Vacuum gun

Hello, this is my first post on this forum.

I've been playing Kirby recently, and I got an idea while playing that game: the Vacuum Gun! It allows you to suck up damaged enemies(or jellies), then spit them out at other enemies. This will do damage to what ever you shot out and the enemy you hit (the damage would very, depending upon enemy you shot out).

It could also vacuum up items, fixing this problem: http://forums.spiralknights.com/node/232

Vitapod size should increase by depth, not depth within tier

+18 and +20 vitapods are not uncommon at the bottom of tier 2, and yet the most common vitapods at the first level of tier 3 are +6. This penalizes anyone who pays extra coins to start a gate at tier 3, or anyone who joins a party after the tier switch. Nevermind that you're often running through half a floor or more before you find a vitapod at all.

Can't the average or most common health bonus of vitapods found simply get higher the deeper you go?

Classes or Skill/Ability based gameplay

Honestly, as nice as this game is, the battle gets kind of repetitive

Implementing a list of branching skills for everyone, or a class based kind of gameplay(I'm not a fan of this idea so much as I am the other) would definitely spice things up a bit. I'm sure everyone knows what class based gameplay is like so I'll avoid elaborating on that, but my other idea was to do something like similar to Torchlight, save for the classes.

The Surface

Currently the only place you will obviously be able to explore is inside the Clockwork, but why not allow us to explore more of the surface of the planet?

It would allow for something to do rather than just log off or sit around waiting for energy to regenerate.

Block cancelling.

For heavy swords especially. Blocking should cancel the current attack completely and block.

This would help slow heavy sword users from taking damage because the enemies have faster animations than them.

Also changing the heavy swords' charge attack to an area attack would help make a heavy sword more viable as well.

Clone Chaos - Fighting yourself!

I got an idea for a level, It doesn't sound great but I'll throw it out there...

I don't really have an idea of what to call the level but like, You load into the level and run forward onto a Party button, Which leads into a huge room like an Arena.

Inside there you step on another party button and a mirror appears in front of you and you see your knight's reflection within it. You attack it and a clone of yourself pops out and you have to fight it to continue.

Bleh, I know my ideas are lame. :D

Energy woes.

First off, I really enjoy the game. It's fun and cosmetically good.
I could see myself spending a lot of time playing and enjoying it.

My only major problem: the energy system.
Though it is a nice tool to make it so that people don't kill themselves playing for 48 hours straight, it REALLY limits playtime and detracts from the game experience.

For example...
I can play for a while, spend all of my energy, and then suddenly have a friend ask to play with me. Why would I say no? I want to play with him after all. But, I don't have any energy left.

Dividing Your Energy

First of all, someone please correct me if this topic has been mentioned before.

I obviously wouldn't say this is a problem, but do enlighten me on your opinion if you feel i am out of place. I'd prefer to have the option of solely using CE in the dungeons and using ME to craft. My thought is that there could be an option where you could choose when going down to a new depth, where the energy is drawn from (ME or CE).

A supplement to the Energy system

The Energy system is pretty neat, and I like it (as I've said before) but there's something I DON'T like about it. To get a lot of Energy and be able to play the game a lot per day, one has to spend a lot of money.

Now for casual players the Energy system isn't bad, but as is a player could easily spend several times the amount of money they'd normally spend on a subscription game over the same time period.

I wouldn't say I'm the best at economics, but surely there is a way to help long-time and loyal players save money on the game so they don't get agitated with the costs and leave.
