Have a suggestion for Spiral Knights? We would like to hear it.

Drastically buff base health levels in lockdown

The classes would inherently have 2x to 3x the health they currently have.

- Newbies wouldn't die instantly and feel like they have nothing to contribute.
- Reasons to use trinkets other than penta since they give proportionally less health.
- Health difference between classes would be more pronounced, and again less invalidated by pentas.
- Everyone's damage numbers would be higher which is the only reasons anyone plays lockdown so literally everyone would be happy.

Prismatic colour charge

Prismatic charge attacks: instead of everyone having the same charge attack colour of yellow, why not let it beour personal colour?

Been sayin this for years and all players I talked to about it agree.

Minor tweak to Almirian Crusader

I love my Almirian Crusader set that I totally own. It's a really good alternative to my Dread Skelly set when I'm fighting shadow enemies and I'm not expecting any freeze, poison or fire. People say I could use Deadshot and have more curse resistance and do more damage to undead and shoot guns faster but actually I only fight fiends and I don't use guns and taking half a pip less of normal damage is really important to my playstyle.

Anyway, I noticed not a lot of other people use it, so I thought maybe it could get a sidegrade so I can see more people run around wearing fluffy armour.

Pierce Alchemer/ Breaking freeze should deal minor dmg

An alchemer that deals pierce dmg would be a nice addition.
(I know some ppls would think/say "The bullet bounces but it deals pierce dmg?" like on the similar threads).

Well if P6 really matters, then it should work different than the other alchemers,

Rough Spread Shot

So I've been giving some thoughts as to where we bombers stand, and we're pretty good? But I see all these swords that do AoE and shoot projectiles, and all these guns that also do AoE and shoot projectiles when it hit me: we need a projectile shooting bomb! Nice for hitting those distant targets and switches and such.

It'd be like a claymore mine or something? But bombs don't get aimed, so the spread would be completely circular. We don't wanna go overboard with the projectiles, so maybe stick to somewhere between 6 and 10 of them.

Some balances for weapons that fail at their job.

Swords

Wild Hunting Blade Line

  • Now does piercing damage.
  • When compared to its counterpart Dread Venom Striker. WHB does not have much going for it. The old benefit it has over DVS is the flinching on its charge attack, allowing for easy combos. However, a good DVS user does not need this. Thanks to the weapon's poison, it can easily outdamage WHB and be more useful against gremlins.

    Add counterplay to statuses

    Friendly suggestion! Statuses should be revamped to be more interactive.

    Despite their unique properties, the ways we play around each status are mostly the same: you either take a bunch of damage outright, you bring up your shield and wait for it to pass, or you experience some combination of the two. We default to our shields because statuses simultaneously prevent and punish us for trying to contribute to an encounter. In addition, you will almost always react to the same statuses in the same way, regardless of what monster families you are fighting.
