I suggest making more items with diffrent rarities on diffrent levels tradeable drops & not bound in game to bring back more players.

for example Everyone farms for Radiants, but they never drop tradeable, so nobody has anything to actually reach out to another player to sell or buy unless they spend cash to open boxes and get something thats worth trading, I amongst alot of other new players that dont know values dont spend money on boxes like this, aswell as cant afford it.

I am a Linux steam user, who has their steam account linked with SK.
There are currently 3 Methods of playing SK in Linux:
1: Native in a web-browser (unavailable to linked steam accounts)
2: Through the official native Spiral Knights Linux client downloaded here on this site (also unavailable to linked steam accounts).
3: Through SteamPlay on Linux via Proton, with varying degrees of compatibility.

If you are a Linux steam user, then the only (official) way to play is via compatibility tools that introduce overhead, despite a native client being available.

Either that or ban it completely. Being spawn camped by 3 polaris spammers makes the game literally unplayable. Either nerf it or ban it from being usable in lockdown.

Spiral Knights is in desperate need of a new content update for veteran players and some slight content fixes for newer players.

Aight, I think Vaults do not need much of an introduction, if you’ve played it, you know it’s a very painful level (unless you get lucky and get the first room to be with no/a small quantity of echo blocks), that it’s really not that rewarding.
So, since I think the Gray Havens should change these levels quite a bit so they are worth the trouble, I’m going to point out all the things that are not only annoying, but also could be considered as artificial difficulty.

#1: The echo blocks

Aight, so basically with the latest update changing Shadow Lairs so they are not as frustrating and adding some interesting camara feature on LD, I’ve been thinking: what could Gray Havens do to improve the game like this without having to change much? And here are some recommendations that have come through my mind (I’m not gonna put fix Neutralizer damage here btw, that’s a bug, not a feature to change, so I guess it does not fit in this post):

Give to defensive armors a Dash Time Reduction

Aight, I think most players would agree that the current forge system on Spiral Knights it’s at the very least a bit frustrating. Not only it just slows down the process of leveling up gear way too much, but because of the fact that Fire Crystals are way too overprized on the Supply Depot, it basically does not benefit the company to use this system at all (plus, Prize Boxes do a much better job when it comes to monetize the game if I might be honest). So here are two possible solutions that have come across my mind that should make the player’s experience better:

Take for example-

Nemesis Armor/Helm

To craft: Valkyrie Set + Fallen Set + Heavenly Iron Set + 3 celestial ore + 3 gremlonium + 30 eternal orbs of alchemy

Lots of normal defense, lots of shadow defense
Health bonus = +8, same as ancient plate set
Status resist: Curse, Fire, Poison, Negative Shock
global ASI: low on each piece
global CTR: low on each piece
Damage VS Fiends: high per piece
Sword damage: med per piece

A Tab or Option in Missions Window to select 3 to 5 favorite missions for easy and quick access without having to click through all the missions in between.

Or maybe just an option to just show "boss" missions in missions window.
