Have a suggestion for Spiral Knights? We would like to hear it.

No reason for OOO to not sell all recipes in town

At this point there is no reason for OOO to not just sell all recipes in town at a 3k-4k mark-up from the terminal Basil prices. The whole mechanic of Basil having a short list of random recipes is completely broken by trade chat being spammed nonstop by people offering a port to basil at a cost.

Am i salty about this? Yes. I don't see any reason why someone should be able to sell an infinite amount of recipes at no financial risk.

Increase bonus of monster-specific weapons (Hunting Blade, Cold Iron Carver, etc.)

Increase the damage bonus from High to Ultra, or even Maximum!

Add a LOW Penalty vs all other monster types.

The way most monster-specific weapons are currently "balanced," they are pathetically weak compared to their rival weapons EXCEPT when up against that specific enemy type, and even then it's a meager bonus at best. The Cold Iron Vanquisher is heavily outclassed by the Leviathan, and the Hunting Blade is severely outclassed by the Vile Striker.

I've thought of many cool things with my brother. Spears, 2-handed swords (you do massive amounts of damage however if you block you use this and if it breaks you cannot attack or switch weapons), Bow and arrow possibly? Um. That's all i can think of so far.

By making three relatively simple additions to the game, which require little in the way of programming, the game can be substantially improved.

1. Implement a leveling system via heat. This could be done in several ways:

a. While gaining heat you expand the number of stars your equipment can have. You start at 5 stars (meaning you can wear 1 star armor, helmet, shield, and two weapons) and level your way up from there.

Allow Separated Chat Boxes

How About Using Separate Chat Boxes Instead Of Using 1 Single Chat Box Because Players Would Not Be Able To Read Their Messages At the Bottom And Would Have To Read The Message At The Top For 30 Secs , One For Regular Chat , One For Market , One For Guild ,And One For Private Messaging (Talking To Multiple Players At Once With Multible Boxes)

Clarity When Purchasing Recipes

Make a clear and easy way to tell if you already have a recipe learned or in your inventory when purchasing recipes. The number of times I have made this mistake hurt the purse and the pride.... I mean, the number of times my *ah hem* friend has done this.

'Known Recipe' or 'New Recipe' appears over the tooltip when you mouse over something at the vendor

Unbind

I would like to see a method to unbind items, even if it cost full creation energy and reset the item to level 1. For me it would lessen the cost and pain of trying out new weapons.

I really enjoyed paying 75c for 200 Energy I would really love it if you could return that please.

Sorry its short but im currently still playing with my gf and its just simply a cheap way to pass the time, especially since 75c comes around so easily.

FPS Focus/Unfocus/Minimize Limit

Currently, the rendering behavior of SK is as follows:

  • Always render frames as quickly as possible, or as limited by vsync (whichever is lower)

The feature request is to behave in the following way (identical to a major mmo):

  • With game window focus: render frames as as quickly as possible, up to some rate 'maxfps' or as limited by vsync (whichever is lower)
  • Without game window focus: render frames as quickly as possible, up to some rate 'maxfpsbk' or as limited by vsync (whichever is lower)
  • With game window minimized: disable rendering thread or equivalent (null rendering, buffer copy)

umm..i am just thinking if you have 50 or more members..even 30,u cant tell them all what you want/need to tell them at least even at a whole day...so maybe they could work on something like this for easier communication for the whole guild...coz some of my members wants to have something like guild events..so how can they all know what or when..im looking forward to this one coz its not a big thing like the auction house system...tnx...
