KV-103 finally arrived to the fray, DSN-001 is right next to the Fallen King and they regouped, "The new machinauts are doing well, perhaps we can learn from them... but for now, we must show these pirates who we are... WE ARE machinauts, the swords and shield of the torch bellow!"

[Move to E9 and charge small calibur, can I move after charging? I certainlly hope so... if not, raise bolted non sheild to get a BP.]

MZT-071 "Atoner" brings his Nightblade to bear on an Ice Cube, cleaving it in two halves and sending an icy mist flying outside. Without even flinching, he turns to the next Ice Cube and lifts his Nightblade again.

I did it guys! I shipped two machinauts together!!! WOOO!!! and also, Doc, can I change my machinaut when this whole ordeal is over? Since no one in my team is willing to tank with me and this map system made swords pretty much obsolete, I am inclining on getting a new ranged machinaut like KV-95 or ZX-125.

Also, this map system isn't going to stick precisely due to the reason mentioned above (and if it does, Swords will be buffed to compensate), and Swords gained a new method of calculating the number of attacks that makes it easier to land more attacks, putting them about on par with guns. (Bombs have always been the oddball; generally, they'll be better for multi-target damage. Turrets are also counted as bombs.)

EDIT: As it stands, KV-103 is more of a tanky offensive character, due to his Bolted Non-Shield.

One thing to clarify: Hearts are used at the beginning of the turn. They're automatically used if no HP will be wasted, and you can manually opt to use Hearts even if there is wasted HP.

((Midnight-Dj, at the beginning of every turn, I type, at the top of each post, "Hearts Used", then go through all the Machinauts and see who would use Hearts.

KV-103 was down 100 HP and had 9 hearts in reserve (as shown next to your crowns in the post before tonight's) at the beginning of your turn. He used 5 hearts to restore his health entirely. On the latest post, you'll see he now has 4 hearts remaining, in addition to his Health (which is full, since nothing attacked him this turn).

Also, don't rage quit when a boss lands a heavy hit. That's what bosses do, and Shrapnall was packing Shadow Damage, which your Plate Armor has no defense against (much like in Spiral Knights proper).))
