Problem 1: Heart trinkets are OP.
Problem 2: People using heart trinkets hate auto-target.

Solution: Make a trinket that reduces the effect of auto-target. If you wear two, nothing can auto-target you.

What if I only use one of the trinkets?

You win, here's your trophy

I would be fine with this.
But how would it work in PvE?

It would just reduce the tracking/homing ability of a PVE monster.

Nullifying someone else's autotarget wouldn't be enough for me to opt out of a heart trinket though.

A trinket that nullified knockback or hitstun on the otherhand...

@Krakob

If you only used one trinket, AT users would need to be closer and face you more directly for the AT to work, but it wouldn't be eliminated.

Sub-thought: Maybe heart trinkets could increase trackability?

Can we solve the forum satires first then get to resolving LD?

@ Skepticraven
But why? I like satire; it gives these dull forums flavor.

So do I but it gets boring after awhile. (Apologies if some were actually serious. I haven't taken Zeddy's thread seriously in suggestions for over a month now.)

Skeptic, there is such a thing as ignoring a thread you know...

Hm. That is true. Most of Zeddy's suggestion threads seem to be jokes; they're so pointless. Heh.

You of all people Zeddy have left one thing out of the equation. Presence of ASI Unique Variants.

Those last two weren't satire in the slightest. I'm not sure why you'd think they are.

As for the threads that were, most of them are suggestions, they're just hidden a bit under the surface.

I could either make a thread titled "Do something about X", and it'd be alright. Probably skimmed over. Alternatively, I could make a thread called "I think X is great, we should make other things like X" to highlight why we should do something about X.

I like the second approach because taking things to ridiculous conclusions amuses me.

When you're this swag this world just bows at your knees

You solved Lockdown?
You figured out every single combination of actions and equipment that players can take and can devise a surefire way to win or at least draw every single match?

You can solve Lockdown? *ptf* *ptftttt* *giggles* HAHAHAAHHAHAHAHAHHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA *catches breath* seriously though, there is no fixing to LD, it is already BBAR (broken beyond all reapair).

Think about it, class imbalance, weapon imbalance and player imbalance, I think solving these will take ages and how exactly would a anti AT trinket actaully solve anything? (I know you r trolling) The trinket has no use in PvE and it is useless in LD if the enemies use manual targeting. So yeah, the trinket is already obsolete before it is even released.
