Appearance: Tall, around 6'3, he has a bit of a build but is more lean then anything. His face is shrouded by his digital mask, which is an eerie Purple/black, he can change his digital mask from just two eyes to a swarm mask that has only one eye in the center. His eyes are black with purple pupils. His gear is a Swarm infested chaos set, with a black color, secondary purple. Always has a sadistic look in his eyes. Wields a corrupted Leviathan blade, like the kind Arkus had, and has a Swarm crystal on him. His shield is a is a shadow version of the Surge breaker shield, with black as the initial shield and black as the holograph like plates.

Bio: One of the first Shadow "Replicas" of the Swarm, Axis' main goal is to assimilate and destroy. Wether it be by brute force or mind games Axis "recruits" kngihts, Necrons, Gremlins, and animals alike into the swarm. The Swarm started creating these replicas because of rumors of valkryies releasing people from the swarms grasp, think of them as a counter to valkryies, they posses supernatural abilities in the fact they can create infected swarm patches, infect other easily and have telekinetic abilities. A being of pure darkness, his abilities include creating shadow bolts, healing swarm monsters, and infecting people with the swarm virus.

Appearance/Arsenal: Deadly Virulisk suit 5* mask (Kleptolisk colored), Deadly Virulisk mask 5* helm (Kleptolisk colored.), Barborous thorn sheild 5* shield, Biohazard 5* gun, and Shocking salt bomb 5* bomb (5* equivelent of Winmillion too if I can have 3 weapons. Note that these will be my choice ONLY if usefulness in game is not related to usefulness in this RP. Star rating will change accordingly to the slot he's in.). Violet P.C.

Bio: A strange man once came into haven wearing a purple chroma suit. He sped through the ranks faster than most people and currently has the fastest record for going through RJP killing everything. He has a hatred for slimes that he never explains, and instantly disregards everything if he sees a slime. He has a strange sense of humor and is immensely lucky, having always gotten a treasure vault when at a random choice gate. Despite all of this, he is banned from haven right before the horror of today due to "destructive behavior". Specifically: brutally assaulting anyone wearing full jelly equipment, constantly leaving his teams in lockdown mode as he runs off to kill a jelly cube, trying to harm one of the most important and brave of knights (see if you can guess who), and literally ruining winterfest by assaulting impostoclause AND stealing his presents. He left haven and, after roaming around for a while, joined forces with the master seemingly willingly, however although he gets every job done, he normally does it his way and does his own things when he's done. He is surprisingly uncorrupted so far. (Does any of this interrupt the story you have planned in any way? if so, I'll change it.)

And a few questions: 1, Will all characters get equal fun and usefulness in battles? Like, I don't want a legendary hero fights a giant hoard of jellies in an epic aerial battle while an Underdog has to take on a few royal minis. That would be no fun for me, so will the "unlimited" characters be like soldiers and commanders just slightly better soldiers? 2, can you upgrade an underdog or minor's equipment later in the game, or will it stay that way? and 3, will there be killing off of characters? Oh, and yes, I pretty much copied my character app in the main thread.

Teleports a certain distance(between 1-10 ft). It compensates for his lack of armor and defense. It takes up a lot of energy to use. If there were mana in Spiral Knights, it would take 20/100 of his mana.

Summons a blade made of darkness that materializes in midair. He wields this along with Soul Edge. This sword becomes more powerful through hate and anger and stuff like that.

Passive:
Lucario Style-
The more damage is on him, the more powerful he becomes. If he reaches, say 1/5 of his health, his skills will become more powerful, as shown below. But if someone heals him, he will not be able to use those enhanced skills below unless his health is reduced to a small amount.

He's a glass cannon+a fragile speedster. He's powerful, fast and can teleport, but if you manage to land even one hit on him with a bladed weapon, he'll be sent to the emergency room. Also, his Equilibrium skills will only be unlocked at the end of the story.

Personality:
Calm and calculating, Nathaniel will not hesitate to kill a friend if the time calls for it. He can be quite friendly at times, but can be quite ruthless and arrogant as well. He's very cocky and brash, but is very eloquent and sometimes, condescending. He can make friends easily, but can let go of them easily as well.

I didn't notice that. So perhaps it would take five hits from a two star blade to injure him to that of which he will be able to use his enhanced supernatural skills. Also, Nathaniel's really fast. So fast, he can easily attack the opponent quickly with deadly precision, run around the opponent in less than half a second, and attack the opponent from behind.

As for his Equilibrium skills, he has not gained those yet. Only when he is truly in the Equilbrium of Holy Light and Chaos will he be able to withhold the skills of the Equilibrium state, the perfect balance between Holy Light and Chaos.

And don't underestimate the powers of Holy Light and Chaos. Remember, since Nathaniel broke the seal the Great Spirit put on him while he was training, Nathaniel's powers have now been enhanced a lot. He's even gained new ones. For instance:

Dark Aura:
A dark aura materializes out of midair and surrounds Nathaniel in it. It forces the body to go into a supernaturally enhanced adrenaline state, thus increasing his speed, strength, reflexes and instinct hundredfold. However, it greatly reduces his defense. This state can only be maintained for 5 minutes, before his body forces itself to stop the forced adrenaline state and try to reclaim all that lost energy. It has a cooldown of 30 minutes.

I've heard that there's a new battle system. Gonna check out that thread and try to take all that information in. :) Also, is the Gwen in your app the Gwen in Retribution?

Arsenal: As a Necron, Tenebris uses no Isoran weapon, but prefers to use his elemental abilities in a fight.

Bio: Tenebris was one of the first Necrons to seek out and befriend the Isorans after realizing the Swarm was a serious threat. He rose through the Isoran ranks rather quickly, as his knowledge of forgotten skills and technique in battle proved him indespensible in the fight against the Swarm and its allies.

Abilites:
Gifted with the gravito-magnetic powers of a Necron, Tenebris is naturally able to control the movements of magnetic objects as well as some non-magnetic objects (to a lesser extent).
He also has the ability to shift the shape of metal into whatever he desires, and, if the conditions are right, create and condense it out of nearby sources. This requires great concentration however, and can leave the wielder vulnerable in a fight.
Tenebris' skin is harder than that of an Isoran's, and is able to reflect some blows and leave him unharmed.

Personality: Serious, stoic. He will fight at all costs to protect his own people, as well as the integrity of Cradle, as it slowly fades under the corruption of the Swarm.

I'd make an underdog or two as well, but seeing as this is my first time actually roleplaying (and because of my schedule), I figured one character was enough for me! =O

How about to perform the mind-control ability it requires an extreme amount of concentration? That way it cannot be used very often.

And I vote for Immortous's character, Tenebris Malum. (Commander Hero)

I vote for Gzilla's Axis for legendary villain.

I vote for Kaijuhunter's Athena Nakatsuki for legendary hero.

I like Retaeq's character, but (please dont hurt me!) I see him as more of a commander instead of a legendary hero. He seems more fit to be a commander, but if I had to choose between him or Nathaniel, I pick Ammet. Still, I have a comment or two on him.

Ok, Retaeq, there's two issues I see with Ammet, but they're not that big. Firstly, his teleportation device recharges too quickly, if he can teleport five times before recharging for 45 minutes, then that means every 9 minutes he can teleport once. A bit too convenient, wouldn't you say? Perhaps if he could teleport five times and recharge for around 3 hours, it would be more balanced. In addition, perhaps his mind control could be somewhat like the Acheron; in the wiki, the Acheron is known to drive weak-minded people insane. In Ammet's case, perhaps it would be easy for him to control the weak-willed, and it gets harder the tougher their minds are. Other than that, I see no other flaws.
Just some snippets of advice for you, Ret. You're free to take it or ignore it, but I just put my opinion in. I like Ammet, so I vote for him. Seeing as how Axis is the only villain app, I guess I HAVE to vote for him. Besides, he's not that bad. I'd be interested in seeing him and Athena fight; they both represent something the other one hates, and they're both powerful, so it would be cool to watch. I like Immortous' app, and besides, nobody else has put an app in for that slot. I vote for Tenebris.

@Kaijuhunter: I like how you made that link from the Acheron to the mind-control ability. Because of that, it will be better because its just right, not too overpowered. So, with weak-minded creatures he could control their minds without much difficulty. It would still be a bit difficult though. On those with strong minds he would need to use great concentration to control their minds. Since he is a legendary hero, he wouldn't encounter weak-minded creatures that often anyways. In addition, it can only be used every 3 turns. I see that you said that he looks more like a commander than a legendary hero. I think I should give him one more ability, because some other characters have quite a few. Here it is:

Ultra-Speed: For a short time, it allows him to stealthily run at an extreme speed. However, during this time period, he is very vulnerable.

This fits in with his stealthy combat style, allowing him to sneak around or unleash a surprise attack at extreme speeds. If you still think it does not fit him in as a legendary hero, then I will bring him down a notch to Commander :)

I see the way how you think the teleportation ability is overpowered. So I'll keep the number of teleportations the same but increase the duration for the recharge period. Lets say 3 hours as you suggested.

Ok, so I will change my character to a Commander. How did me adding the speed ability take away from the uniqueness of my character? Well, anyways since I am downgrading my character's rank, I will completely remove the mind-control ability as it would probably be too overpowered for a commander. I will keep the speed and teleportation the way it already is.

I just wanna make sure you know that you can do what you want with your character! It's yours! =P

But to answer your question about the speed ability, I guess I just thought your character was pretty much perfect the way it originally was.

The only thing Thin and I were suggesting was to make the mind-control ability only applicable to those with weak minds.

And moving to Commander isn't downgrading, it's just filling another important role in the RP! =D

Bio: Grew up as a normal Knight, incredibly interested in the workings of nature when she was little. She loved nature. In School, she had exceptional grades, and became a researcher Knight, eventually getting into bio-engineering. Her research was mostly of bacteria and some benign parisites that could help combat diseases and even cure some. However, when the plague came, disaster struck. She and her team went to inspect the waste in the ocean and Clockworks, she took a sample, taking it back to the laboratory for testing. However, the waste was volatile and the vial it was stored in exploded, infecting everyone in the lab and her. However, she managed to stop the infection on her own body using chemicals, thus stopping the transformation midway through. However, all her lab members turned into a full Wolver-Human hybrid. She barely escaped from them, becoming an outcast in the process because of her transformation. She escaped into the Clockworks, evading the Master's force, which is still attempting to capture her. Her clothes became ragged and ripped, and she lives in Wolver Dens, hiding.

Appearance: Only wears a ripped and ragged lab coat, unable to get any other clothing. Goes barefoot. She has a Wolver Tail and Ears as a result of her transformation, golden eyes, and sharper canines. Otherwise, she looks mostly human. Her ears twitch every now and then, like a cat. She has straight, light brown hair, disheveled.

Loadout: No armor, so not very well defended in combat. Carries a Heavy Pulsar as her only actual weapon.

Abilities: As a result of her transformation, she can smell, hear and see a lot better. She can also run a little faster, but not noticeably enough.

Personality: She was very vibrant and energetic, and did whatever she could to get her point across. Her spirit could motivate people, and as a result, her research team was immensely successful. However, now, her personality was changed. Now she's very quiet and not very social, and looks for any way to get away from people. She laughs every now and then, and when she's having fun, her other personality comes back for a little bit. Her tail also swishes around when she's happy.

We're seriously lacking in the "villain" department... O_O

@Aekuryi- Well, I can say I like your character! Complex, yet simple in that everything make sense. Interesting, but not OP at all. I'm looking forward to seeing Ukai!
To give my opinion on what slot you should pick, I'd say Underdog (No pun intended). Seeing as she exhibits many traits of someone who could surprise us later in the RP with heroic deeds and whatnot.

@Ultima: There's a reason the Archangels are so powerful. If you looked at some prehistoric creatures, you'd notice that the term "arch" is synonymous with "ruling". For example, the archosaurs were therefore "ruling reptiles"... Archangels were the strongest of the angels (Saint Michael the Archangel singlehandedly defeated SATAN himself!) and were somewhat like the governors of Heaven, answering only to God and Jesus, who could be seen as the president.
Also, your "Chaos-Light Angel" lore is completely different from the story, and is also too detailed to be implemented properly. My story entailing the Archangels doesn't really fit well with your story, so... Impasse! Eh, I don't know.
I'm thinking about Nate being nerfed so he is as strong as Athena, but can also use his powers at all times without having to have low health. Furthermore, I have a question. Because you said, "let's just say your character is the most powerful angel of the batch that beat the Holy Light angels. What the batch your character is in lacks in power and overall skill it makes up for in numbers." The Archangels are supposed to be the most powerful of the angels; they're like the badass A-Team of Heaven. Besides, the Archangels are good; why would they defeat a group of angels called "Holy Light"? They would be on the same side! And since there's only 7 of the Archangels... anyway, did you realize how, in the first post, Thin says there were rumors about "remnants of the Valkyries", which implies that their numbers have dwindled. I included that in Athena's bio, if you didn't notice. So... Angels don't exactly have the "strength of numbers" sort of thing...
Also, I didn't take into consideration your lore, seeing as how it doesn't really make sense if you put it with this roleplays lore (much less with mine) As I said, its too complicated for a piece of lore that won't make much of a difference in the story. Your character is fine; I just don't really understand his powers and the bio and everything else.

@Ultima: I agree to your compromise. Sounds nice, but I have one question; why would this Great Spirit want to get rid of the Holy Light angels? What's so bad about them that made the spirit want them destroyed? Also, I'm sad that the spirit would remove the holy-related powers from the Archangels... Perhaps he could just reduce the extent of which the Archangels could utilize those powers? Other than that, I think were good. Yay, compromise!

Just so you know, Athena's going to be a severe tsundere (look it up) towards Nathaniel... >:D

So yeah. The Great Spirit knew that with the Holy Light angels still alive, the Chaos angels would always fight back. And it would happen vice-versa. So the Great Spirit wanted to destroy them both, to rid the universe from that temporary universal war. The Great Spirit did not want his new batch of angels to be just like the Holy Light ones, and so he did not give them light-based powers. Instead, he gave some of them control over some elements(like how Athena can control lightning), and gave them physical enhancements.

So I was thinkin'. Let's make it so Athena secretly has some powers of fire inside her, as lightning can easily create fire. That way Athena can have more of a variety with her skills.

And Nathaniel's going to have a hard time trying to flirt with Athena, since she's going to be a tsundere towards him. :P
