I didn't powerplay. Gzilla specifically stated in his post:

That meant Gwen pushed the azure knight back in Gzilla's post, meaning that I did not powerplay.
But I like the idea of Nathaniel learning the value of friends in the story. :)

Gwen didn't push anyone. You know how when you're stunned, you might stagger back a little? That's probably what Gzilla was trying to describe. All Gwen did was "appear." She didn't extend her arms and physically push anyone on purpose; if anyone was pushed, that's an unintentional passive effect, and it's absurd for Nathaniel or anyone to scold Gwen for it.
Cool. I think you should have let Gzilla speak for himself, even though I know he would've agreed with you. :) I don't really know how pushing someone can be unintentional or passive, but it doesn't really matter. Let's just get this argument over with, okay? :)
Gwen appeared, and people may have been knocked back. That's not pushing. Your posts describe Nate's reaction to pushing, which should not have occurred. This argument can only end when you've edited your posts.
It matters because it influences our opinion of her. If people were just knocked around, no harm done; it's just "shock and awe." But if she pushed, one must wonder why such a gentle lady would be so violent and inconsiderate. You wrote about the glare Nate gave her.
Really, it's not an acceptable mistake. Make the edit.
And to think... I actually prepared an extremely long and detailed argument that was made to destroy yours, but I deleted it due to the fact that I knew it would bring more arguments into this RP. And what do I get for not posting that horribly offensive argument? Another argument against me saying that the argument can't stop until I've edited my story post. Anyway, just to reassure you of something that you probably never saw, I DID edit my post, but posted the edited post in a new post. Why didn't you notice? I don't know. But check the story thread.

In case anyone hasn't noticed yet, but Ukai is not with the group that went down the elevator. She got... lost (sort of) and is currently in Chromo's abandoned Jelly King Castle. I've noticed one inconsistency, but I won't call anyone out on it (unless I have to, of course).
Hey, this is the discussion thread - feel free to point out the inconsistency.
Also, thanks for the note - I was considering adding a character who would have interacted with Ukai.
I double-checked the inconsistency that I thought was one, but it turned out it was fine.

(First post = My very first character app. Those two were flawed, and flaws is what make characters awesome sometimes.)
Hmm. . . Thrynn's app makes me wonder. . . Few people play as Battle Sprites. Is it possibly because there's more gender confusion than that of the knights themselves? I don't really consider Thrynn as a "Machine" But more of a happy dragon-dog thing, mainly because of his picture.
The knights I cannot really think of as machines Whatsoever.
But I guess I also pointed out a valid option. Playing as a battle sprite. I mean really, Looking through the RP's out there, nobody else has really played as a battle sprite.
Which really makes Thrynn special, in that nobody else (Or it seems) Has ever had an RP with a Battle Sprite.
If my plans work out, Thrynn will have his first dose of ossum. :)

Dagoon slowly walked the treacherous wastelands of cradle. Looking down at the Old Badge, she thought "Nothing ever will be the same. . . will it?"
Well. . . nothing has been the same since the war with the swarm. Buildings were stripped down for resources, or were wrecked by the swarm, Clothing was scarce, as the master was under control of the last standing city, which meant he had his own soldiers, but I could almost call them slaves really. It also meant that no clothing was being made, because it was too dangerous to leave the city.
Vendors could no longer gain profit, as nobody had resources. Not even those who were builders. Nothing broken could be rebuilt/repaired.
Slowly Haven was crumbling to the ground.
We were all going down with haven, or without it.
(Daddy, daddy, look it's the fall of ro- I mean Haven! Anyway, this doesn't quite deserve a spot in the story, seeing as it's a bit too late for an analysis. Would've been better for the beginning of the story.)

Bio: Not much is known about the little lady. She appears to be very young, not much older than 16 cycles, but her mannerisms suggest her to be a much older woman. She appears to be incapable of speech, yet still find effective ways to communicate with her companions. She comes off as crazy sometimes, but those who know her will testify that she is quite sane. She seems to be teleforce-capable.
She is the leader of her party.

Bio: His name and mouth are bigger than he is. He talks like a homeless alley kid, likely because he is a homeless alley kid. His big mouth sometimes gets him into trouble, but he always keeps his wits about him enough to escape any scrape he gets himself into. As gremlins go, he's very young, more so than most knockers that join the gremlin ranks, but he can hold his own against an adult more than three times his size. His small stature makes stealthy travel easy for him.

Bio: Ask Liminori for the details. Thrynn is a fully autonomous sentient prototype Draykon that escaped from the laboratories. Over the cycles, he has been modified by his various companions so that he is a good deal more reliable than he used to be. He is a solid companion and, despite being capable of only expressing himself via noises (like R2D2), communicates easily and is a good friend.

The experiment was a success, and he was let loose into society for observation, with a microchip implant in his head collecting the data. The experiment ended when the plague swept through Haven and killed the involved scientists, but the chip is still inside him.

All of the above characters are in a party led by Courage.
This is more of a trivial issue, but Ukai wasn't the result of an experiment, generally speaking. Waste from the war against the Swarm had infected her and changed her form permanently, though not all the way like some people. Just wanted to point that out, it's no big deal.

@everyone: did anyone bother to look up the Bible references I'm putting in the subject lines? They drop major hints.

Yeah. I did look up the verses you put. And from the Bible verses, I can only guess one thing: The Master is the red herring and the Lady of Light is the real villain, and she will soon betray us in the end. Only if we band together with everyone in the group can we beat her. (Or, if you'd like a bittersweet ending, someone(*cough* Nathaniel *cough*) sacrifices his/her life for the greater good of the world.)

Could we all make sure to write with geographic/plot consideration? A few of the characters in the clockworks party were not originally there before the battle, so it makes no sense for them to suddenly appear in the midst of it. If you want to join up with the party, you can always take the time to write your character into it in a way that doesn't involve spontaneous materialization.
I really have trouble keeping story secrets. I just can't resist dropping hints. xD

Nathaniel destroyed most of them. I find it weird that in your entry, you did not see a guy with a light and dark aura holding two swords defeat loads of swarm-infested monsters. :/
Nathaniel is kind of overpowered a little too much. He is a Legendary Hero (as far as I remember), but tone down on the massive attacks or at least add drawbacks to them! Also, Chromo might have been passing before Nathaniel did his super-special attack.
He has loads of drawbacks. For instance, he's a glass cannon: He has awesome attacks and is really fast, but his durability is extremely low. Also, his special attacks have loads of cooldown to them.
You are correct on that, but from your most recent entry, you just obliterated an entire legion of monsters with a snap of your fingers (though you are a Legendary Hero as far as I remember) with no "charge time" or subsequent energy loss. I dunno. I just feel like it's not right, but don't mind me.
Not an entire legion. He completely obliterated 10 monsters or so. The cooldowns will be shown in the story.
Nathaniel is not weak. He's like the opposite of that. How could you state that he's weak? He could probably beat Axis in a fight, seeing as to how Nathaniel controls the two epitomes of both sides: Light(holy) and Darkness(chaos). And what do the swarm control? Probably poison. That's it. And I don't know how the swarm can make someone teleport, let alone shoot dark lightning bolts at people. :/
I'm noticing that glass cannon characters tend to be overpowered when they are skilled, and injuries tend to be one-off plot twists. If there was a real chance that Nate would get hurt on a regular basis, then he would be fine. Several characters have already noted injuries, including Ukai and Ammet.
I do not recall njuries on Chromo, Topoyozada, Raechal, and Winter, but influence on the battlefield was minimal.
Nathaniel received no damage at all, and slaughtered the battlefield.

Is Gzilla really allowed to dismiss a character's body as if it were nothing? It seems.....off-balancing.....to simply wave off a character....
If anything, Axis is just pushing back, he's not focused on anyone else but the valkyrie. It's not like I totally destroyed your character, I'm just trying to provoke a fight with Kaiju's character.
I agree it can be used for some character development later on, but I still believe it needs to be toned down for everyone's characters to be able to work together.
