cannot let the Swarm consume both Knight and Morai! Please!
Something within her died that day. Her characteristic glow transformed into darkness, and the Crown and Armor of the Fallen appeared upon her sacred form. Where a Final Flourish once stood, there was now a Furious Flameberge. Her eyes darkened and her skin blackened. She had become a creature of which there were only whispers and legends.
The Fallen Queen fell to her knees and screeched.
((@Gzilla: I'd rather you not put words into my character's mouth Gzilla. Still, it's not that much so I suppose it's alright. Just don't make the character's say anything that they probably wouldn't say.
Also, I might as well make an app for Chappers with how much he's been used XD, even if it was originally Thinslayer's idea.))
Trivoc
Trivoc was about as scared as he was in the Unknown Passage the moment he saw Arkus get taken over by red cracks all over his body.
"Why you ask? You stupid imbecile. Because your "safe" haven won't be so safe after my superiors get through with it." Axis said, before he had been shot by Ikaros with a sleep arrow. [Well, that's the second time she saved your skin while you just sat there, frozen... You're doing great, aren't you buddy?] He thought sarcastically to himself.
"You guys should probably stay here and take care of Arkus." She said. Trivoc saluted, while Chappers looked as if he was going to say something, but one look from Ikaros silenced the Cobalt Knight. She also turned to the puppy, whom she asked to stay as well. She then flew into the sky (or rather, Clockwork machinery), followed by Gwen, leaving Trivoc and Chappers in the company of a possibly, Swarm-infected Morai commander, an incapacitated Arkus, and a wounded Morai squad.
"Chappers, do you have any health capsules?" Trivoc asked the Cobalt Knight. "I... uh, don't think I- Wait! That girl with the pink wings gave me a capsule, said to use it if I started feeling funny." He answered. "Alright, go to Arkus and see if that capsule will do him any good." Trivoc told him. "Oh- Okay." Chappers answered, obviously still shocked by the situation.
Trivoc then turned to one of the Morai soldiers who seemed to be in good condition. He approached the warrior and pointed his Argent Peacemaker right into the Morai's left eye. "I don't have time for Snipe-droppings so tell me now. Where, in the name of Cradle, did you go that made your leader end up like that?!" Trivoc demanded.
"I- I-...!" The Morai stammered. "Answer the question!" Trivoc said, pushing the weapon against the warrior's face and spinning the gun's revolving magazine to show that it was loaded.
"It was that, really creepy place!" A Morai warrior on the other end of the room said, trying to spare his comrade the pain.
Trivoc moved towards the other Morai. He didn't point the gun, but he spoke in a demanding tone. "Explain." He said.
"When The Skylark began bombing our forces, one of our scientists, Jari Steelclaw, took refuge in the Clockworks. We were sent to retrieve him but... Our elevator stopped at a floor that had, darkness all over the place. And then there were these strange creatures, covered in black goo and red lines, that tried to kill us. Our Captain told us to run while he got a sample, so we made a dash for the nearest elevator, losing two of our own along the way. He, didn't seem the same when he arrived. He might have been bitten by one of those creatures, or something." The Morai explained.
Trivoc had already realized what the problem was before the Morai had finished. [That confirms it, this Morai is Swarm-infected]. Trivoc had half a mind to kill the commander, then and there, but there must have been a reason that Gwen and Ikaros left him alive, so Trivoc would just have to deal with it.
Chappers had returned to Trivoc's side by now. "The capsule seems to have taken the red glow out of his body, but he's still out cold." He reported. Trivoc nodded and then turned to the unconscious Swarm-infected Captain. He decided to contact Agent Kora about it.
*bzzt "Agent Kora. Are you there? This is Defender, Trivoc reporting in from Depth 23. Can anyone read me? Over."
"I'm here. My ears are ringing from that awful screech. But I copy. Got Jari?" Kora said.
"Forgive the screech, my helmet must've been damaged in the fight. Negative, we do not have Jari in our possession. What we do have is a wounded Morai Squad, a Swarm-infected Morai captain, and a wounded friendly. Requesting back-up, medical support, and further orders. would you like me to go into more detail on the situation?" Trivoc told her.
*bzzt* "Agent Kora! Are you there?" Kora groaned and unplugged her ears. "This is Defender Trivoc, reporting from Depth 23." She crawled over to the com link. "Can anyone read me, over?" She brought it next to her mouth and wearily replied, "I'm here. My ears are ringing from that awful screech. But I copy. Got Jari?"
Name: Chappers
Faction: Spiral
Gender: Male
Appearance: Full Cobalt Set
Arsenal: Calibur, a Blaster, a Defender shield, and a Pepperbox. Although, he favors the Pepperbox since it lets him keep a good distance away from the danger.
Loadout: Pepperbox and Defender shield. He rarely uses the Calibur or Blaster. Only when the Pepperbox runs out of ammunition.
Bio: A recruit who was recently brought to Cradle as part of the "Cradle Reinforcement Act" which brought fresh recruits to Cradle to train them how to handle The Clockworks, and bolster the Planetary Defense Unit (The Knights protecting the planet).
He was born and raised on Isora by a wealthy couple, whose grandfather was a veteran of the 1st Core War. Chappers was trained to be like his grandfather, but the military life was not for him.
His aim was horrid, his swings were weak, and he was easily scared at the slightest hint of danger. The Knight Elite in charge of training his group had all but given up on him. One thing to note however was, in desperate situations, Chappers could turn into a dangerous force.
When he's faced with extreme stress caused by life-threatening danger, his mind will go into a self-preservation, adrenaline rush. He will suddenly think 3x faster than normal, gain better fighting capabilities, and somehow survive even the direst scenarios. Although, he will not bother to protect any allies, he will do what it takes to survive. This has made him useful for rough reconnaissance, thanks to his quick escapes from hostiles.
On one time, he was brought by Champion Knights to venture into an Unknown Passage, during which he was wounded by a Swarm Creature. something negated the possession however, when he was shot with an elemental bullet by a Sick Puppy, not too long after. However, his Physical and Mental health deteriorated, and the squad left him for dead.
He was later picked up by Trivoc, and that is where his story continues.
EDIT: Ignore this post. It's just a placeholder for when I actually write something
EDIT: [Deleted]
Yet another character, a Morai one.
Faction: Morai
Name: Sakurai Kirito
Gender: male
Appearance: normal height with slick, dark brown hair
Arsenal: Vengeance Set, Black Death, Acheron, Gran Faust, Sentenza, Corrupted Valkyrie Wings, Impure shield bracelet
Bio: originally a King Valkyrie, one of the strongest of his kind, he was cast out from the heavens due to his cruel, unnecessary ways of dealing with his enemies. His name was struck from the books, his weapons taken, his crown smashed. Eventually, he allied himself with the Morai, who act like him: selfish, savage, and cruel. He swore an oath of vengeance upon the Valkyries, and whenever one was brought in to be experimented on, they almost always "died of unknown reasons".
Additional info: Other than being a swordsman to rival Ikaros herself, Kirito is an experienced hand-to-hand fighter and a brilliant strategist. He can utilize pressure points with ease and spot his enemies' weaknesses just by reading their body language. He even knows a deadly technique which can completely paralyze a foe and cause them extreme pain before an agonizing death, which is triggered simply by hitting a few key pressure points.
New Armor!
Name: Vengeance Set
Level: ?
Protection type: very weak against elemental, strong against everything else.
Abilities: asi medium for swords
Description: the armor of a fallen Valkyrie. Its corrupted power can drive most Knights to their breaking point.
New Shield!
Name: Impure Shield Bracelet
Level: ?
Protection type: extremely strong against everything, but absurdly weak against elemental.
Description: a powerful shield that can fend off almost any attack; but its strength comes at a price...
New weapon!
Name: Black Death
Level: ?
Damage type: shadow
Swing style: three hits, just like the Divine Avenger, but faster, about the speed of a regular sword, and with an aftershadow strike, like the cutter line.
Charge: slams into the ground like the troika line charge, then sends a wave of black energy towards the enemy in a way similar to the Nightblade line charge.
Abilities: mild chance of slight plague and ASI medium. Plague status is like curse, dealing shadow damage, but works like fire; you cant prevent its damage.
Description: a legendary blade that embodies death and destruction itself. Even the strongest Knights easily succumb to its insanity.

Here's another character; Ikaros' brother.
Faction: Isoran
Name: Tomoki Alpha
Gender: male
Appearance: tall and rugged, like a surfer. His hair is as black as midnight, as are his obsidian eyes. His wings are smaller than Ikaros' and are grey with the occasional strand of black feathers.
Arsenal: Azure Guardian Set, Valiance, Argent Peacemaker, Magma Driver
Bio: like his sister Ikaros, Tomoki was raised to believe that the Spiral Order was always right; that it was the embodiment of justice, and that it was best to follow its orders. Usually Tomoki would do this, but when his honor gets in the way, or he knows that he is needed more somewhere else, he will disobey orders. Tomoki rose to the rank of Vanguard, but he never achieved a position like Lieutenant, settling for the rank of Seargent. He is undoubtedly one of the Spiral Order's greatest marksmen, and is valued on search-and-destroy and reconaissance missions. Recently, he was sent to pick up Jari Steelclaw, but upon his arrival to Isora, he saw that his presence was gravely needed to combat the Morai threat, and so joined the battle.
Additional info: he isn't evil, but he has no qualms about killing who needs to be killed. He can be cold, sarcastic, and condescending, but he shows extreme affection for his little sister. He is also an extremely talented marksman, and can blast the wing off a Greaver from an entire league away.
((I think Cleo strayed away and Gured didn't noticed her...))
"What on-" Theo gasped as he released the bandages and antiseptic he was using before to treat Cleo's wound, the peaceful Haven had now turned into a battlefield. One of the invaders noticed Theo who wasn't prepared to fight, he rushed towards him and planned on skewering his heart.
"W-watch out...!" Cleo shrieked as the sword of the Morai came close in contact with Theo, it was like watching a film in slow motion.
"For Vog sake Theo, get your game on man!"
A knight identical to Theo appeared from his shadow, the knight grabbed the Morai's arm and crushed it. "Keep it up like that, and you will die for real!" the knight growled at Theo.
"Sorry partner, but I... I can't fight..." Theo whispered as he backed away from the Morai who was screaming in pain, "I... I..."
"Pathetic!" the knight snarled as he ripped the arm of the poor invader, he sniffed the arm and started chewing on it. "These people are very, very tough and bulky! This could fill me for weeks!" the knight laughed as he continued eating the hunk of meat.
"H-he....He... He is eating... Him!" Cleo screamed as she pointed at the knight with her finger, "That knight is....Wait... How does your food taste like...? Is it good...? do you... Need salt..?"
"How can you see me? Heck, whatever, thanks for offering the salt for me!" the knight grinned at Cleo who gave him a small pack of salt, he turned his attention back to the Morai who tried to stop his bleeding. "Heheh... More snack for me..."
"NO! NOO!" the Morai squealed as he tried to swat the hungry knight with his amputated arm, "Help me! Please! G-get him away from me please!"
"S-stop!" Cleo perked as she rushed towards the Morai, she extended her arm and blocked the knight's path, "Please... Don't you see..? He... Doesn't like salt...!" Cleo huffed as she crossed her arms.
"He don't? Well that's sad, do you have any thing else? Like blaze pepper or..."
"That's enough Thanatos, we have to keep him alive... He may have some leads to whatever had just happened." Theo growled as he looked around cautiously, "Let's get somewhere safe first... I don't want Thanatos to eat another person today..."
"Oooh.... How about that place?" Cleo giggled as she pointed her finger at the training hall, "Maybe we can hide over there..."
"Okay then, let's get going!" Theo roared, he dragged the Morai along the ground with his Gran Faust on his right hand, he hacked and slashed at all hostile invaders standing in his path.
[Gwen... Where.... Are you...?] Theo sighed as he rushed his way towards the training hall.
Cleo trailed behind Theo and Thanatos, hoping that no other Morai would notice her. She was afraid that they will start hating her for going somewhere with an Isoran. Cleo continued to run while ignoring the faces of knights and Morais who fought until their very last breath. [Kazam... Why....?] she whispered to hersesf and hugged her Weaver tightly.
Axis found that he had the full attention of the remaining knights. "What?" "ugh my head." "I swear if it was your stupid guardian knight that knocked me out again..." He was cut short by one of the knights pulling a sword on him. From their chatter between the two, it appeared the valkyrie and the winged knight went up to assist. The guardian knight was knocked out. Apparently by him. "Wait." he thought to himself "the guardian knights out, and only the mundane are left." he thought. "talk to your troops." the voice hissed again in his head. "Not vocally you IDIOT, mentally....." He found a new feeling in his brain, he could "contact" his troops brains. It seemed that he could only contact people that were in a short radius and that he knew for an extended amount of time. The knights in their shocked state neglected to keep an eye on the prisoners. They were shackled but luckily one of his more competent troops could easily pick locks.
"Now you fool." Axis said, directly into his troops mind. In a few seconds he was free. He grabbed the venom destroyer. 2 shots and the knights had collapsed. in less then a minute everyone was free. "what about the guardian knight?" "leave him something tells me that he's having sweet dreams." Axis smiled. "We're going up." "But the knights are on the elevator!" said one of his recruits. "We're catching up with steel claw." "And don't worry i'm sure the swarm won't bother us for a second time." He then pulled out his portable com box, and tried to contact Kazam. THey then proceeded to walk back into the swarm lair, the darkness welcomed them. The knights could only watch in horror as they walked in, but then Axis said something "YOu think I'M the evil one?" "Just like you knights, I had my graduating squad on the mothership, after you shot it down 4 are alive. "I also had 30 people I could call friends on the surface, 10 were attacked and killed by knights, 15 were killed by the skylark, and the rest are suffering in a prison." "I WILL have my revenge on you, for every Morai that was lost, I will avenge them, starting with your precious haven...." Just as they disappeared into the shadow lair he got a contact back from Kazam "Yeah this is Axis, I read you...."
((@Gzilla: You are perfectly aware that we are in a CLOCKWORK TERMINAL, and not The Sanctuary, right? XD))
Trivoc
Trivoc waited for an answer from Agent Kora, but before she could reply, he had suddenly felt a stabbing pain in his chest. He looked down to see that he had been shot with some strange, green bullet. "Agent Kora. They're *cough* getting away! Ack!" Trivoc shouted into his comm unit as the Morai began to free themselves.
He turned to Chappers for assistance, but the Cobalt Knight had also been shot, and was already on the ground.
Trivoc also felt his muscles weakening, and his vision going blurry. [Not again...] He thought as he fell on his back. He tried to move, but his body felt a searing pain every time he tried to move a muscle. The Morai were already heading for the elevator.
"You think I'M the evil one? Just like you knights, I had my graduating squad on the mothership, after you shot it down 4 are alive. I also had 30 people I could call friends on the surface, 10 were attacked and killed by knights, 15 were killed by the skylark, and the rest are suffering in a prison. I WILL have my revenge on you, for every Morai that was lost, I will avenge them, starting with your precious haven...." The Captain said. although his voice sounded more distorted than what it originally was, at least in Trivoc's opinion.
[No... I can't... Let them... Get away with this!] He thought desperately as the Morai started using the elevator controls.
Using whatever will and strength he had left, he gritted in pain as he reached for his Argent Peacemaker. "Argh!" Trivoc exclaimed as he drew the weapon. The elevator started moving. Trivoc forced himself to aim the weapon at them, causing him even greater pain. "Hargghh!" he shouted as he fired a full, 6-shot magazine into the elevator.
Through his blurred vision, he couldn't tell if any of his shots had hit anyone. and even if his vision was better, the elevator was already in the upper depth. Trivoc activated his comm unit using a voice-function and tried to contact Agent Kora again. "Agent Kora. Urgh! Get a medical team down here. And tell our boys in Haven to be ready for The Swarm..." He said before passing out once again from the effects of the poison. [As if I didn't get a high enough dosage already...]
((@Thin I redid my app if you want to look at it again thin.))
four bullets hit the elevator, the fifth nicked one of his troops, the sixth, was caught and crushed by axis' fist. "Plan?" asked one of his troops. "According to Kazam, they're encountering difficulty taking haven, we need to rally our forces and join the assault." They reached the swarm nest. Two figures approached, the two squad members they had lost in the run through the passage earlier. "master." they both spoke simultaneously. "Good, good." said axis. "where's the scientist?" "We let him pass." said the twins immediately alright, the we'll just meet him at haven." The twins as he liked to call them, wore their original guardian suits, and shield, but their swords were were different, along with the color scheme, they weren't dull they were midnight black. The swords were crystalline, with a shadow steel hilt. THe armor seemed buffed to, added shadow steel, plus swarm data line crisscrossed across the armor and helm. "Well then lets move." They took one more elevator and stopped at haven ravaged by fights everywhere. Axis then talked on his com pack "attention marauders that are under my command report to haven immediately and provide reinforcements." "NOW!" shouted axis. and with that 500 more Morai joined the fight evening out the fight against the knights, and that wasn't even counting Axis' specially trained strike force, the twins and Axis himself. "well then let's go join the fray shall we?" And with that all hell broke loose.
Le Wolver Pup
I barked at the jerks who had taken out the Knights, yet they ignored me. I tried nipping at one Morai's heels, but he kicked me aside like i was no more than a nuisance. Irritated, i snuck closer to him and jumped, clamping my jaws around his... Nether regions [ugh, why do their reproductive organs taste so hairy?] with so much force that he yelped and fell behind. The other Morai continued without a word, but I was satsified with my catch. I placed one of my tiny paws on top of his chest, then did what my mother always said; take out the windpipe. I watched as the Morai's eyes flickered, then stopped, filled with a vacancy only death can provide. I spat at his face, then grabbed a small red object. I had seen it fall from Ikaros' pocket when she left us [and she didn't even provide a proper goodbye! The nerve!] and i assumed it would be of some use to the passed out Isorans. Biting the cap off of it, i tipped a little of the strange mixture into each Isoran's throat. For some reason, however, i was starting to feel drowsy. My legs turned to jelly, and i wanted nothing more than to lie down and rest. Little did I know that the stuff the Morai had used earlier actually contained poison.
Ikaros
Ikaros was a monster. So far, she had already taken out 20 Morai, but that wasn't enough. She spotted another 500 of them emerge, and she cussed in a manner so fierce that a mother Wolver would have to cover her child's ears. She blocked every strike, countered every blow. Not a single bit of movement was wasted. She spotted something that looked like Gwen, but couldn't be; it wore a fallen set and wielded a deadly-looking Furious Flameberge. Ikaros' thoughts were interrupted as one Morai nearly landed a fatal strike to her neck. She wasn't that stupid, though. In one swift movement, she had reversed the direction of the Morai's blow, and he ended up stabbing himself in the head. Ikaros took to the skies and sent all her rage into her bow. Artemis now glowed with dark energy, and Ikaros released it, sending barrage after barrage of black arrows into the enemies. Nearly 50 of them were wiped out in an instant, but a hundred or so continued fighting before succumbing to a loss of blood. Ikaros already felt her energy waning, but, in desperation, she sent one last burst of power to her bow, and an enormous phantom Skolver swept through the Morai ranks, decimating another 300 of their troops. [Still, this won't be enough] she thought. Then something caught her by the back of the head, and she passed out, falling a hundred feet down to the cold, bloody floors of Haven.

Thrynn dropped his control panel in front of Gwen. "You'll know what to do with it one day.

There was a terrifying screech so loud that it could be heard all the way to Dawn. Knights and Morai plugged their ears and screamed in agony as their ears bled. They looked in the direction it came from, and saw a black figure, collapsed upon the clock tower. It jumped down, looked around, and darted into the Arcade. Theo thought he recognized it...
After Gwen had let loose her screech, she looked at her hands. They were covered by blackened gloves. She took off her helmet, and saw that it, too, was black. She had become that which she hated the most: a fiend. "No! What have I done? Panicked, she jumped off the tower, saw the people staring at her, and darted into the Arcade and took an elevator down.
She ran as fast as she could through the first level, only to be tackled in the dark by several Morai henchmen, who bound her in Volcanic Iron chains and clamped her to the wall in Shadow Steel.
Then Jari Steelclaw stepped out of the darkness to greet her. She was about to become his greatest experiment.
((Crap. . . How are we going to edit that. . . I know, Thryyn will just move spots.))
SHould I make Axis stay at Haven and fight or go to assist Jari with Gwen?
((Nah, this is my first actual interaction with Thrynn.))
Viewing the battlefield, Thrynn could see a large amount of poisoned Knights all over the floor, a fallen knight, and. . . a wolver pup laying near a body with a slit over it's throat. At this, Thrynn fell off of his grate, on top of the nearest knight. Thankfully, it was a dead knight. He saw a Fallen Valkyrie struggling with some Morai. At first, he wasn't sure why the figure was familiar, so he slowly followed from the ceiling with his tail.
Then he realized. . . GWEN! "No, what are they going to do? Crap I have to do something. . .
--
When they got to the lab, as they were about to strap Gwen in, Thrynn jumped off the ceiling and pushed one of the Morai into the testing strap. As one was attempting to attack him, he hit them with his tail, Burnt another with his breath and bit an-others arm off. But the last few caught him and strapped him in next to where Gwen was to be.
One called Jari Cackled with mad laughter, "Wonderful! now I have two subjects to test on! ((I'll edit if i need to.))
((REMINDER: Thrynn is a BATTLE SPRITE.))
Tomoki
The wounded Morai soldier looked at me, pleading for his survival. He screeched, "Please, spare me, i have a wife and kids!" I spat at him. It was pathetic, how badly Morai could weave lies. I could tell by his body language that he did not have any family, he was just fighting to stay alive. With a scowl, i pointed my Magma Driver at his face. His mouth opened to wail, but I pulled the trigger and watched as the fiery bullet melted through his face. I kicked over his body and drew closer towards Haven. In the midst of the carnage, not a single person saw as i waded through the battle. I saw a flash of pink and thought, "Ika?" But dismissed the idea immediately. My sister would never go down in a fight. Then again, there were at least a thousand -maybe more- Morai assaulting Haven. I stalked over to the Arcade, sensing an immensely powerful dark energy emanating from the depths. I passed four mutilated knights and spotted a cavernous hole in one of the elevators. I jumped down into the depths and landed on my stomach; not the most epic landing. I spotted two black figures fighting each other, with a few Morai and an Isoran who could only be Jari Steelclawwatching in the background. I hid behind the wall, silently powering up my Argent Peacemaker and Magma Driver. If i surprised them, maybe i could take out the Morai without a fight.
I seriously didn't consider that even the most well-executed ambush wouldnt be able to defeat all of these guys.

Kirito
ten minutes earlier....
The Isorans were weak. Nothing like the elementals i struck down during my prime as a King Valkyrie. But I could use the exercise. As I reached the Arcade, i watched, slightly amused, as a squad of four Isorans charged at me, swords drawn. I easily blocked the first blow with my Acheron, then snapped the boy's neck. Even as he slumped to the ground, lifeless, i had already flung my sword at the nearest Isoran. Faster than lightning, i spun around and ducked as another Knight narrowly missed beheading me, then kicked his legs put from under him and promptly blasted a hole in his skull. The last Knight was more skilled, waiting for an oppurtunity to strike. I provided a momentary weak spot, and as he lunged forward i quickly sidestepped and chopped his neck. I heard the audible crack of bone and smiled as i examined the pile of dead Spiralians. I plucked my Acheron out of one's stomach and performed a move i always thought of as intimidating; chiburi, the flicking of blood from a sword. I continued towards the elevators, striking down all the pathetic Knights. I felt through the earth for a brief moment, then concluded that my hunch was correct; there was a Queen Valkyrie located on this pathetic piece of rock. For a minute, i thought i felt an immensely powerful Warrior Class Valkyrie's energy, but it quickly faded, and i dismissed it as a slip in my concentration. Besides, what was a Warrior Class going to do against me, a King Valkyrie?
No, the real prize would be a Queen, no doubt one of the Council that had banished me from the heavens. Perhaps she would fight me, and i would get my first good warm up in nearly fifty years (( i'll take some creative liberty and say that 100 years is one year for a Valkyrie, meaning Ikaros is barely even a fifth of a year old)) . I licked my lips, and, as i approached an elevator, i smashed my fist into it and jumped down the dark hole.
I landed feet first [well, i AM invincible, why shouldnt i be able to?] onto the tile floor. I felt around with my senses and got a clear location of the Valkyrie. I drew my sword, the Black Death, and smashed through the walls. I came out the other side and saw her; a true Queen Valkyrie, one of the only possible forces in the universe that could pose a threat to me. Strangely, she seemed to be converted into a Fallen One like myself, yet she was chained to the walls with exteemely durable Volcanic Iron chains. Every appendage on her body seemed bound to the wall; her legs, her arms, hell, even her head. Even her mouth was covered in a muzzle. There also seemed to be a chained battle sprite there as well, but why would i care about some pathetic machine?
Of course, there was nothing I couldn't break; not even Volcanic Iron could withstand my strength. With only slight effort, i pulled the chains off and melted the Shadow Steel. I untied the muzzle on her mouth and flung it to the side carelessly. I heard a disappointed wail and turned around to see Jari Steelclaw, one of the most intellectually competent among the Morai, -still, it's not impressive. He may know everything about quantum elctrodynamic interstellar travel, but that is only basic learning for us Valkyries- yet also one of the most irritating. Behind him were a few grunts, and they fidgeted in my presence. Rightly so. "Oh come on, we needed to secure that Valkyrie for our experiments! Why do you always have to go and ruin everything whenever a Valkyrie is brought in for me, you arrogant bastard?!"
I scowled at Jari and pointed towards the Queen Valkyrie. "I've long awaited for a worthy adversary like her." I thought i saw a glance of outrage on her face, but she should've been honored: nobody was ever good enough for me to fight one on one. "Okay, here's the deal," i said as i hauled the Queen to her feet. "If you can beat me in single combat, Jari will let you go." Steelclaw almost protested, but i shot him a look that said if he didnt follow my orders, he'd dearly regret it. He was still mad, and he probably still would disobey my command, but whatever. "But," i continued, "if i best you, Steelclaw has my full permission to do whatever twisted things he wants to your body." With a laugh, i added, "Not that there'll be much left to experiment on."
_______
Done! So, how is it
"A. . . King Valkyrie. . . Do I know you? I think I do. . . From that city. . . "
((You do realize that Thrynn IS present. but you can decide to do nothing, and I become a test subject or something. Hm. . . This forum seems to be slowly slipping out of Thin's hands. . .))
"Well. . . I guess that there will be no way for me to get out, even if Gwen does win. . "
((That was extremely controlling. Jari would never surrender to anyone, regardless of status. Think of this section as set before the events of that))
There was Gwen. Bound in chains to the warehouse floor, defenceless and trapped. "Fetch the power readers", Jari ordered, grabbing two wires and attached them to Gwen's temples. They would drain her power until she was in a coma, with only just enough energy to survive. Jari also grabbed a canister of combat anaesthetic, smashing it onto the ground while his gas mask protected him from the effect. A while later, the henchmen strapped a coil of wire to her arm, connected to a screen showing Gwen's power levels. "Interesting" Jari mused, looking down at Gwen, once a powerful and free elemental, now a bound power source. "Strap her to the surgery desk. I want to examine her scar, in depth.
(( if you inspect my post a bit more, ull find that i mention your character, but Kirito doesnt think of him as more than a bug. Sorry if i caused you confusion. ))
Back in Chara:
Kirito
I scowled at the Battle Sprite who had just interrupted my talking to Jari and the Valkyrie. "The hell you talking about? I don't remember you... Then again, does a Jelly Aristocrat remember a tiny mini Jelly who is no more than an insect to him? No, i dont think so. Now shut up and watch as i kill this Valkyrie. Should be some mild entertainment for you before Jari undoubtedly turns you into scrap metal." I drew my sword and pointed it at the Queen. "En garde, beautiful." For some reason, i started to feel a scracthy feeling on my back.
Yet another nuisance, i thought, but then a bullet caught me in the spine, interrupting my fight with the Valkyrie again. Suddenly, a flurry of Argent Peacemaker bullets buried themselves into my armor, and, as much as i hate to admit it, it was all i could do to avoid squealing: as a Fallen One, i was forever cursed to be helpless against elemental power, no doubt the reason why I didnt stand a chance against the full power of the Valkyrian council and their mastery of the elements. I stared in contempt as an Isoran held his Argent Peacemaker to my face, and the Magma Driver at the Morai. He was daring us, daring us to make a move. With pleasure, i thought as i grabbed him by the throat and tossed him like a rag doll.
Once i was satisfied that he was incapacitated, i turned back to the Queen. "Now, where were we?"
________
(( flerp ))
((Still being ignored. . . Did nobody read my part of beating a few of the morai before getting strapped in nearby?))
"Hah, of course you wouldn't remember me, I was one of the citizens!" I remember you, A traitor to all the valkyries!"
(( @Lim; na, i didn't ignore you. Kirito just doesn't care much about Battle Sprites. Ikaros probably would have just cuddled him, and Tomoki would strike up some conversation, but Kirito only cares about strength: its all he respects, and he doesnt think of the Sorites as strong.
@Unstable; hmm... Sorry about that. Wasnt meant to be controlling, and Jari probably holds a higher rank than Kirito, but Kirito is stronger after all. Like Jari, he wants it his way, and he won't surrender, regardless of the consequences. That IS the reason he was banished by his Valkyrie bretheren, you know. ))
Kirito
I glared back at the Sorite, irritated. I'd had enough interruptions already, and i wanted to see this Valkyrie's true strength. However, my curiousity peaked when the Sorite said he was a citizen of the city. I remembered now; he was a small sprite, and i had been banished for 30 years. In my rage, i had destroyed a nearby city, one that knew fully of the Valkyrie's existence, not just talk about them in myths. The citizens had regarded me as a traitor to the "honorable" Valkyries due to my black armor; a sign of a Fallen One. I thought i had wiped them out. Apparently, this sprite had survived. Perhaps he was stronger than i thought. I shook my head and said to the Sprite, "Well, well. Its been a while, Thrynn. Maybe you're not an insect after all. ... A wounded Wolver should do it. Strong enough to survive, but still of no importance to the pack, the strong. Yes, i believe that is a fitting analogy." I turned my attention back to the Queen Valkyrie. "Ok, this time, there'd better be no more interruptions, or I'll just finish you off right now and leave Jari to his experiments."
((Just make sure Gwen loses, as I'm sure Jari wants to get back to his... "experiments"..))
Axis laughed. The knight with wings had been felled, truly the only person that could actually stand a chance against him and his men. SHe had been thrown in a prison under secure watch. They wanted to save her for Jari. "They should kill her right now." Axis thought grudgingly. He soon followed with a message "Alrgiht listen up, you're under kazam's command now." It was good to not have to be at the center of attention. He would've been a prime target if he had stayed commanding. But then again it's hard to miss a single Morai cutting down dozens of knights, with two corrupted by his side. A dark energy then ebbed through the streets. It reminded him of that valkyrie, except darker. "Go the King of the fallen might require aid." the voice whispered. And like that Axis had left the battle, the twins at his side and 3 of his most elite soldiers flanking. He traced it to a warehouse, the energy emanated, or more like stunk from a very powerful individual. He soon found he was seeing one of the higher ups, Kirito, the King of the fallen. He was known one of the most ruthless warriors out there. He spotted Jari complaining about something to the Ex-king. Most of the Morai soldiers in the compound seemed incapacitated, or worse. But the true shock was the valkyrie lying on the floor helpless. "GO, NOW." hissed the voice, and so just like that Axis dropped in on them with the twins, the soldiers staying back. "So someone want to tell me what's going on here?" Axis asked in an annoyed tone.
(( @unstable: well, that'll be up to Thin, seeing as how Gwen is his/her character. And as a bonus, Jari has just obtained a new test subject. ))
Ikaros
I woke up, surrounded by Morai. Without them noticing me, i insoected my clothes. My Valkyroid armor was gone, shrinking back into my essence as it usually did when I was beaten in a fight. I wore nothing other than my red flannel shirt and a skirt, which i blushed at after realizing how easily someone could have seen my panties while i was unconscious. I shot a quick glance at the Morai. They were dragging me somewhere... Wait, was that the Arcade? I was taken down on an elevator and tossed carelessly onto the floor. I was still groggy, but i could make out the shape of... Was that Gwen? Although groggy, i could make her out clearly now; she still had her solver hair, but she looked completely different, emanating a dark energy. There was another one next to her, some guy with wings, just like us; probably another valkyrie. Out of the corner of my eye, i had seen an extra three Morai walk in. I also spotted an adorable Battle Sprite gnashing his teeth at his captors and... That scumbag Jari. His face looked almost ecstatic, as if he was a small child being handed a new toy. I guess there's no difference in the situations, though. I was handed over against my will, and i was probably doomed to be "played with" until he got bored or decided to play with me until i was broken. I hoped it was the former, and soon i passed out again... [Two times in a day, great job, Alpha]
Kirito
Kirito glanced at Axis and nodded politely. The Morai was one of the few people he thought could actually hold his own in a fight. He said to Axis, "Just in time to watch the fun. How are you, Axis?" Just then he was interrupted... AGAIN. He was so irritated he almost blew the Queen Valkyrie's head off, but then he saw her; a Warrior Valkyrie. Kirito almost dismissed her presence, but even though she was helpless, he saw that she emanated a power the likes of which had never been seen in Warrior Classes. He sensed that she, even though she was a mere Warrior class, would be worthy opponent, maybe even more so than the Queen Valkyrie in front of him. It probably showed on his face since Jari interjected, "Oh no you don't. You already have the Queen Valkyrie, let me have this one." Sighing, Kirito nodded and poked the Queen. "Hey, we gonna fight or what?"

(( flerp ))
Archemiday lived outside of the Haven, as he liked being alone. He decided to head to town to get some more rocky cores for dessert. As he entered through the Havens gate, he saw a massive fight taking place. He saw a wounded soldier laying on the ground and rushed over to help. As he started to pick him up, he saw a morai soldier jump down on him. He managed to hit the soldier in the head with his lute, seeing as it was made partly of iron. The hit knocked the soldier out, and Arch turned around to block a strike. He played a horribly off tune note from his lute to distract him, and hit him. When he thought he was safe, he started to drag the soldier along to safety. He looked behind him to see a warrior rushing at him, and Arch didn't block in time, and he tackled him. "Agh! Somebody help!". Arch said. ((Would write more but my phone is almost dead. If someone wants to save me they can, elsewise I will have a random knight help.))
The second he was close to the valkyrie (Or was she fallen now?) his scar erupted with pain. "ARGH!" Axis shouted in pure agony. The others look questionably at him, even the valkyries. "it's my scar." Axis muttered. "I've been meaning to ask you about this Jari." He then handed his swarm sample over to Jari. "Took it from that nest that we were in earlier, it's also where I got the cut."" It's also where I picked up these two." He gestured to the twins. "They're corrupted or something." "So once again I'll ask ANY of you what the heck happened with me down there?" Their faces indicated that things weren't going to be all too pleasant for him.
((I don't see why Jari should care at this point, he his first Battle Sprite "Drakon" to test on.))
(Anubis)
"STOP," I scream, a faintly transparent form of Seatus around me. I, no, WE stand behind Gwen, and step out in front of her. "Leave her alone if you EVER want you and the rest off this planet." I twirl my Gran Faust, it's weight nothing with the strength I share now ((temporarily)) with Seatus. "You will not lay a hand on her, or I can find worse things for you than death. Could we hurry, I have a Swarm problem at the Blue Sapphire Gate." I point my sword into the air, and prepare for the answer.

EDIT: GOT IT!
Day 1: Away...
I walk throughout the levels of Tier 1, trying to find out what I need to do....I have been walking around here for days, and I still can't seem to get a horrible idea that I'm useless out of my head. Something is following me. I turn around, but it's still not there. I keep walking, Gates closing for me, and my shadow eclipsing them. Is this how it was for Seatus....when HE was abandoned?
I bring out my sword, and it glows. I have never seen something so dark glow before. It's light is enchanting, and I can't help but smile at it while I walk. It is just as Lost as I am....just as I am....
Day 2: Continue to journey....
I have been walking through the wilderness for quite some time now. The Wolvers know who I am, and bow their heads in gratitude. When Seatus was busy caring for the Clockworks, I would be asked to come to the Wilds of every Gate, and tell them of his heroics. They would end this meeting with a dragging howl, and I always joined in. They were like family on the road, that long time ago.
It gets darker, and I am left with the glow of my sword. It's funny, the more memories I have the brighter it glows. It's like a part of me is holding it back from purity...something...I turn around again, I know I saw a bit of darkness before it disappeared. I know I did. I keep walking as the very air itself seems to be covered black, all with the exception of my magenta-bright sword. And then I see another light, and this one is brilliant. It is far away, but I'm sure in another day I will reach it. I take advantage of the light and look around. What I see is shocking. The trees are gone. I don't think I am in a normal part of the Clockworks anymore.
Day 3: Discovering
I am almost to the blue light. It seems nothing is around it, just negative space. As I have gotten closer, I have begun to see an equally bright and even more bright and vibrant light fly from this source of light. It twirls in the sky, which seems to have no dome, and it just continues on and on...
I get closer and see it's in the shape of a sphere. The other light comes from it's top. I reach out to touch it, squinting because of the brightness, and feel like I am waking up. I look around and see that I am on a three-yard by three-yard square, and before me is a two-yard diameter of a mushroom. But upon the mushroom is a Beast I have neither seen, heard of, or read about. It sits in coils, the last two-yards sticking upright has six arms on it, the uppermost right one holding a long pipe, which billows out a triplitude of colors, purple, blue, and a hint of green. It's the head that's most interesting, it looking reptilian, with blank white eyes and two extremely long but thin antennae protruding from the top of it's head and sweeping this way and that. A bit of ridge happens a little below the eyes and goes down to it's nose. It looks at me and speaks, "I am the Blue Caterpillar. Would you wish to see your fate?" and I nod, and cough a little from the smoke wrapping around my face. He blows more smoke into my face, and I see Gwen, captured, and a despicable Viper Warrior Morai. "I will stop this," I say, and my own shadow wraps around me as I disappear, and my voice comes out twisted when I speak, "They will suffer!"
Day 4: Sanctuary
I am pacing in front of the waters, Seatus looking up at me from within. "I think it's the only chance we have," I say, "I can't find the place without you, nor can I fight the Swarm when it comes out of the Gate all by myself."
Seatus looks at me, "You're sure?" "YES I'M SURE, YOU'VE ASKED ME THAT FIVE TIMES NOW. PLEASE, MASTER, SHE IS GOING TO NEED HELP, THE CATERPILLAR TOLD ME SO!" He turns his head, "The Caterpillar? He spoke?" his face suddenly turns more determined, "If it is his will, then I will do it," And I reach in the waters and grab his hand, and we become one, absolute power. Not Divine, not Pure, but Individually Harmonic.
As foretold by the Caterpillar, the voice of Gwen appears in our heads. Seatus focuses all his power, and takes us to the place I saw, leaving behind the darkness I know is following me.
Ikaros nodded slightly when Trivoc asked her to heal the others. She knew he was still in pain, but she proceeded to use her stash of Health Capsules on the rest of the group. Her gaze shifted momentarily to Gwen, who seemed to be just fine. She and Arkus joined Gwen and the Morai. She watched, completely poker-faced, as Arkus shoved the Enforcer to the ground with his foot and growled. Inside her helmet, she felt her ahoge ((in anime, its that little strand of hair that sticks out from the top of the head and never seems to go down)) twitch, a sign that something fishy was happening. Her sharp hearing caught the faint sounds of footsteps. She immediately dismissed it as the mischievous wolver pup, but as her eyes absentmindedly drifted to Jari's cage, she realized...
It was empty.
Ikaros looked over her shoulders to see Jari trying to escape. Irritated, she nocked an energy arrow and caught the ex-Isoran in the knee; a non fatal, but incapacitating shot. She floated over to him and grabbed Jari by the neck.
"Just where do you think you're going, Steelclaw?"
