Spiral Knights should have... (Shh!) ...secret bosses

Knights, we all like to clash against many bosses in our adventures, but, I've been thinking... are there any secret bosses in the game? I think there aren't any, presently.

Well, there's this idea. How about adding in secret bosses to the game?

I don't play tanky. You don't play tanky. Nobody plays tanky! They are useless as they are... Please make them better! ^^

Hello friends i have long time in this game and have some ideas to improve your experience here:

-New guns and swords, ''different type'' I refer to new animations,hits, chargues etc.

-We all want this. New boss,misions and new rewards.

-New accessories that do not exist.

Arcade rewards/Radiant crystals solution

I think that we need rewards for comleting tiers. It may be treasure boxes, prize boxes or something like mission rewards.

Treasure boxes variant


For completing 1 Tier you get access to room with 20 boxes(depth 8, 13, 29)
For comleting 2 Tiers you get access to the first room with 20 boxes and second with 30 boxes(depth 13,29) BUT, if you visited 20 boxes room before, you will not get access to it, only 30 boxes.
For comlpeting all 3 Tiers you get access to all 3 rooms: 20, 30 and 50 boxes.(depth 29) The same, 20 and 30 boxes rooms are available only at once.

Fix Magnus glitch, please.

So right now, if you use a charge of the Magnus line and attack an enemy facing up from the side, the enemy is knocked back.
Or even worse, it can be pulled towards you if you shoot its back!

If the laws of physics somewhat apply on Cradle, shouldn't they be knocked along with the bullet?
Surely that wouldn't be too difficult to program...

This is basically like a job change idea, but only for when players make a new knight, otherwise players with 5* gear would just have it easy.

The casino is bad; let's make it better

So we have the golden slime casino in the game now! Lots of fun, right?

Not really.

As it stands, the casino is nice for stocking up on things, gambling crowns, or using up golden slime tokens you may have accumulated. However, not only is it a sink of crowns, it's a sink of time. The novelty of such a place wears off fast, especially in the clockworks. There's no action, no fun, and really no reward worth grinding the casinos for.

So Spiral Knights is finally getting some updates. Time to clean off the dust in your Divine Avengers and get back into action.

Please be aware that this is some big suggestions to improve the game in gameplay. There will be suggestions of itens and suggestions of mechanics. If you do not agree or have better suggestions, since my ideas are usually really stupid, leave a comment bellow! I'd love to hear what you have to say.

Non-bumping shield

Let's call it Claw Buckler.

Has a some normal defense, and gives no bonuses. Goes to 5*.

The gimmick is that it doesn't bump enemies. Instead, it does a small amount of damage and stagger. It could be 1 damage for all I care, as long as it can be used to:

  • Interrupt greavers up in your face as a pure bomber.
  • Run up to devilites and interrupt those.
  • Shield cancel cutter without sending lumbers sailing across the map.
  • Use yourself as a bait by standing on top of your bombs but shield without bumping enemies out of the radius.
