Is it possible to get more than 100 mist energy at a single time? Because when I try to craft some 3 star weapons it asks for 200 energy. Help!

When you make a trinket at that trinket machine is it automatically bound to you?

OKay. My current setup is a dual sword knight with Spur (soon to be Arc Razor), Brandish, Cobalt Armor/Helm, and Owlite Shield. I'm definitely keeping the Cobalt and Spur lines until 5* (4* for the Spur line). I was just wondering if the Brandish line and the Owlite line are good choices. If not, what should I replace them with?

I've recently started playing to this game, and I still have a few questions even after reading the wiki.

First, what gear should I craft/get ? I'm aiming for Calibur/cobalt armor and then improve these, are they viable on the long-term ? Same question for shield.

For guns, I'm hesitating between Autogun and Blaster - knowing that Autogun stops you but deals more damage - which one should be picked ?

As for energy, when I buy energy from the energy depot, is it mist or EC ?

I've just started playing SK last night, and have done the tutorial and the bits at the Rescue Site. I went to the elevator up on the top platform and finished the level with the skeletons, but every time i take the elevator it sends be back up to the Rescue Site! What am I doing wrong? I thought I just had to go through this level and it would drop me out in Haven. I seem to have lost the 'cross the chasm' objective as well, so not too sure whats happening...

I've already tried searching for the answer to this using the forum's search feature but to no avail. I was wondering if an items level before it is used to upgrade into something else makes any difference. For example, the Defender I used to craft my Great Defender was only level 5 of 10. Would it make any difference to have had it be level 10 before using it to craft that particular item? Or is the stats for a level 1 of the next upgrade completely static (and as such the crafting material's item level would not matter).

I've started playing Spiral knights a few days ago. Running through more and more dungeons, I ran out of Energy and thought I could try PVP.
I clicked and chose Lockdown. I must have waited around 30 minutes, then gave up.

After dinner, I tried again and could join a 3vs6 match (guess who was with 3 guys ?), and I've been able to play just one more time right after it (and lost again of course).

Now, I'm trying to play again. And gave up again after half an hour spent waiting, and waiting, and waiting.

I'm trying to determine which item slot should be upgraded to 5* first.

I currently have the following (all 4*)

Ash tail coat/hat (planning on upgrading to Vog)
Faust
Avenger
Dark thorn blade
Dark thorn shield
