Does the Shockburst Brandish Recipe work like most other 3* recipes, in that you can craft using an unbound 2* (brandish) and create and unbound 3* (shockburst brandish)?

i am currently in the situation that i have the energy left (i bought 3500 ce) to upgrade 1 more piece of my equip to 5* but i have 3 parts that need upgrading.
my current set up is
Divine avenger
Callahan
Biohazard
Storm driver
wise owlite shield
ash tail cap
ash tail coat

what i wold like to know is that should i upgrade my shield or get the fire resist of a vog piece.

my main stile is to use a sword for a small number of monsters and a kite and gun stile for large groups (situation dependant)

i currently have a kilowatt pulsar and a silversix
but i dont know which one to take to 5* first

It is known that a status resist on a shield will help mitigate attacks that deal that status. For example, a shield with poison resist could take more hits from a toxilargo than one without.

My question is this: would a stun resist UV perform better than a normal defense UV against enemies that deal stun? I'm talking about Vanaduke, trojans, lumbers, etc.

sup guys . well i played some days and got some tokens . i got like 40 forge 40 grim spakrs and 100 primal sparks from all the time played . so im near to get t3 enterance so idk what to do with that 100 primal sparks . should i buy royal jelly band or like that ??? do i need that in t3 ??? worth it ???

First off, there's 2 weapons that will be involved and one monster. The main focus is the 2 swords against one certain monster, which will do better?

Weapon:

1. Tempered Calibur (3*) - Five (5) bars [Normal Attack] (Level 10)
2. Iceburst Brandish (3*) - Four (4) bars [Normal Attack] & Four (4) bars [Elemental Attack: Ice] (Level 10)

Monster:

Mecha Knight (Construct); weak against *Elemental* <-- Attention to weakness

I'm wondering how this set would do: Deadly Virulisk Armor, Dragon scale helm, Barbarous Thorn Shield, Weapons: (usually Ascended Calibur) Gigawatt Pulsar. P.S. Plz tell me your thoughts.
