So, I've decided to get a better sword than the Acheron I have now, and have decided between Gran Faust and Divine Avenger. Which one should I get, and if neither of them are a suitable choice for me, which sword should I have?

First of all, lets take out a few weapons. (Swords were out but too many disagreed even though Vanaduke.. but fine. Swords.
Only normal weapons probably. I'd take Valiance out, for the Wolvers and Devilites dodgin.
For me, I'd choose Iron Slug. Why? Because it can kill everything in the game.
My 2nd choice would be Nitronome.

Hello! I'm a somewhat new player to the game (just got 4 star swordsman.)
Anyways, I'm looking at making myself some setups for guns/bombs/both. I got myself some CE so I can buy the items I need. What im hoping to do is just buy the 3 star versions of the gear i need, since those are usually affordable enough, and then just level them and craft them the rest of the way, the same way i did with my swordsman.

Right now, I have these weapons:

Ascended calibur, avenger, GW pulsar

After seeing many many people use elemental brandishes (Especially Glacius) I am wondering if its better to get a DA or an elemental brandish?

From the info I got from the wiki (which im hoping is correct), the damage of a DA is only slightly higher than Glacius.

is it worth to get that slight damage and a pretty cool charge attack from DA, or is it better to get a less damage, but faster attack and status effect on a Glacius?

So how much does the magma driver's fire damage over time do per burn hit?

For the firo it's just below 20, even at T3....

Ok, I was going to get full azure a leviathan and aegis or barbarous thorn shield, but then a friend pointed me towards full vog and a DA or faust
So I was hoping to get some advice on what would work the best for me. I am not really specialized for one thing more of an all around. I was going to go leviathan and azure n aegis or barbarous thorn shield because they seem good for all round but I hear good things about vog and the DA and faust. Any advice is appreciated thanks!

1.Why doesn't the Volcanic Plate Shield have any Elemental Defence when the Armor/Helm does?

2.If they give the Armor/Helm an Attack Speed Decrease De-Buff, why not give the Armor/Helm more Elemental/Piercing Damage Defence or a Damage Bonus to Counter it?

3.If it's Heavy, why doesn't it make a Walking De-Buff instead of an ASD De-Buff?
