Did we forget about the game, or did we get busy? I've only got two entries for the crossword this week, and I took special care to make it easier this time since the last few weeks has seen a serious drop in participation. I'm wondering if you guys want me to keep making the games like this, since they're a few hours of work.

Starting next week, I think I'm going to set it so that prizes aren't awarded unless there are at least three entries, and nobody can win a top prize two weeks in a row (but if you win a top prize one week, you can win a runner-up prize the following). Hopefully that will ensure the prizes get spread around a bit better and may entice a few more people to participate.

Hugs Tev,

My mind has been mashed potatoes for the past 5 weeks from all the pain and medication after getting out of the hospital. Otherwise, I'd be participating more.

Meanwhile, my graphics computer main hard drive died a few days ago, and I lost all the work I did on my Bettie Page Gremlin. I'll try to recreate the sketch and textures for her fur, armor and warlord sceptre/staff on my game computer. If I can't, I'll at least try to work on the Crimson Order Warlord Princessa Necklace that I had designed for her using handmade Fimo elements and coral beads.

Thank you for bringing much joy to the Spiral Knights community.

You remind me of pain that I got a few weeks ago. I got hit super duper hard with a hockey stick. They were going to do a slap shot, but I got hit. So my leg was injured and still hurts.

Alright, week 10 is up! (I'm even on time this week!) Gamesters, please take note of the new guidelines on #709. I'm hoping everyone gets to feeling better and more energized! If a prize isn't awarded in a week, I'll keep the game up for an extra week in addition to whatever the new one is so that if I get more entries during the second week of it being up, I can award prizes.

I think I actually have everyone's IGN that won this week, so I'll get the CE out to you guys in the morning.

There are different tiers of prizes for winning in different places, and those tiers are just named after stars. You're suppose to fill in which prizes you'd like if you win something in the categories from participation to 5*. If you'd like something other than art in some of the tiers, make sure to give me at least a second choice in case you and another person who will be getting a prize on that level want the same thing.

No, as long as there's enough of a story there to indicate that there likely won't BE any knight characters, either. (i.e. You can't use a story that has only two paragraphs and therefore hasn't introduced most of its cast)

Does the mean that the creature was accepted into the game? Does their have to be pics of the creature?
4. A thread in Wiki Editors that discusses materials
Can they talk about updating certain pages for materials? (e.g updating a page about the papaya material [there is no papaya material ;(] )

@Papaya: For 14, no, it should not be in the game, just a suggestion or something of the sort, and no, it doesn't need pictures. And for 4, yes, it can be about anything regarding minerals. The only other stipulation is that the player who sends me the thread as part of their scavenger hunt can't be the player that posted the thread.

As far as adding a new art category, I'm having few enough art entries as it is and don't think I'll be adding a new category. Most of the entries for the contest have been in writing categories.

@Artist: I believe that last time someone asked me this question, I told them that pieces entered in this contest couldn't be entered in other contests until this one was over and still qualify.
